We had a fantastic weekend. Jennifer was a great host and responded immediately to any message I sent. The house was perfect for our girls weekend. The porch was amazing to watch the sunrise.

This property was at a beautiful location right on Canandaigua Lake. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and as advertised on the listing. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The property was perfect for 3 families with children ranging from 3-14 yr olds. Fully stocked kitchen, clean linen and towels, and plenty of space for us to spread out. Jennifer also gave us a heads up about the neighbor, but we didn't have any issues with them other than some unfriendly stares. Overall, would definitely book again when looking for a place on beautiful Canandaigua lake.

Jennifer is a great host and the house was perfect for our stay. Very spacious and nicely appointed. The wrap-around porch overlooking the lake was amazing. The dock and raft at the lake are perfect for either relaxing or playing in the water. We had a really great time!

We had an amazing stay here with a full house of 14. The location was fantastic and the access to the lake was perfect. There is a crabby neighbor that we were warned about, but we didn’t have any issues. The kitchen supplies could use a little refresh but otherwise great stay. The property manager was super responsive. When we checked in we were short on towels and we had plenty of extra towels delivered within 12 hrs. Overall a great stay for a large family gathering!

What a wonderful house to gather family and friends! From an 11 months old, remote workers in their early 20’s and a 95 year old Great Grandfather we had a wonderful week. The conversations, morning coffee, meals and games on the porch made it the hot spot of the house! There is plenty of space and the entire property is very well maintained. Would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful home. Cheers!

We had a great week despite the power failure on Sunday. The kids swam, went tubing and boating. The owner was very available with any questions or concerns. The only thing that I will say is that the neighbor is not a nice person. Do not go on his property. the kids lost a baseball and I would guess that he has a collection of them. Hope to visit again soon.

We had a nice stay, we had hoped for some snow, but the weather did not cooperate. The house was very nice and the layout was perfect for our group.

The property was beautiful as was the view of the lake. We had a great time staying at the house and making the short 10 minute trip into town to check out the shops and restaurants. The owner Jen was great to deal with and though there were only three of us staying, this would be the perfect place for a large family gathering. It's always nice to know a host puts in the extra effort and we will definitely be staying again.

Our family stayed the weekend and the property was better than advertised. The house felt like home to us. Large family room enjoyed by all, from the one year old toddler to the toddler’s grandpop. The adults were drawn to the porch and the view, even with the chilly weather. Everything was just perfect.

We so enjoyed our time here! It was the perfect spot for a bigger group - tons of room and a great sized kitchen and living room. The wrap around porch and dock access we’re a huge bonus (even though it was a little chilly!). Very clean as well. We’ll be back!

We had a great time! We enjoyed relaxing on the porch. We swam and kayaked from the dock. The home was spotless. The beds were comfortable. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

We had a wonderful time at this lake house. There is a lot of room to spread out inside, on the porch, on the dock and on the wrap around porch. Our 1 and a half year old granddaughters had plenty of room to toddle around and play. The adults did too! Being so close to town was helpful when we needed a few items. Jennifer was easy to communicate with— very pleasant and friendly. Our only issue was the lack of a king sized bed in the master suite, not a problem for some and we knew it ahead of time, but we missed the room we are used to having as my husband and I are both tall. You will also want to bring some kitchen items you may need, such as a large pot for boiling corn (which is so delicious in August) and fry pan or griddle. The water was fantastic and keeping a boat there is ifine with the roomy dock. The lake house was welcoming and inviting — and we loved being able to bring our dog to share in the time together as well.

The house was amazing, very clean and plenty of space for everyone. It was very convenient to just cross the street and be at the lake, and a nice touch with the fridge in the boathouse so we could bring refreshments with us. The house was very close to shops, restaurants, breweries and wineries downtown. Also a short drive from many activities and hikes if you want to take a break from the lake. Highly recommend to anyone, I will miss the view of the lake and sitting on the front porch!

The house was perfect for our needs - roomy, clean, comfortable with a great view from the porch and a perfect dock for swimming, hanging out and boating. We had a blast!!
