Чисто, можно заказать в номер еду 24/7, еда вкусная, цена/качество, персонал отзывчивый.

Отсутсвие перегородки в душевой, утром в душ сходил весь мокрый пол... крайне неудобно ходить на унитаз если без обуви. У фена короткий провод, ребенку голову не посушишь, взрослым сушить неудобно. Пробка у бутылок с водой неоткрываемая... проще бутылку порвать. За еду нельзя платить картой!

The room was so big, beautiful and clean. The manager Arthur was so kind and provided us with Armenian Fruit gift which was very kind of him. He also tried to solve our problems. Food prices was affordable. There is hose in the bathroom which was an advantage.

The place is so far from everything and 20 minutes drive to reach the centre. They do not serve any food in room and we need to sit in restaurant which has no window and it is in ground floor to eat. One of the walls was full glass and on the road so we could hear all car sound and we couldn't sleep at all within pur stay. It felt like we r sitting in the road. Staff except Arthur were not kind and not smiling. No body even helped us with our luggage. We will never ever go back to this hotel and we don't recommend anyone to ho there.

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We’re in town for a stressful event and coming back to this room was very peaceful.

The place is nice and clean the stuff was very helpful.

I liked the place, if I am back some in Yerevan I will choose the welcome Inn Hotel.

This is not central part of Erevan. But very neat big rooms, conditioning, new bathrooms etc. Staff is bringing coffee and tea. Very friendly. We came late in the evening and got dinner prepared specially for us.

The room was comfortable and clean. The heating system was working well. The employees were polite and kind.

WiFi wasn't working at all. This is awful, please fix it All then next are the insignificant issues. The top of the towel rail (on the photo) should be attached to the wall elsewhere it will be broken sometime. Also, a ventilation hole is good for the fresh air, but it brings a noise from the roads 😢

Everything is excellent. Helpful Staff. Even owners are very helpful too.They are very humble. They will always understand your problems and try their best efforts to solve them.
