Marlin House 52 was perfect for our family! The inside was nicely decorated, very organized and clean. Had all the amenities you needed and more (boat slip right in front) Beautiful view with gorgeous sunsets! Pool was a short walk from the house and lots of close restaurants, activities, and shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to be booking again next year!

Marlin House 52 was actually more than advertised. The house is very well stocked with everything you need and more. Perfect for our family of 5 adults. Convenient location, the house is extremely comfortable, and the sunsets are incredible. John was very responsive to our needs, questions, and even provided advice for our weekly itinerary. I would highly recommend Marlin House 52!

Age ranges in my family from 17 to 86. Place is set up with all the amenities you would need including a boat slip and great pool. Very quiet location with very short ride to good restaurants, water activities, and surprisingly nice beach. short trip south to Key West and short trip north to Islamorada. 5 stars across the board.

We had such a great time at this place. This was our second time staying in indigo reef and it’s always a perfect time. The unit was awesome and stocked with all the things to have a good time. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again.

Enjoyed another wonderful stay at the Indigo Reef! Many wonderful sunsets! The pool was gorgeous with beaches within a minute drive...the house was beautiful furnished & a perfect getaway with family! Definitely be back!

We loved the location, sunsets, and how all the details were thought of. Coffee filters, garbage bags, beach items, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. All those little things made it easy to unwind and enjoy our stay. The pool is perfect size and was used daily. We loved it!

We have been vacationing in the Keys once or twice a year for the last 25+. We’ve rented types of houses -some better than others, but this Unit is by far the BEST YET! The owners have paid meticulous attention to detail in every aspect from home decor, furnishings, home and kitchen goods, appliances, and on and on. The location is absolutely perfect with beautiful nightly sunsets and amazing water views. The grounds are immaculate and the owner's housekeeping is impeccable. Communication with John was easy, instant, and on point as far as check-in and checkout. We never needed to contact them because everything is flawless, but have no doubt that if we would’ve had any reason to speak with them they would’ve responded immediately. We recommend this rental without any hesitation whatsoever. Great place, great owners, great time!!!

Great property, has everything broken down and as a fellow vrbo renter they gave me some great new ideas to make stays even better. I dont like the 4pm check in i know most places are 3 pm that extra hour makes a difference . Great location for getting in and out with the boat, we even caught lobster in the bay !

John and Wendy offer the perfect family home for your Keys Vaca! Their home has a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals, drinks, ice cream, bread- The large den has a big screen tv, comfy sofa and chairs, and games to play. They have charger cords available up and downstairs in case you forget yours! The bedrooms are clean, neat and spacious. There are 2 porches to enjoy the views! They offer a deep freezer on the porch to keep bait separate from food. The info binder is organized and helpful! And- they respond to any other concerns you may have quickly!! If you’re lucky- it’s still available! We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very nice with awesome views. Very well laid out. We had our own boat slip which made it nice and convenient for us. It is located on a good spot on the island close to whatever you need. We all had a wonderful time here

We had an amazing experience at this property. The manager/owner was quick with any responses we needed and made it a super smooth process. The location for boating is perfect! We could see our boat from the villa, short distance to the pool and the best sunset views. We will be staying there again.

Property was perfect our vacation! Boat slip/dock was recently renovated and was very nice. The townhouse had everything we needed and more.

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. The house is tastefully decorated and fully stocked with everything you need for your visit. Bring the food and drinks and you're all set. The wifi was fast and everything worked as expected. The property is very clean and well cared for. It's a gated community so you feel very safe a secure the entire time. The parking is covered . There's also a boat dock with this unit so you can rent a boat and fish your heart out. Speaking of fishing, they have a freezer on the front porch for any bait and caught fish you want to store. The property owners were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We stayed in May 2022 and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely at this beautiful location ! The views are spectacular and the owners were quick and responsive and even gave us a name to rent a boat during the busy season ! They had ALL the amenities you could think of and it made for a very comfortable home away from home! We definitely plan on returning !

My husband always wanted to stay for an extended period of time in the Keys and we found this jewel of a place to stay in. The owner was super and so helpful in all endeavors even ordered a pack & play for one of my granddaughters coming. It was a magical place, the folks that stayed there were really nice and the view was breathtaking. We rented a boat and was able to use it in the ocean & Gulf even with the renovation of the docks occurring (we just had to move it a couple of times). We plan to go back next year! We had a wonderful stay at the Marlin house. We walked in to a gift bag full of goodies and a very nice welcome card. They had everything you could imagine available even games to entertain the kids. The kitchen was well stocked. Having a washer & dryer made life easier and the Owners were very responsive. The sunsets were absolutely stunning. What a great location! We would definitely stay here again.

What a great property! We loved this rental! Marlin House was wonderful. The hosts thought of everything! This is the first home we rented where you could truly arrive with nothing but your clothes. The kitchen was stocked with literally every possible convenience and appliance from the bread maker, ice cream machine and smoothie maker, down to can cozies. Beach towels, phone chargers, indoor and outdoor games, pool noodles, shower gel, shampoo, hand soaps / hand creams.. I could go on about all the details that were taken care of. I could have left one suit case at home had I known just how well appointed the unit was. It is also beautifully decorated, nice spa-like set up in the master bath, and many other details that made us feel like at home. The hosts were gracious and responsive to our questions. Indigo Reef resort is absolutely gorgeous. Palm trees and beautiful tropical vegetation everywhere, assigned covered parking space for each unit... The Pool was exceptional, large, clean, with comfortable loungers and umbrellas and nice facilities, all completely surrounded by palm trees. There are little outdoor grills, for when you bring back fish you caught, as well as tables and trash cans for cleaning your catch right on the boat docks. A little outdoor grill was also provided for the unit, including charcoal. The boat slip is right in front of the unit, and renting a boat for the week was super easy. This has been a wonderful trip, thanks largely to this great rental property where we felt totally at home and enjoyed all the amenities. Hope to be back next year!

The over all experience was to expectations,I called John ( owner ) as we could not open front gate when I could not get John I called Wendy she answered immediately I told my problem... She was very helpful.,,They have know code. Siri gave us the wrong drive way! The minute I got off phone with Windy John return my call I told him of our mistake and off we went.It was very reassuring to know the owners will get back to you in a prompt response. The place was perfect size,beautiful view everything we were looking for. Upon entering the property our adult son reminded us it looked like Jurassic Park all the beautiful vegetation .We had a family gathering and the margarita machine came in good use! The boat doc just a stone’s throw away we enjoyed the family time ,fishing and snorkeling it was a blast! The place was clean and had a great vibe with the ocean theme. I would say it’s perfect for all ages! Thank you John and Wendy

Only 2 minor problems when we checked in.one toilet would not flush, there was no toilet paper in the house and some light bulbs were burned out. All were fixed quickly. the owner was extremely responsive to any issues. The family is looking forward to going back. The finger piers were too short for my 29 ft boat so I was able to tie it to the long built head. It as a great vacation week with the family.
