We loved everything about our stay! Just got home but we are ready to head back. 😊

The place is beautiful! The owners are wonderful about getting back to you quickly. However, the beds are terrible! They are hard. They are lumpy! The attic has been turned into a bedroom, but there is no air conditioning, no vents, no windows! It was brutal, trying to sleep up there with nothing but a fan to push the hot air around! We had to keep the air conditioning turned down as low as it would go all day and all night in order to try to push some of the cooler air up into the attic bedroom. We froze downstairs in the living room and kitchen, dining area and had to wear jackets. And we went in May. I can’t imagine how it would be in July and August! Also, you should know there is no lifeguard anywhere on that beach.

This is my families second year at Blue Tide. We had a wonderful time as usual. Checkin is seamless due to excellent communication from Angie. Plenty of room for my family of 7. House comes with basics like TP, paper towels, and most dry kitchen items like salt, pepper, etc. Perfect location on the beach with 2 chairs and umbrella already set up and waiting on you in the morning. Kayak/paddle board also available to rent from same company located on the beach. Master bedroom overlooks ocean. Plenty of extra beach chairs and some toys in the porch closet. Parking can get tight if you have 2 cars and the other units are rented. Only one assigned space per unit although we were able to find a space usually. We loved it and hope to come back next year. I loved this property and location! I booked this house for 8 nights with my wife and 4 children. The house is very clean and stocked with everything you need. It’s close to the beach, biking path, and resultants. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area.

From the moment I contacted the host prior to booking until after check out, the communication and quality was top notch with Angie and Chuck. I was traveling solo with 2 kids and Angie made sure I had everything I needed. The condo was perfectly stocked with beach equipment and the kitchen had more than I’ve seen in most rentals. The views are spectacular and I can’t wait to come back! I would highly recommend this property but would like to keep it all to myself at the same time! It’s no wonder they have so many 5 star reviews!

We chose to stay at Blue Tide because we had a family member getting married at the beach right outside the condo. This condo made accessing the beach so easy and effortless! Any time I had a question I received a quick response from Angie. We felt very welcomed and very comfortable our entire stay. It was a huge plus that this condo was stocked with everything we needed for our stay, from kitchen items to beach gear it was all available to us. 10/10 recommend!

This was a great place. We loved that there was entry on the beach side of the building from the unit. It was spacious and had plenty of everything we needed. The folder of information was clear and well communicated. We suggest that a local map be included for first time visitors.

If you want a nice, spacious, and clean condo that's ON the beach this is it. Labor Day weekend and the private beach was still quiet and super spacious. Beach chair service is a plus. yes, there are stairs....52 of them to be exact...to get down to the beach. But with the chair service, and the fact that you're right next to the stairs, it never felt like a major chore to get our stuff up and down. Condo was very clean, comfortable, and stocked well in the kitchen for cooking, etc.

We absolutely loved staying at Bluetide! It was very roomy and the beach view and access was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed! We would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again!!

Incredible week! Our hosts managed to think of everything we would need! The layout was perfect for us and the views from both balconies were stunning. Definitely would stay here again!!

Truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as represented. Would definitely stay here again. Angie and Chuck are great hosts! One thing worth mentioning is the stairs that access the beach are a lot. Wish there was beach access for elderly and we'd book several units for our family reunion.

Beach front on 30A! Unique features we loved about this property: Owners are accessible and communicate thoroughly. Thoughtful details like beach toys, laundry detergent, and soap at sinks and showers. Location is unbeatable with included chair service and a slice of beach that is not overcrowded by public access. We loved our stay! The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with. The ocean views and easy access are amazing. Loved having an umbrella and chairs ready for us on a price of beach that wasn't packed. I highly recommend!

This was one of our favorite places to stay and Angie and Chuck were great hosts! If you want a convenient place near Rosemary this is the spot! Great place for a family as there is plenty of room. Will be back for sure!

If you desire a calm, relaxing, beautiful beachfront respite, Blue Tide will be just as perfect for you as it was for us! We loved our stay, and the owners were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Well stocked, anything we needed was there. Super comfortable master bed, too! Location easy and close to everything. As described, there are steps. Absolutely no issue for us, but worth considering if a concern. When strolling the beach from BT, access off of it (to check out the town of Rosemary, Alys Beach, etc for a lunch or beverage spot) and then back on, is a bit tricky, due to most access being “private”. Long distances between public access along this stretch of 30A. Again not a deal breaker for us, but we had not experienced limitations to this extent in our previous beach destination travels elsewhere. We would certainly return here, though.

We loved our stay! This is a perfect family condo with everything you need. It is just as described and the owners were wonderful to work with. We love the beach access from the patio, esp with young children, and of course, the beach was perfect! Would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place for our family of 7 on our Fall Break. The hone has everything you need with lots of special touches and beautiful decor. Being right on the beach with those gorgeous ocean views and sunsets was amazing!! And the beach service was fabulous too! Angie was so easy to work with and helpful from beginning to end. Can’t wait to go back soon!!

This is our 4th vacation stay at Blue Tide condo complex and by far the best place to stay on 30A. We have been coming to 30A area for 22 years and Blue Tide is our pick every time we visit. Our condo stay last week was superb!! We love the layout and the amenities provided. I can't say enough about the beach service. I am so happy that Blue Tide has one beach service company- the owner was so friendly and helpful. He also moved non-condo beachers on down the beach so as not to crowd Blue Tide beach area- that was a first!!! I want to also say the owners are very personable and want all their guests to have the most awesome vacay!! We are so appreciative of them sharing their beach home with us!! Your next visit to 30A needs to be here- tell them Monica sent ya!!!:)))

We had a wonderful week! The townhome had everything we needed (I did chuckle looking for the pizza cutter as another review had said it was missing to which the owners replaced it, it must’ve got thrown out in a pizza box) and was in a great location! It was quiet and our area of the beach was less crowded than the others. Frankie with Other Mama’s Beach Chairs was absolutely fantastic and the chair service was wonderful. It made heading to the beach so much easier! Angie and Chuck were very responsive as well! We definitely would stay here again when in the area!!

My adult kids and their partners joined me for a long awaited vacation at Blue Tide. The views and convenience to the beach were just lovely. The umbrella and chair service were so convenient and very helpful on some of the hotter days. There are approximately 6 flights of stairs down to the beach so be aware if anyone has mobility issues. We considered it part of our workouts! We hope to come back again!

My family had a great time during our recent stay at Blue Tide 8B. The condo was clean, the property manager responded to my e-mails, and the location was great! The beach was private so it was not very crowded. It was overall a great trip and we hope to return again!

We had a wonderful week! Our condo was fully stocked with kitchen accessories, beach toys, etc. Our teenagers really enjoyed having the bikes provided. The condo was not properly cleaned when we arrived, but I immediately contacted Angie and she was quick to respond and offered to have things cleaned properly the next day.

This place was beautiful. Easy communication with property owner. Great views from balcony to enjoy a drink with company. Clean. Great location if looking for shopping and places to eat. Would definitely go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Tide 8B! The beach chair service was absolutely phenomenal and so helpful! It made it so easy to only have to carry down a beach bag and toys! Location to delicious restaurants was great and only a short drive to PCB for indoor entertainment since it rained several days of our trip. Loved the spacious unit for our family of 3 young kiddos. Angie was very responsive to an issue with the refrigerator once we arrived and had it fixed within a couple of hours. We recommend staying here!

This is a great property for families, as it is right on the beach, allowing for easily going up and down all day long between the condo and the water. It was spotless, had ample kitchen supplies for about anything, and very quiet complex.
