We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful condo, comfortable bed. More than expected kitchen item items. The view was great. The host was great with helping us with questions. We are excited to use this location again in the future!

It was a little difficult finding the building,but once we did we were very pleased with the location. The condo was decorated very nicely and was larger than we expected. The views of the lake were beautiful. Overall we were pleased with everything about our stay except the mattresses. They were not comfortable at all, the king and queen mattresses definitely need replacing . We would consider booking again if there were new mattresses.

Attended family reunion. Condo was clean and comfortable. No problems with internet or TV. You don't get the check-in codes until the day your stay starts. They came early enough that it was not an issue, and we even were able to check-in early.

Location: 3.5...great location with a great view with some privacy issues. Being on the main floor, many people walk in front of this unit. Also, it's a hike from Bridges Bay.

Perfect family lake getaway
This was our first time visiting Lake Okoboji and we couldn't ask for a better experience. The condo was great for our family of 6. From the location, to the amenities to the cleanliness and ease of access. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to visit Okoboji!

Perfect for families
This was the best Condo we’ve ever stayed at in Okoboji. We had our grandchildren stay with us and the toys, children’s dishes and silverware, high chair… everything made it so perfect. The view is beautiful from there too.

Hoak Family Reunion 2021
Such a beautiful place to stay with my daughters and two of my grandkids. The condo was perfect. We had several family members rent throughout the bridges and we by far had the best unit. We will be back in two years.

Best sunset view on the lake!
Place is clean and updated. I cannot state enough how great the view is (especially at sunset). The only negative is not the owners issue. The water park can’t find lifeguards (which seems a common issue in Iowa right now). So the indoor/outdoor pools seem to alternate which one will be open each day. I would definitely stay here again!!

Lakefront View
My family and I spent a week here enjoying the atmosphere of Okoboji/Arnold's Park. The condo is just like it is pictured, very clean and spacious for a family of five adults. We were able to make meals with ease on the nights we chose to stay in. One of our favorite things to do was to just hang out on the deck and enjoy the view. I would definitely book a stay here again!

Love this place! Big enough to hold your friends and family for any type of gathering. Plenty of space to sleep for everyone. Location is spot on and the overall appeal of this place is amazing. We're excited to book the same place for the summer!
