This worked put so well for our reunion. Great party pad. The bar/game room was separated from the sleeping quarters. This made it relaxing for the ones who crash while the party is still going.

We had a great time at our cabins and enjoyed our stay, and the amenities were awesome. Thank you so much! And my communication with Sarah was awesome.

The property was great and well maintained. Our only issue was with the WiFi but the host was very helpful and responsive in fixing it.

We had a retreat here with 15 adult men, and the place was just wonderful. Plenty of sleeping space and the game room worked great for our meetings. Definitely will stay again.

The property was clean and well kept, but there were stickers in all the grasses around d the houses. They were so bad they kept us from playing badminton, kickball, and volleyball. Our dogs had problems just walking out to pee. On several occasions the 2-3 year olds fell and were covered in stickers. It is a deal breaker for our return. The internet was a constant issue as well. We couldn’t watch any games because the internet connection dropped every 10-15 minutes and we had to reboot. Very Frustrating!

Many hours of family games. food, and chatter. Eventho it was chilly and rainy we didn’t have to be outside…there was plenty to do inside or on the covered patio. Our host was quickly responsive to our every request.

Everything was mostly great except all the propane bottles for the gas outdoor grills were empty.

Lakeside Bar & Chill was a phenomenal place to stay for our long lake weekend with friends and family. Enjoyed having the game room for the kids, as well as for live music. Gave us old folks peace and quiet when we needed it, and the younger crowd lots of things to do. We will definitely book again.

We celebrated a family reunion at the property with several teens and college aged students. The whole place was clean and had a lot of amenities. Well-stocked kitchen and nice arrangement of bedrooms and sleeping space. The highlight was the amazing game room — we were all entertained for hours and the lake was just a walk down the road. We really had a great time!

Property is very well kept up, no problems. Short walk to the lake, had plenty of parking. Overall was great week.

Everyone had a great time in the gameroom, nice to have things for the kids to do instead of their phones. The lake being right down the road with boat launch was so nice.

The facility was awesome! And the mgmt group was really easy to work with and very nice. We absolutely will at this place again!!

We had a total of 19 for our Christmas gathering. There was plenty of room and beds for everybody. Two kitchens made preparing meals for everybody super easy! The game room and outdoor space were enjoyed by all! Can’t wait to come back during the summer to enjoy the lake!

Communication with property management was great. Great place to stay for a fishing trip at Texoma.

Where to start? The game room. One has to start in the game room. They aren't kidding when they say it is amazing! We could have never left the property and never been bored. Pinball, air hockey, pool table, shuffle board, arcade games, foosball, lights and sound system on a stage, long bar with lots of stools, reclining sectionals, big dining table, ice maker, and a bathroom right there. There is an industrial huge frig they were fixing as well. I'm sure I'm forgetting something. So much fun was had by all ages from almost 2 to 87. The game room is separated from the main home area by a shop to drool over. *warning. Drool, but don't touch. Contents belong to the private owner and are not for use.* The separation works out well for visitors who want to play when others want to rest in quiet. The main home area has 4 good size bedrooms, one being a master suite. There was plenty of sleeping spots between the home and the cottage for our large group. Plus there are 5 full size bathrooms - 4 in the main and 1 in the cottage. Never a wait. And the walk-in shower in the master suite is big enough to play in with 2 shower heads. The overall theme and decor is homey lake vibe with some of the rooms having their own identity. My favorite is the American bedroom. One feels the heritage of this great country. The cottage has a quirky country chic feel in the living room. There were lots of ceiling fans in pretty much every room, which aided in comfort levels. Add to that Tv's everywhere used to catch the news, watch a cartoon, or hook up a gaming device brought by one of the family. The kitchens were stocked with plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, cups, eating utensils, and plates. (love the plates.) We brought a few foil 9×13s for the baking we did. Coffee makers worked good and coffee supplies were provided even though one of our self proclaimed coffee snobs brought his special beans and grinder. The grill did a great job cooking our burgers and hot dogs. We even got some firewood for the fire pit and made Smores along with a sing along one evening. Having a large laundry room in main home & a stackable set in the cottage was great as we were able to wash towels and go home with few dirty clothes. The HUGE covered "patio" was fabulous for sitting out under cover to enjoy the breeze while the kids played with the balls, sidewalk chalk, and corn hole game we brought. Even with internet not working, we would definitely consider another stay.

We had a mini family reunion here and the property was very spacious for the 20 of us. The kids and adults both loved the gameroom to gather and hang out. The wifi was down most of our trip so that was the only downside- they tried to help us fix but no luck. The lake is within walking distance which is nice but there is no beach area like we expected. Overall we loved our visit at the property and would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect place to fit our whole group for our annual lake trip!!

It's perfect for a big family. It is clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to cook and eat together. The combination of outside lounging spaces and the indoor play area, was perfect for all ages of our extended family. Proximity to the lake and boat ramp were also super convenient. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars

I do not know where to even start. This property has it ALL!!! The layout was absolutely perfect for all of our needs. Super comfortable beds, everything was so clean, kitchen was well equipped, the amenities were outstanding! The game room, just WOW! Perfect for all ages!! We will definitely be booking again! Thank you Joe and Sarah for your hospitality and for being available to us any time we needed something!!! I HIGHLY recommend this property!

Was a good place but had issue with motor home parked at rental with old huge mirror leaning up against home had to make sure kids were not around in case it fell and had some issues with appliances and ants in home but other than that our stay was good.

This property was excellent. The Wifi was intermittent and I never did get the TV to work ( I could have contacted the property mgmt ) and did once for router location to reset, however those were not show stoppers for me. I came to relax and enjoy the lake with family. We had 16 adults so 4 couples had to share a room. The description of the property was on point. Mgmt was quick to reply to text. We would stay here again with no hesitation. Thanks to Joe and Sara for making a wonderful memory for our family!

All the games were in working condition.

We found everything spotlessly clean and so suitable for our ages 12 to 90. Fun for everyone and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. Great time!
