The open concept living area and well-appointed kitchen created a wonderful gathering space. Great Naples Park location! Walk to beach, Gumbo Limbo, Turtle Club or 5-minute drive to Delnor Wiggins State Park! We plan to return to Villa Cascata!

We had a great stay here and would rent again. Place was clean and the perfect size for what we needed. Spent hours with the kids in the pool and rented bikes for the week. I have rented several vacation places over the years and this one definitely sticks out as one of the best. A few things to mention that I would have liked to know is that the mosquito situation was almost unbearable outside the house. Not sure if that is just the property or if it is like that everywhere, but didn't seem as bad in other places. I suggest the homeowners fill in the hollowed out tree trunks around the house where rain water collects. I looked inside one of them and must have seen 1000 larval mosquitos jumping around. Also, the pool could have been cleaner when we first showed up. I had to ask the pool person to vacuum the bottom as he wasn't planning to do it and it really needed it.

The pool at this home is amazing and better than the pictures. The landscape on the entire property is perfect and so enjoyable. The walking path behind the pool, a wonderful surprise. The home is a walk or quick drive to Vanderbilt beach for dining at the Ritz, Turtle Club and to watch the soul filling sunsets. The welcome gift was very much appreciated! The company did a great job making us feel welcome and providing amenities. We are already talking about our next visit!

The decor was so cute! And the pool with the waterfall was amazing! We rented bikes from Naples Cyclery and rode to the beach everyday! We love the location!
