What a wonderful condo! The view of Table Rock Lake is lovely and really helped escape the day-to-day routine. This may be the most well-furnished and decorated property I’ve ever stayed in, especially the kitchen. Neither of us said “I wish I’d brought that!” The furniture and bedding were very comfortable as well. We didn’t do a lot during our stay, mostly because of an early cold front. As the temps rose later in our stay, we did visit the Dogwood Canyon Nature Area and the Missouri Ridge Distillery. I would recommend both (if you’re 21+ for the latter.) Having been to the area before, we didn’t bother going to Branson… I highly recommend this property. The owner/manager responded to my questions almost instantly, both before and during our stay. I will definitely check on availability should I want to return to the area.

We rented 2 bedroom/2 bath. Hostess provided excellent directions and some tips to assist in finding the condo. Beautiful view of main channel from The well decorated balcony. Gorgeous sunsets can be seen from the balcony. Condo was very clean and with furniture that was comfortable. It is decorated with lake theme which we loved. Beds were a little soft but still slept great. All appliances worked well AC, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer. Kitchen had all things needed to cook some of our meals. Parking is tight and limited so no trailers. Glad to have known that ahead of time. Highly suggest renting slip for boat at What’s up Dock at port of Kimberling City. It is max 5 min. Away. Super convenient to rent slip and dock boat during your stay. Harter house grocery store is across the street has all your food and drinks needs exactly as hostess shared. Also close to several places to eat out or is 20-30 min drive to Branson for shopping or activities. We loved staying at this condo and so looking forward to our next trip to tablerock lake and will stay here again. Thank you for the special treat to our favorite place. The Funky Twig. Loved this property! Very comfortable with everything we needed. The view of the lake was amazing!

First impression walking thru the door of Condo was how much space in living area. The place is bigger than expected because of the way the bedrooms are laid out. The view out the large patio windows was better than advertized. The master bed was comfortable with attached bathroom. Guest bedroom was spacious with its own bathroom. We went on off holiday weekend. Was quiet, the time we stayed. Was convienient to have supermarket, gas, resturant, 5min from the Condo. The host was prompt with responses to questions, and had laid out in advance needs and instructions. We will stay here again on trips to Branson area.

Every thing was perfect at this condo, from the beds to the pillows, nice deep tub! I really enjoyed setting out on the balcony watching the bass boats coming in. It was a little cold but nothing a blanket couldn’t handle. Condo is well stocked, Tara was just a text away and able to answer every one of my questions! Looking at staying here again in July!

This is a very serene setting looking over Table Rock lake. The condo is kept up very nicely. I would definitely stay there again.

Condo well stocked with everything you need. Very relaxing, binoculars would have been fun. Enjoyed the views of the water and the sunsets are fabulous.

This was absolutely an amazing property that exceeded our expectations. The property is hidden down by Table Rock Lake witch provides amazing views rain or shine. From the time we booked the stay till the check out our experience with the host was great. She was very detailed and helpful. We had everything we needed it seemed like. We would definitely recommend this property for a nice quiet vacation rental.

Condo was clean and very nice. Downside is that it was about 30 minute drive to Branson. Very few restaurants near condo. Had a hard time finding even using google maps. Lake view was beautiful.

We loved this condo. It is super clean, which is very important to me as I'm a bit of a germaphobe. And the view of the lake was lovely. The condo is beautifully decorated and I would recommend it if you're looking for a place to relax and have some peace and quiet. Check in was easy and we didn't have any issues that required us to reach out to Tara during our stay. This condo has everything you need and you won't regret spending some quiet time here!

We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway for my daughter’s 14th birthday. It was quiet, cozy & clean. They thought of everything, including family board games. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here before going to see family at Thanksgiving. The property was in excellent shape, and very beautifully decorated. The focus of the property was the view from the deck- incredible! It was a little cool a couple of days, so we didn't sit on the deck every day, but always enjoyed the view. The owner left a couple of coupons for local eateries- and we really enjoyed the BBQ right on top of the hill. Overall fantastic stay- will be going back next time we travel to see family. The first time you stay, you should print a satellite view of the map to the place, following the directions from our phone was tricky with so many little turns (like right in front of the hotel at the entrance), but once you get there, you won't want to go leave!

We wanted to go away for a couple of days and visit Dogwood Canyon. We picked this location because it was close to where we wanted to go...and it was right on Table Rock Lake! It was a nice quiet location and the view was great. Very clean condo and nicely equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
