This property is amazing - not only is it a high spec apartment but it’s so centrally located which allows you to be on the sea front in two minutes, in the town centre in two minutes, and at the train station in five. The accommodation is outstanding, beautifully presented, has everything you could need (great rainwater showers in both bathrooms), a fully functioning kitchen (if you want it), and so spacious. Check in was simple with full details shared in advance , and a very well received welcome basket. For us, a family with two teenagers and a small dog, it was perfect - we could get day to day essentials like crusty rolls and ‘beast pasties’ from the local shops, wander along the front with Woody (the dog), and catch a train to anywhere on the coast with ease. Our particular favourite was the coastal walk to Dawlish followed by a pub lunch and a couple of pints, the train back to Teignmouth and then dinner in the Ship Inn. A perfect day if ever there was one. We would definitely recommend Stay Salty and will be returning at the earliest opportunity - thanks Matt and Yvonne you have a treasure there.

Second stay in this gorgeous apartment. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Decor is stylish and high spec with everything we needed. My daughter stayed with me this time and loved having her own en suite bathroom. Matt was helpful, friendly and prompt with all enquiries. T

Matt and Yvonne have a lot of taste which shows in the decor- the bedrooms are very dark at night due to the black out blinds and the beds are very comfortable. I would go back to stay here anytime! Like others have said there is no onsite parking but the parking is easy to get to in under a 3 minute walk- the Ring Go app proved extremely helpful to use so as to not have to keep topping up the meter. A lovely flat in a great location, with everything in walking distance. The flat itself has everything you could want/need. . The welcome pack was a lovely touch and went down a treat!! Matt the owner was great to deal with and very helpful. Thanks for the surfing recommendation, kids loved it!! All in all a fab holiday

We stayed in this self catering 2-bed flat for four nights. The welcome goody- locality made chocolate cake was a treat. The owner provided a laundry rack for us when we did our laundry. Laundry detergent weren’t provided, so we ended up buying a box of detergent powder which a bit of a a disappointment. The television in the bedrooms with Netflix were a bonus. Bedrooms were well equipped. The kitchen could be more equipped with more cutlery and crockery to save in running the dishwasher half empty. The only downside is that we constantly had parking on our minds as parking isn’t available with the flat, a funny quite loud noise comes from under the sink when the tap is turned on at the tap, dishwasher or washing machine which can be unpleasant and lastly the limited supply of hot water was the biggest bug bear for us as a family of five. Two of us had to have cold shower on the first day as we weren’t aware of the

Sea Salty is a unique apartment in an impressive Georgian building. We arrived to find an immaculate apartment, the kitchen was very well equipped, comfortable beds with lovely crisp linen, deluxe bathrooms complete with fluffy towels! The welcoming goodies and bottle of wine were a very nice touch - a relaxing retreat in this picturesque area of South Devon - would definitely like to return again! Thank you very much to Matt and Yvonne!

Really enjoyed my stay in this stunning centrally located property. Very spacious, stylishly decorated and immaculately clean which was reassuring in this time of Covid restrictions. Matt replied to any questions very quickly and was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Just a couple of minutes walk to the sea front, beach, and plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Loads for families to do with the playground, crazy golf and some lovely coastal walks to be had also. I would highly recommend!
