This condo was perfect for our mother/daughter trip. We loved our stay, hearing the waves each morning upon waking was so relaxing. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay so enjoyable. Would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay close to the water.

Perfect location with beach access. Condo was clean,and supplied all the necessities. Beds were not comfortable, and description of bedroom 2 with futon, was not accurate. We were cramped for sleeping arrangements for our family of 5. Otherwise very nice accommodations.

The property had an amazing view of the water! We loved the covered parking and how the condo was fully stocked! It had a great beachy vibe and was very clean. The location was perfect and was in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Lovely condo and would highly recommend.

Great location. Family was able to walk to local places as well as the Boardwalk. Great view of the oceanfront. Beach access made life easier, especially when you have kids. Ample sleeping spaces and the balcony was peaceful. Locals were kind and helpful. The owner was quick with communication. Kitchen was equipped for preparing and serving food. Great stay!

Wonderful property conveniently located to Carolina and Kure Beaches. Clean and modern amenities and well appointed kitchen. Wonderful communication with property owners and easy check in and out process. Will definitely look to use again in the future.

Was a GREAT place, was vacation ready when we got there and extremely clean. Really enjoyed our view of the ocean and location. Only downfalls are three flights of stairs and no elevator and the parking if you have more than one car with you in your party. But would definitely rent here again!

Awesome location and place is super cute. Good view from the porch and fun local spots nearby. If you have two cars definitely recommend requesting a second pass otherwise it just comes with the one and no other parking close by.

This property was very convenient to both the boardwalk and Wilmington. Condo is exactly as pictured, very cute. Only negative is that it is a 3rd floor property and there are no elevators.

The owners take great pride in making their home a wonderful place for guest. This was the 2nd yr. in a row we have stayed in this unit and we're not disappointed. This condo was perfect for our small family beach vacation. The location is great - it's close to everything and right on the beach. Our little boy enjoyed the pool in the evenings as well.

Nicely furnished and maintained, top floor apartment with a great ocean view and easy walk to beach and pool. This is a great rental for everyone who is able to climb steps. Not for physically impaired guests. Highly recommend!

This is an annual trip for my daughters and I and this was our 4th stay in Carolina Beach. We loved the location, the cleanliness of the condo and it was our favorite so far. Our only difficulty was that this was the first time we’ve had to find alternative parking, since every condo in the past which accommodates 6 people came with 2 passes. Even though we noticed that the pass we were provided said it was one of 2 passes, we did know of the limit of one so I contacted the Carolina beach parking dept prior to our visit and they made it sound simple to purchase a weekly parking permit. However, that was not the case. It took over 4 hours and a lot of stress as my daughter had to drive to dozens of lots throughout Carolina beach before finally finding one that would allow overnight parking. Also, we tried to reach both the Carolina parking dept and the company that manages the parking from 2:00 until 5:00 however no one ever answered. If you are going to continue to only allow one of your passes to be used it might be helpful to provide to your renters information on the location of lots that allow overnight parking. Other than that one stressful afternoon and evening, the weather was perfect and we had a wonderful time.

Well stocked very clean Good access to the beach and there was a pool to use We were in town for a graduation so didn’t really use the pool or the beach One car parking limits you somewhat if you have 2 cars in your party but the host did send where to park and the hours when the parking was free All in all a great place to stay But heads up if you are not in good shape or mobility challenged there is no elevator

Overall nice unit in good location. Our only surprise and disappointment was owners require guest to Landry bath towels prior to departure. This should be included in cleaning fee as it challenges check out timing. Also, you should provide bar soap for showers. Thanks

The property was exactly as advertised. Comfortable. Beautiful! Stocked with everything you'd need. Two issues; the drain in the master bathroom was extremely slow and the knob to turn on the shower in the second bath was stuck, making it unusable! But we made it through. Thanks so much!

Perfect place for a few-night getaway. The place was lovely, quiet, and within walking distance of restaurants and the boardwalk. Beach was wide and beautiful. When I could not find the towels, the owner messaged me back within minutes. Great location, great stay.

My family and I rented this condo for a few days and it did not disappoint!! I was very clean and cozy. The beds were very comfy. It was just an all around nice and relaxing trip. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

We were absolutely thrilled with our rental experience! The views were beautiful and the condo was very clean.

For the first time ever I didn't need to run to Walgreens before check in to get basic needs. The owner provided paper towels and toilet paper! He also provided hand soap and dish soap! This was so helpful upon arrival! Everything was clean and organized too! I got a great leg workout daily going up 3 flights of stairs. I'm glad I had my son with me to help bring the suitcases up! The kids enjoyed Net Flix and Roku! I will definitely reminder this listing for next time!
