We stayed at Elisha's rental in early August 2024 for 4 nights with my 11-year-old son and 2 medium sized doggos. The house is the perfect size with everything you need- even hand soap and extra shampoo and conditioner (and yes, a hair dryer). The decor is sophisticated beach vibes in hues of blues, which extends to the amazing back screened in patio, leading to the fully fenced yard (your doggos will be safe inside!) and amply sized pool that we thoroughly enjoyed! We honestly debated not going out our last night just to have more time playing in the yard! Elisha even has a dog bed and a few toys for them, and dishes for their food, which is so nice to not have to bring. Several pool floats were found in the back shed, and there is a large grill and fire pit in the back, so the perfect space to spend time with family! I also really enjoyed the landscaping and lights strung around- just great overall ambiance inside and out! We visited St. John's Pass Boardwalk, Busch Gardens, Smuggler's Cove Mini Golf, brunch at Gigglewaters in Safety Harbor, and a Rays baseball game, and all were easy to drive to, but an Uber can also be scheduled ahead of time in the area. While there isn't anything walking distance from the home, we chose it because of it's central location to the activities we planned. Another perk is the easy checkout list- the tasks didn't take much time at all to complete to be able to check out on time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We had a great family vacation and having a home away from home made it even better. The house was great fully stocked with everything you need that made it so convenient and nice. The property and house was very well taken care of we couldn't have asked for more we truly had a wonderful stay.

Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very responsive and easy to work with. We didn't really have any questions about the house, but was helpful with the area. We didn't have many questions about the house because it seemed to be pretty much as described. We have been lucky in other vacation home stays, to have small items in the kitchen, like tin foil, plastic bags, tupperware for storage, that were not in this home, however as far as kitchen cookware and utensils, those were all available. The screened in patio was very relaxing and a place where the 3 of us would hang out everyday. We enjoyed the pool daily, though did have to clean it out ourselves regularly, as the natural shade of the trees would leave debris in and around the pool much of time. Not a big deal to clean it ourselves, and the days the pool was serviced, they did do a good job. Close drive to Indian Rocks Beach which is our favorite. Beds were comfortable and the temperature of the house was perfect, even in the heat of the summer. Plenty of ceiling fans helped as well, but we never adjusted the thermostat and we were all comfortable all hours of the day.

We had a great time. The house was great, and we lo ed the pool!!!

Proper he was just as subscribed. The pool was perfect. There is shade to shade you from high noon ton. Pool staff was friendly. We really enjoyed this. We will visit again.

My wife and I spent a 4 night stay with our 2 dogs and enjoyed the pool and lanai. Property is as described, and owner is very responsive.

Floors inside were dirty.Found animal hair when I sweeped. Porch out back had animal hair everywhere. Table dirty, Bar dirty. Sweeped it all and cleaned tables. Grill almost impossible to use. Grass not mowed went to seed. They came Wednesday, didn't do a good job. Can't walk on grass without getting splinters. Pots and pans had to wash what I used. The hanger is coming out of the wall. We arranged the pots so it wouldn't be so heavy on that side. The water taste like fish. Bathroom shower curtain gets stuck on the hangers and won't slide. Fan in Master bedroom knocks bad when on high. The screen doors are falling apart. Tripping hazzard in living room.

We were very impressed on the cleanliness of the property. For cooking we had everything needed. Layout of house was different, but still we enjoyed our stay spent all day outside on the large back porch and back yard in the pool. Overall no complaints enjoyed the time with my family.
