This property is nicely updated. It's an old structure but it's been redecorated really cute, and it's very clean. It worked well for our family of four. The bathrooms are recently redone and very nice. The best thing about the condo is the location - it's super easy to walk over the bridge to the Assay Lift, and to ski back very close to the building. The condo doesn't come with designated parking but we had no problem getting a spot right out front. The manager Skippy was very responsive and easy to work with.

This two bedroom condo was short walk (down 2 short flight of stairs at condo). To get to Assay hill ski lift, out the back of condo up a flight of stairs then over a short bridge, done. It has some nice views from front deck. Easily can jump on free shuttle right at the front of condo. Skippy, the property manager was very responsive, polite, and helpful! I would definitely use him and book this place again.

I was staying in Snowmass Village and working in Aspen—our condo was convenient and offered access to lots of outdoor activities as well as nearby restaurants. The best of both worlds for this trip.

I recently spent 5 nights in this stylish condo in August. The design is modern with a fantastic layout and the views are breathtaking. The updated bathrooms are not only contemporary but also very practical. The kitchen comes fully equipped, making the dining space ideal for enjoying home-cooked dishes. Amenities include a new BBQ, as well as a washer and dryer. The condo was spotlessly clean, and the property manager was extremely attentive. Snowmass is within walking distance, and there's a convenient grocery store just 2 minutes away. They are also adding a new swimming pool and hot tub, expected to be ready by November, as mentioned by the owner. My daughter, friends, and I frequently visited Aspen for the world famous classical music festival. Our days were filled with hiking, biking, and sheer enjoyment. The lift service mountain biking at snowmass doesn’t get better, and is the only lift service biking in the Aspen area. If you're in search of a comfortable, functional, and affordable stay, look no further than this condo. I'm already planning a return trip this winter to take advantage of the ski-in, ski-out feature!

We were pleased with this 2 bed/ 2 bath condo. It is conveniently located to grocery store and the base of Snowmass. Parking was easy. the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the nice shaded balcony overlooking the mountain. Probably the best part of this VRBO was the management company and contact person, Skippy. He was quick to answer all of our texts and phone calls. He took care of everything quickly and efficiently. We will definitely stay here again.

This property is located in an ideal spot if you're looking for Snowmass Village convenience without the in-village pricing. Located just across the wooden bridge at the base of Assay Hill, it's a short walk in the morning up to the lift and your day on the slopes, and in the afternoon you can ski across the bridge and nearly to your door. Skiing home was a highlight for the kids. If you're not up for the walk in the morning, the free village commuter bus picks up outside the front door every 10 mins or so. Accomodations were comfortable for 5. The beds were comfortable and the linens were great! There were a few hiccups initially driven by quick guest change overs, but were easily resolved. The pull out couch isn't that comfortable, so stays more than a few nights with more than 4 people might be tough. We ate in most mornings and nights with the kids, and the kitchen had the needed tools to get the basics done. With the combination of location, price and convenience to the slopes, would certainly look to stay here again when we're next in Snowmass for skiing.

Great location right in front bus stop. Easy to walk to assay hill lift. The stove top was a little hit or miss. Some of the burners didn’t work. Otherwise super easy, great location, would definitely rent again!

First time in Aspen/Snowmass area for family vacation this New Year and this place was perfect! We had a car rental reservation and decided to cancel last minute after reading recommendations for this Woodbridge unit ! You can move around Snowmass Village and Snowmass Mall with Village Shuttle right down the stairs! And to go to Aspen or Highlands bus stop for RFTA just across the street! The apartment has been updated and feels clean and fresh. Bathrooms are very new and stylish and there is a brand new washer/dryer just in case. Kitchen had more than basic supplies, ( there was cling wrap for example) and nice cleaning supplies. And for everything else, supermarket is around the corner. Beds were cozy and clean. Would definitely stay there again!

I stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and one of our adult sons. We had a wonderful time skiing Snowmass and Aspen. The list to snowmass slopes was a short walk away, which was awesome. The condo was very nice and I loved the fact that they provided tea and coffee. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable and the view from the balcony was mountains! Snowmass itself was great - lots of restaurants to choose from and the grocery store was within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying at this unit. We didn't utilize the pool or hot tub but probably would have if not for darn Covid!

We were in Snowmass for an October wedding in Maroon Creek Valley and this condo was the perfect place for us to stay. The view from the porch off the main living space of the changing Fall colors was magnificent. The condo had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. I could see having the new in-unit laundry during ski season being a great bonus too! A short walk to the grocery/liquor store was key and a few minutes longer took you to the restaurants and shops at Snowmass Base Village. Skippy is a great property manager. Honestly, even if the condo wasn't so nice, I would rent one of Skippy's properties again.

Very clean. Updates are cute. There should be a dresser in both bedrooms (only in one). The owners should think about adding trash cans to the bathrooms and screens on the windows ( it was very hot and we didn’t want to let bugs in). Nice location and close to everything.

I have spent 5 nights in the condo this winter. The experience was fabulous. Here is why this property is fantastic for up to 4 (+2 kids) people. The property is decorated with lots of taste. It is a rustic/colorful/modern combination. The vicinity to the ski lifts is fabulous. It is ski-in, ski-out. Also, a great grocery store is in walking distance (5 minutes away). Outside parking and a ski storage is available. The condo is super cozy and has brand new bathrooms that are functional and slick. There is a new washer and dryer, and all the kitchen equipment is available too. The bus to Aspen and to Snowmass stops right in front of the condo if you prefer not to drive. Wi-Fi is included and the service responsiveness is quick (Skippy). Overall, this is a well-priced very comfortable and easy place to spend a week in Aspen Snowmass……the skiing is unbelievable! I will be back again.

I had the pleasure of staying in this condo numerous of times. The décor gives the condo a boutique feeling, yet you feel right at home when you snuggle up with your loved ones after a long day on the slopes! The bathrooms are brand new, clean, and functional. Hands down the location is the best part due to having access to ski-in and ski-out. Thankfully, SnowMass resort can be accessed via the Assay hill lift as you ski out or in. There is an amazing grocery within 5 minutes walking I distance that carries just about every product your heart desires. There is also a wine store stones throw from the grocery store if you need to pick up a bottle or two or three! The property manager, Skippy, was very responsive. He went above and beyond for all our request. I will continue to come back to SnowMass and stay again in this chic condo. I just love it so, so much!!!

I stayed at this condo several times. I's a great place, conveniently located at the bottom of the ski slopes, with walking distance to the Snowmass ski lift and the resort.

The property is in a good location just outside of the Snowmass village base camp. It’s easily accessible with quick access to anywhere in Snowmass and free shuttle service if you don’t want to drive. Bathrooms are recently updated and in-unit laundry is nice. The negatives… there is no AC (not uncommon for mountain towns) but there are also zero fans. No overhead fans, no box or freestanding fans, nothing for air movement whatsoever. It was uncharacteristically hot while we were there so we asked the property manager if there were fans we would check out. He said no and suggested we find another place to stay instead of being “predictably uncomfortable”. What?! We paid a lot of money to stay here… we just want a fan. No effort to apologize for the inconvenience or anything to that nature really left a bad taste. We travel to the mountains at least once a year and fans are definitely standard practice. Moving on… Trash cans in the bathroom would be a good addition but no big deal. The pool was super green and had a “closed” sign on it but we were not notified about that either. Thankfully we had friends in other Snowmass housing that had pools we were able to use. Also, this is a middle floor apartment. In true apartment style, you hear anything more than simple walking upstairs. Appliances are old and in need of replacement… refrigerator leaks water on the floor and the oven door is separated, causing the front cover to pop off when you open the door. Those issues were noted but didn’t dramatically affect our stay. Overall the unit itself was clean and in a great location. Add fans and work on customer service skills and this property will be a great option for your trip!

Very clean and modern. Pretty well stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels/linens/paper products. Comfortable furnishings and beds, Good facilities. Easy walk to the lifts and shuttles was especially nice (almost able to ski back to the building too!) Only a couple of very minor things to note - the kitchen and baths could use a little refurb, but everything worked just fine. And personally, I wish the sofa was bigger as we enjoyed lounging around and wanted more regular seating. But our group really enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.

The space is great with a sizable living room, two bedrooms and a full kitchen. The location is excellent. It is a short walk from the grocery store and a lift up snow mass, and the bus stop for the free shuttle is right in front of the condo. The host communicates well and is available by phone and text if there are any issues. There is some wear and tear on the place but nothing that affects the quality of the stay. Highly recommended.

Great location but property was in bad shape. Kitchen did not have a single flat skillet or pan, no wastebaskets anywhere, fireplace didn’t work, hot tub was not easily acceptable or convenient, four plastic chairs and one couch. From pictures, description and price we expected more.

The place was clean and the communication (check-in instructions and so on) thorough. Location was good; close to the store. Nice view. This unit had some obvious fixer upper issues: A door whose hinges are coming loose (jam is completely cracked) such that you have to lift the door to close it, cold water not turned on in one bath and faucet not tightened down, cables running over the fireplace and balled up in a corner next to a baseboard heater, one curtain split between two sliding glass doors (so that half of each door isn't covered at all), a tiny dining table for 2 chairs, doors missing where they once were. King bed sheets had dried glue or something similar stuck to it. Washer on a shelf where it would shimmy itself off and my friend had to hold it in place during the spin cycles. As a previous review suggested, fine for a couple of guys, but needs updating/fixing-up.

Great location and rental! Easy access to everything. Great communication from the property manager. Suggestion for a few kitchen items to be added or replaced - i.e. wine glasses, frying pan, measuring spoons. Screens would be nice on the doors/windows since there is no AC. Overall - a great rental and a great time!

Manager was perfect. Location was perfect. View from balcony was awesome. If you are looking for a place for a guys weekend - a vacation where you are out all day and you need a clean place to sleep - this is perfect. If you are looking for a girls weekend or a family vacation that impresses the wife - look elsewhere. Most everything worked and living area looked really nice, but it isn't a 5-star place. Bedrooms had a dormitory feel to them. Some inside doors didn't close and latch, while others wouldn't open. Formica countertops had some gouges/damage. Only one trashcan/recycling in the whole place. We had to hang plastic geocery bag from cabinet knob for a trashcan - that type of thing.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to a well stocked grocery store as well as a package store. We were also able to somewhat "ski in / out" to a lift that provided access to the rest of the mountain. The property manager was very available and we wouldn't have changed a thing - with the exception of becoming snowed in for an extra few days. All in all tough the trip was amazing mainly because of our accommodations. 5 stars!

Great location near Snowmass

With the snow-covered catwalk across the road to the lifts, this is a ski-in/ski-out rental at 1/2 to 1/3 the usual price. 0.1 miles from groceries; 1/2 mile from restaurants. No car necessary. Everything was straightforward.

Had a pretty good experience staying at this property. Skippy and his team were very helpful when needed. The location was PERFECT. The area was quiet and we hardly saw any neighbors. The ones we did encounter were very nice and helpful. We had a slight issue with the fireplace and the timer getting stuck behind the TV which caused it to run for hours. We would definitely stay at this property again when returning to Aspen/Snowmass.
