We had a great stay. Loved the views of the Intercoastal waterway and the easy walk to the beach for sunset. Nice people too.

Had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room and well-appointed kitchen. The beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were very much appreciated. Wish the master bedroom curtains were thicker as you could see through them. Great communication with host.

We really enjoyed this trip! Very relaxing and there is plenty to do. This is our first time on the intracoastal and we loved it. Seen dolphins, & plenty of birds. Conveniently located so if you want ocean time it's a short walk acrossthe street. The condo is decorated beautifully in a beach theme & has anything that you possibly need. We would love to visit again!

Loved the condo…the dated kitchen was no problem….we didn’t cook a lot. Hopefully the pickle-ball courts will be ready soon. A little more busy around the pool than I remember last time… We had a good time.

Very comfortable condo. Plenty of room for the four of us, and the balcony facing the inland waterway was very nice. Had everything we needed from kitchen stuff to beach stuff!

We had a great time staying at this property. It was very clean, well-stocked, had beautiful views and was so close to the beach. The owner Lynn was great with communication and any questions we had. We loved Indian Shores and this condo!

We rented 2 condos at Bayshore Yacht & Tennis Club, one for my parents (this one), and one right above it on the 3rd floor for me, my husband, and our kids (different owners). This condo is beautifully updated, has a huge flat screen in the living room area, and is on the first floor of units (up one level from the ground), so it's easy to get to, while still elevated enough to have absolutely stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway, which its balconies look directly out on. We saw several dolphins most days, tons of birds, and enjoyed watching all the boats go by. This complex has a really nice pool area with a hot tub and gas grills, as well as a fishing pier right by the pool. To get to the beach, just walk across the street! We actually prefer renting on the intracoastal, rather than beachfront, because I enjoy watching the wildlife (and hubs likes to fish on a pier), and if we get a condo on the beach, we will likely never walk over to the intracoastal, while if we rent on the intracoastal, we KNOW we will be walking to the beach. This way, we are sure to experience both, and this unit is absolutely perfect. If I was buying a condo in IRB, it's the exact one I'd want. My mom can't stay out in the sun for long periods, but this condo is so comfortable, she was perfectly content staying in. There was plenty of room for my kids to hang out here and there as well so hubs and I could get some time to ourselves! Also -pirate/gator mini golf next door. Loved this place! TY!

This unit is very clean, has beautiful views of the canal, and is a 2 minute walk to the beach. Very comfortable & quiet, loved it!

This was our first time staying in Indian Shores. We enjoyed it immensely. Super quiet and relaxing. The unit was lovely. It was fun to explore new restaurants and activities.

The location was great, close to many things to do, it's a nice quiet place to stay and had full kitchen and beach essentials. Very cozy place and Lynn was very responsive.

Loved sitting on the balcony and viewing the passing boats along with dolphins and manatees. The beach is very easy access across the street. The entire facility is very clean. We'll come back again!

We had a late game and an early game and needed a place to sleep. It was chilly due to negative temps. We did have to use the ceiling heat. It was a bit loud but took the chill off. This would be a great stay for multiple nights.

This condo was wonderful. Super clean, well-equipped and a super view - we even saw dolphins from the balcony. The complex is great with tennis courts (two lit at night), heated outdoor pool, hot tub and shuffleboard. Outdoor BBQ area, as well as easy parking. Thank you for having us to stay Lynn!

From the moment you enter, you will feel at home here. It is so clean and the floors just sparkle. The decor is so tasteful. We absolutely loved the large deck that overlooks the intercoastal waterway. (We did see dolphins!) Although it was just two of us, was great to have two full bathrooms. We were able to walk just minutes to restaurants, convenience stores, and the beach. This condo is located on the 2nd floor. We only used the elevator to bring in luggage and the stairs were very convenient. We did take the opportunity to enjoy the on-site hot tub and pool. Both were very clean! The communication with the host was excellent. We would love to come back to this beautiful home!!

Absolutely loved our stay! The condo is beautiful and very clean (which is super important me). We enjoyed being close great restaurants and the beach. Unfortunately, The only thing that we had an issue with was not having a beach cart. We managed but it was difficult to carry all of our things to the beach for 10 days. Other than that great family vacation.

Airy & bright + comfortable beds, lovely neutral decor, steps to beach! Balcony overlooks serene intracoastal waters, dolphins every day. All tile floors, very clean, even better than the listing photos! Many thanks for this stay.

We just spent two weeks at Lynn's lovely place. The condo is super clean with comfortable furnishing, good a/c, and as others have commented, well stock. I figure some of that is due to the cleaning crew graciously leaving in the apt useful items guest leave behind for others to enjoy. A very nice gesture we continued to "pay forward"! As for beach items, the apt had 4 beach chairs, beach towels, toys, 1 umbrella (now 2 ;-), and a big cooler w wheels. Unfortunately, no buggie was present during our stay. Another guest left it at the beach. The building sits away from the blvd and is very quiet. The facilities are well kept and we did enjoy the tennis courts, the shuffle board, and the laundry room which accepts credit cards. Note: The apt next door is undergoing a full reno, but luckily the noise only disturbed us two mornings. The area is lovely with a nice neighborhood feel and a few restaurants walking distance. The beach is superb-dreamy water!! We rode the trolley in several occasions to explore St Pete and Clearwater. A nice mode of transportation, just wish it was more punctual. Lynn is a great host! She is very attentive and quick to answer any questions. We do have 1 suggestion to make the stay better: replace the sheer curtains in the master with thicker panels. The apt faces east and the curtains do nothing to block the light once the sun rises.

This is an amazing condo, can't say enough about it , enjoyed sitting in the balcony watching dolphins n the birds! Pool was amazing, she provided condiments and there all the cooking utensils you need, n even pkg bottle water n paper products! It was nice to only worry about being on vacation n. Being worried about chores, just clean up after yourself! Would definitely stay again. Very easy to get to close to every thing , Lynn was easy to communicate with and her house keeper was super nice!

I must say that I have stayed at east 25 different places through the years. This by far was the cleanest and most well equipped unit that I have ever personally rented. The value was exceptional. I chose this unit for the exceptional rating and years of service on vrbo. And I got to experience it first hand. My only real critique would be the memory foam mattress. It was too hot at night. Other than that you have an excellent unit. We will definitely be looking to utilize it again if possible and if you’ll have us. Thanks Lynn for a enjoyable and relaxing week.
