Great little condo, very clean and well appointed. Everything you might need was provided. The host is terrific and goes out of her way to make the stay perfect. She could not be more accommodating. The description is accurate and the location is excellent.

The property was exactly as described. The kitchen was nicely stocked with amenities that we found very useful. The condo was spotless and the area very quiet at all times of day. Very convenient to all local attractions.

We really enjoyed staying here! Clean and lovely. There’s an area to walk your dog. Close to the Currituck Lighthouse and pleasant restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We were here for a "shoulder season" wedding, and this place was perfect for me, my husband, our two adult children, and one grand-dog. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen/gathering area, and it was very comfortable! Lynn was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. I would stay here again!

I love coming down to the outer banks for the beach and the activities but this visit was extra special because of the people we interacted with. Lynn was awesome and I will definitely consider coming down next year.

We loved the house, the area and how easy it was to communicate with Lynn. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to just have a calm place close to the beach. We can not wait to come back and stay here again.

We went to Corolla for a wedding and being an only child with parents who were unsure if they were attending, I didn’t need a giant house. This was perfect for us as we really need a place to sleep, have breakfast and work a bit during the day away from the chaos. We had plenty of big houses on the beach with heated pools and all that to go lounge at. The set up of the two king bedrooms to be able to have their own bathroom was great. Everything was clean and it was so nice to not be asked to do a million chores at checkout like other locations we have rented. The walk to the beach was perfect for us and our small dog and the adult putt putt on all grass across the street proved to be a great afternoon. Lynn was very responsive, recommend!

The condo and property were perfect for my wife, me and our dog. Communication prior to and during our stay was quick and effective and the space was delivered very clean upon our arrival. We are so happy we rented this well-equipped, well-located condo versus one of the larger homes, the condo has plenty of space to live, relax and enjoy. Lynn was a fantastic host.

We had the privilege of staying here and thoroughly enjoyed it. We will be coming back God willing over and over again. Lynn is a great host. She gives you your space but also will answer any and every question you have of her. Very much enjoyed it. Home is clean, great location, and has a lot of space. Home run place !!!!!!!!

The unit is clean and well maintained. 10 minutes walk to the beach. All good.

This place is wonderful, very clean and has everything you would want for a nice stay - it felt like home for our 2 night stay. Communication with Lynn was excellent. She responded immediately whenever we had a question. Great location - nice walk to the beach. Definitely plan to stay here again!

My Family had our best vacation, staying here.It was extremely clean, beds comfy, plenty of space to relax and amenities were perfect. The people were extremely nice, including Mrs.Lynn and her husband (best property owners great people)by far the best experience you can possibly have.Perfect location to the beach or 4x4.Love Corolla and OBX Definitely going again.

The condo was perfect for my family. Clean and very lovely. Short walk/bike ride to the prettiest beach ever. Comfy beds and peaceful area. 30 yards to the pool, which was super neat and clean. The condo came with chairs and a hammock for the beach! The host was very responsive and so friendly! We WILL be back to this rental! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay ♡

The property was fantastic- modern new design, comfy beds, and strong wifi! Lynn was also fantastic to communicate with as well. The property has a really nice pool across the paring lot, and is a short 10 minute walk to the beach! Be sure to ask how to use a shortcut to the beach!

This modern unit was perfect for what we needed and having a pool on the property was a bonus! Close to the beach and a great location to explore Corolla and the surrounding area. We would highly recommend!

It's a nice modern Condo, really pretty and beachy. The only draw back was that there was quite a bit of pet hair on the floor probably left from the previous renter. We vacuumed it. Also. the website states there's a near or close by walkway to the beach. Not really. It's a big hike to go to the nearest walkway to the beach. If you want to go on the beach in your truck, you must submit for a pass way ahead of time. We didn't know that and all the passes ran out by the time we got there. They only allow 300 passes per week.

This place was awesome and perfect for a family of 4. Would definitely stay here again and Lynn was super nice!! :-)

My wife, son (12), in-laws and wife's brother stayed at this property in mid-July. The property itself was modern (new), nicely decorated and felt clean. The beds were comfortable in the two bedrooms. It had a large island in the kitchen, which comfortably seated all six of us. There was a gas barbecue outside that we didn't get to use. There was a nice community pool that's in very close proximity to the property (30 yards?). The location was great for access to Currituck Beach Lighthouse and driving on the beaches, and there seemed to have been a lot of new development in the area since our last visit (housing, restaurants, etc.). It's a bit of a hike to other attractions further south (Jockey's Ridge, Wright Brothers Memorial, Bodie Island Lighthouse, H2OBX, etc.), but Corolla's a very nice area, which continues to be developed. We enjoyed the short visit and wouldn't hesitate to re-book at this property.
