This was perfect cabin in the woods for our visit to the national parks and monuments in the area! It was perfect for our family of four, would highly recommend!

One of the cleanest VRBOs I have encountered. Great location, everything you need, wish there weren't so many fees. Price is deceptive.

Cozy cabin! Great for our family of 6. Has everything we needed and walking distance to shops and eating.

Cabin very roomy, especially central room. Well equipped: high chair, Pack n' Play, even a fly swatter. Excellent washer and dryer. Large outside deck. Good wildlife viewing: elk, wild horses, deer. Quiet neighborhood. Large master bedroom and bathroom. Cabin clean upon arrival. Hostess eager to help, suggesting a nearby pediatrician for sick toddler. Provided map to cabin to avoid steep roads and other information about sites and cafes. Good WIFI and streaming channels. Small backyard has gate to access national forest area. One guest did not like the toilet being open to the master bedroom.

Thanks for letting us stay at your cabin. This trip was long but once we were able to get into bed, it was relaxing. The property was a little difficult to get to, and since we came in super late/early, we had to figure out some things on our own (Jesus sent maps that made so much sense...the next day). Once we were able to navigate to the right path, we understood that there is only one way to get up the slick hill and to the cabin. We also got stuck each morning in the driveway but I blame myself for those. Otherwise, the property was delightful. We had some older kids that wanted some separation and this place was (somehow) great for that. Perfect for gathering, as well as getting comfortable and waking up to horses on the back of the property each morning definitely helped with that. I'm not sure about the others but the king bed was super firm and I expected worse sleep. Surprisingly, I woke up super refreshed each morning. The water was nice and warm but I might suggest adding some basics like onion/garlic powder for cooking. Something to note for those going to ski cloudcroft -- check conditions first. We rented this property with the hopes of skiing 10 minutes away and while there was snow, it wasn't enough to open the majority of the mountain. We ended up driving and hour and a half each day to ski Apache. Still a great time though!

We had a very relaxing few days at this cabin. The only negative was the snow caused a major issue getting out of the driveway. We were told that if we didn't have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, there was an alternate route to get to the cabin. BUT, we couldn't get out of the actual driveway in our van. Otherwise, it was FANTASTIC!!!!

This cabin was perfect- It was close to town but felt like the middle of nowhere! It was just as listed- fully stocked with all we needed for a weekend of relaxation! The property manager was prompt to respond to my questions. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. 10/10!

The home is lovely & surrounded by a gorgeous view of the Lincoln National Forest & ALL the wild life ( Deer, Elks& Wild Horses and Lots of Birds). The time spent on the deck was much needed. The cabin was VERY Cleaned & well equipped. When needed, the host were quick to respond to questions. Overall, our trip was pleasant one and we would recommend a stay in this beautiful cabin.

The Property was just as it is advertised, we really enjoyed our stay at this property. Property was clean and had all the amenities that you need for the stay. The Beds are super comfy, and the views from the deck made our morning coffee even better!! Cabin is located in a GREAT Location just 5 minutes' walk to downtown Cloudcroft. Bianca, the owner was extremely kind and very accommodating. We look forward in staying here again and definitely recommend everyone this cabin

This was our first time to stay here. Everything was just as we hoped and since it was just my Spouse and I we had plenty of room. It wasn’t hard to spend almost all of our time outside on the deck enjoying the cool weather and deer and elk that would come by. The street out front was very rocky and rutted from the rain, so we just took it slow when pulling up or leaving. Would definitely come back here again!

This place was great! Cozy little home with beautiful scenery. The only thing to keep in mind is that it sits on a road with a steep slope so 4x4 is strongly advised and it’s better to get to it from the top road. The owner is very friendly and responds quickly. Would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect house for my little family to visit our favorite NM town of Cloudcroft. Directions made it very easy to find the place (thank you!). The kitchen was stocked with your basic needs (PS don't bring k-cups!). The large deck was lovely to sit on in the evenings. We saw lots of deer right up to the fence of the property, which the kids loved. Room for 3 cars, is accurate. Home is a little on the older side, but don't let that change your mind. It is was great for a weekend getaway for us.

This was our second time staying here and we can’t wait to come back again! The space is clean and updated, and had everything we needed. The host is very responsive and helpful. This will definitely be our go-to place when we visit Ruidoso!

Then we entered and found it pleasing to the eye, but our noses were bombarded with smells we all were not fans of. Lots of smells of cleaning product and air fresheners. We opened all the windows in this cold air, and removed all air fresheners and candles. We are fans of real essential oils. The place was clean and nicely stocked. The highlight was all the deer hanging out at the tres in the back foraging for food every day all day. It was wonderful every time we came back from an excursion to see them. It’s so nice when the windows are clean inside and outside. Thank you! I recommend others to stay here for a nice cabin experience.

Inside the home is beautiful, same as the posted pictures. Definitely home away from home. The outside was not like the pictures. It’s not as open space as it shows. The next door neighbor is 5 feet away, and in a residential area atop of a hill. A big plus was seeing 7 deer just over the back fence every morning.

Centrally located, walking distance to Cloudcroft Brewery and Downtown Cloudcroft. Cabin was nicely decorated, with comfortable beds, and all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Loved the wrapped around deck around the property. We highly recommend this property!!
