Extended family from age 3 to 73 enjoyed a week at this remarkable house perched high above the ocean. Jaime is an amazing host.. Always available and responsive to any requests. It was a privilege to stay at this beautiful home for a week! I

This house was lovely… had all the space one could ask for, all with a tranquil views of the Santa Monica Bay through out the house. Kitchen is fully stocked and house is very well equipped.

A beautiful property with even better views. The pictures do not do justice to the property. A wonderful retreat. The owners met every need, and then some. We took advantage of a private chef recommended by the owners for an elegant private dinner in the home. -wonderful ocean views -very short drive to beach -amazing kitchen -worry free checkin/out -gracious owners You will not be disappointed

The listing and photos do not do this house justice!! It was so beautiful. Our family (8 adults and a 7 year old) stayed here while in town for a wedding close by. Amazing amenities, stocked kitchen, so clean, beautiful views. Owners left all instructions clear and we had no problems with anything. Loved the little extras like the swing, the gorgeous plants everywhere, the extra fridge for beverages, tons of beach towels, pool toys, the fruit trees, and the outdoor bed off the master bedroom, just to name a few!! Close to great shopping and restaurants and a very easy drive from the LAX airport was a plus. We are planning on coming back in the future for a longer stay when we don’t have to leave the house, because we didn’t want to!!

What can I say about this wonderful home?! Amazing layout and views, wonderful pool, great communication with owners. My family, friends, and I had a wonderful stay! We plan to visit again next year. Thank you Suzanne and Jamie!

This was a wonderful property and had beautiful views! The house was very spacious and everything we needed with a pool and hot tub. Perfect for a getaway and close proximity to great restaurants and beaches! If you are renting a house in Malibu, this is the place to be but make sure you rent a car!. Uber's and Lyft's are pretty difficult to come by.

This beautiful house was perfect for our family get-together of 8 adults and 1 child. It has great amenities, stunning views and terraces from which to enjoy them, a floor plan with both private and communal spaces, ideal furnishings with a home-like atmosphere. It was perfect. Jaime is the most thoughtful of owners and promptly responded to our requests and questions. We hope to return!

We loved our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Excellent kitchen for cooking meals, with everything you could ask for. Communication with the owner was great. Any questions we had she got right back to us. You can can’t beat the views. We would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed here with family (group of 9, ages ranging from 6-71), we all loved it! The house was beautiful (and large!) but still had a homey feel to it. It was a short drive to the beach, shopping, restaurants. The views were great, and the kids absolutely loved the pool! Kitchen was large and easy for us to all cook together (there was also a 2nd kitchen down the hall). On top of this the hosts were so nice! Every interaction was so pleasant, and they were always very quick to respond. Overall this place was perfect for us. Thanks for helping to make our family vacation so memorable :)

Spent the week here with my wife and kids. The home is truly amazing with a great location, great views, and amazing art! We felt at home the entire time.

This beautiful Malibu home exceeded our expectations. Truly an immaculate home. Spacious with incredible views. We were greeted with exceptional hospitality. The house is beyond equipped with everything needed for the pool, seaside, and gourmet meals. Clear instructions on running everything was provided. My family had an incredible stay. The only downside was the canyon and the neighbors positioning that allows for noise to travel easily and the neighbors are very intolerant of guests. Other then that the home and property are more exquisite then the pictures. True Malibu gem!

The house is beautiful and the views were spectacular! I wish the owner was a bit more professional though, as our interaction with her tainted an otherwise wonderful weekend. The weekend started with her texting me a message about previous occupant who ended up throwing a 200 person party at her listing. She made the terms of the stay very clear and we were always ok with that as our group was 4 couples reuniting for the first time in years. The house feels very lived in and the internet and dishwasher were not working throughout the weekend, so we had to wash our dishes by hand which was annoying but not the worst. After checkout I received yet another nasty message from the owner accusing our group of “hacking” their security system, breaking their dishwasher, and using too many towels… as great of a party venue this house is, we have kids and are couldn’t hack a Nokia phone let alone a security system. I think this owner is a bit traumatized from her previous guests who threw the giant party and is now super anxious. Again beautiful house, and if you are ok with dealing with an overbearing property manager, this place is for you…as for us.. we are too old to be having to deal with a property manager texting every other hour and inserting herself into our vacation.

What a beautiful home! We completely enjoyed our short stay here. Jamie promptly responded to our texts. She was so helpful & accommodating. We would love to come again to spend more time.

The home was great, with lots of character and wonderful views in a beautiful place. Jamie was a very thoughtful and available host. Our family had a terrific time and hope to be back!!

We rented for a small family gathering (over a weekend), and had all expectations surpassed. Not only was the hospitality incredible, but the views and comforts of the home were perfect. We made some great memories and will most certainly be returning next year. 10/10 would recommend. Hands down, my best and easiest experience with any vacation home rental in my life. This house is incredible! The property, view and location were all perfect. We had a friend reunion and spent most of our time in the hot tub, cooking meals, and lounging with cocktails looking out at the panoramic ocean view - incredible. This Villa tucked into the hills of Malibu, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, was unforgettable! The home has so much soul and personality. You'll feel a connection to the area immediately. Jaime and her Family were such kind and warm hosts. They wanted us to feel at home and helped us with a handful of questions as well as recommending everything from hikes to restaurant recs. My only issue is that I'm not still there. Thanks Jaime and Suzie!

We have been traveling across the country and staying in rental homes for 5 months during the pandemic... this was hands down our absolute favorite! The house is gorgeous and has all of the real comforts of “home”. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable, including so many little touches to make our stay extra special! The pool and view are amazing, the kitchen is perfect and well stocked, beautiful furnishings and comfy beds, great WiFi for virtual school and work. Perfect location. I could go on and on. We are dreaming of our return!! Thank you so very much for opening your beautiful home to us!!
