Clean unit and great hosts!

We were amazed that the property looked even better than the picture. parking was right in front especially for a handi cap person. That was so nice. It was so clean and coming from some one that had a house cleaning business, that is saying something. I would definitely book again with Patrick.

The inside of this house is very nice. Communication with owner was quick and we have no complaints as it served our family of six perfectly.

The house smelled dusty on entrance and within a few minutes two of us reacted strongly...likely mold mycotoxins in the air...we could only stay one night and had leave. Called host, who said he would look for another place for us and woyld call us back, but he never called back. Asked for compensation before leaving feedback but received no response. This was our first time using Vrbo...a terrible experience.

A spotlessly clean, modern house, very well cared for and convenient to Crystal Bridges but in a nicer area than Bentonville.

We've stayed here multiple times. It's our go-to rental when in Bella Vista. It's an easy arrival, check in, and we know what we are getting. This last stay was like visiting a home away from home when we walked in. (Still wish there was some place to put shampoo and supplies in the master bedroom shower though.)

Peaceful short get-away, wish we could have stayed longer! Communication and ease of access to property as well as simple clear parting directions made it a breeze. Cozy and immaculate with all the special touches like a Keurig that makes it feel like home. Master bedroom spacious and updated bathroom was resort-like quality. Additional bedrooms just what we needed for added family members. Centrally located and just a short drive allowed us to show our family the beautiful Mildred B Cooper Memorial Chapel where we wed. Absolutely recommend to future trip-goers.

2nd stay here this week for a nice stopover for our bike trip. All cleaned and ready. Great location.

This was an excellent house for our needs, attending a wedding at the Mildred Cooper Chapel. The open living room/kitchen/dining room was the perfect place to hang out together before we retired to our rooms. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to town.

Clean property. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bedding. Towels could be replaced. Only con is the outdoor patio area has no privacy nor view. Patio overlooks other townhouses that directly face it. Other than that, a decent property.

Second time staying at this location and it was another great experience.

My sisters and I stayed here and really enjoyed the house. One of the reasons we chose this place is because it did not have steps since we are older. This place is perfect for people with mobility issues. Also, it is large enough to give us our own space to take naps or just get away from each other for a while that we could not have done in a hotel room or smaller place. We definitely enjoyed going to the "bat cave" each night. The host was very accommodating and got us guest passes to the pool. We appreciated that the pool had an adult only pool (along with a family pool and a child pool.) We met some very friendly people there. The location is perfect - close enough to Bentonville but far enough from the highway. The place was super quiet and relaxing. We would most definitely stay here again.

Property was in a quiet neighborhood not far from businesses. Unit was as described. Beds were very comfortable, living room furniture very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with appliances and up to date. We had a great time visiting family and seeing the surrounding area.

This was a lovley property me and my family enjoyed this hime away from will stay again when my sons next baseball tournament brings us back to the area

Our family came up to watch our son in a golf tournament and this place was absolutely perfect. It was easy to find, recently remodeled, and couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay in the Bella Vista area!

We enjoyed the house. The only suggestion would be to put something on the shower floor in the master to make it less slippery.

The property was exactly as described. We loved the convenience of golf, shopping, and site seeing. The beds were comfortable and having coffee available to us was a nice bonus. Hopefully will stay again when we return to Bella Vista

was very tidy and clean....well equipped kitchen. Area was quiet. never heard anyone on shared walls. Beds were comfortable. Could have used more wash cloths and towels in the bathroom for our 2 night stay. Only had one wash cloth per bathroom, one hand towel per bathroom and two bath towels per bath room for four people.
