Perfect home for the family with plenty to do without having to wander outside. Plenty of places to sit and relax or spend time with others. Washer, dryer, coffee maker, dishes, separate pool towels and shower towels came in real handy.

Everything was just as expected and better! Such a lovely house .. with everything we needed to accommodate us all(family of 11) very clean and everything was working properly.. will definitely be booking here again!

This home is amazing. Spacious, clean, all the amenities you need including private indoor pool. Shops ans restaurants nearly. Close to Zion and Bryce if you want a nice day trip. Awesome owners, fast replies to messages You couldn't ask for more.

Such a cute house! We felt right at home, and loved that the host made us feel welcome with a hand written welcome note, and snacks. We loved the pool, and that the house was so accommodating for children. It was nice and clean and would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had such a wonderful time in this home. Plenty to do for all ages. The home was clean and well organized. We LOVED the private pool and the covered outdoor sitting area. We cooked all of our meals there and had everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

It's a great place to stay! The house is prettier than what the pictures show, has lots of toys for the children, board games for the whole family, snacks. We loved the indoor pool. Beyond my expectations

Owners were great and really did a nice job making the older home feel very inviting with modern updates and an intelligent layout.

We stayed here as a home base for exploring Zion National Park and surrounding areas. The home was exactly as described. We liked that it was in the middle of town and had easy access to many different locations. They made good use of the space and we were able to fit our family with no problems. Our kids loved the pool--in fact, we had to rearrange our plans to leave them more room to play! There were plenty of dishes and the kitchen was well stocked. Also plenty of linens and toys and games for kids. We never needed to contact the host during our stay, but were in contact before and after and she was quick to respond. We would love to come back soon and continue to explore. Our only complaint was that we didn't make the reservation long enough--we weren't ready to leave yet!

It's a great place to stay. The pool was fun and loved that it was private. Me and my family enjoyed being together instead of in separate hotel rooms.

This was a great place to stay for experiencing the area around st george. Host was quick to respond to any questions and make friendly suggestions.

We loved everything about our stay! Melanie is the best!!!!! Went above and beyond to not only make our stay awesome (including a pass to visit all the amazing parks) - but her detail in supporting my visit to the area to compete in the Ironman World Championship - had everything I needed to have an epic race!! I hope to be back!!

We had a great stay! We loved the indoor pool. The location was great. We appreciated the blow up mattress and linens. Everything was organized and it helped us feel right at home.

I’ve stayed at many different vacation homes with my family and we have rated this one in the top 3! We loved how clever things were placed. Such a wonderful use of space. The pictures make it look so much smaller than it really is. It’s spacious and clean. The pool was the perfect temperature. We plan on staying here next time we visit!

We had a lot of fun! The toys and books were a hit with the grandkids. Kitchen wasn’t fully stocked with what you need for Thanksgiving dinner but we made it work!! Pool was super fun but seems to be solar heated so water temps a bit chilly early in the day. Got in at night though and it was heavenly!! Bob was super friendly and helpful!! Thanks for the memories!!

The pool sold us on this vacation. The owner was very kind and helpful. We really didn’t need anything the kitchen is beautiful . If you have very little ones or light sleepers I would advise bringing a sound machine . The street noise can be a bit loud. There is also a clock tower that chimes loudly on the hour for 4 minutes. Obviously this is out of the owners control and it so minor I only mention it so that you can be prepared with the little ones for naps. The house was very clean . The pool was so warm the teens wanted to spend all of our downtime there. There is also a nice little selection of toys to keep toddlers busy while parents prepare dinner. A great time was had by all. Checkin was super easy , we were given door codes and there is a binder on the counter with the rules of the house.

We had a pleasant weekend at this property. It was great to have your own pool to swim in. The kids had a blast. My only complaint is that my wife was sweeping up glass daily from a glass door which was previously shattered. Other than that, the house was comfortable and the Marvel toys to play with were a big hit.

We had a great time at this house. While the property is older and some small updates could be made the price was great and it had its own pool with toys! The host was great to work with! We would stay here again!

We love this place. The private pool is so great. We can swim and swim and swim. The house set up is perfect for our family.

We were excited to have a private pool during corona. This sounded like a great place. However, it is not as described. The "private" pool is shared with baby swimming lessons every morning from 8:30-12:30. After that it is available. You will wake up to babies screaming and crying every morning so no sleeping in. We tried swimming in it later the second evening but there was so much chlorine in the pool it made it hard to breathe and we coughed the entire 10 min we tried being in it. Next, "newly remodeled" is not exactly clear. The kitchen is beautiful and the new carpet is nice. Other than that and a few new sinks in the bathrooms it is very dated. They tried making it smell new with air wicks in every room, sometimes two. The smell was over powering even after we unplugged all 8 of them then the house smelled string of old mothballs. Also, the only way to enter the home is walking around the side with no porch lights to a side door with a code. You cannot enter through the front door at all during your stay. Wish we would have had an accurate description of the home because we wouldn't have spent over $800 for 3 nights with a pool that was unusable and on a very busy main street.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We used the mornings to hike and explore the area, and in the afternoons and evenings we swam in the awesome pool. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was very responsive both before and during our stay.

We had a nice escape a few weeks ago. The home was very clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the toys for the kids. We went and hiked or played in the sand dunes in the morning and then enjoyed the pool when they were done with swimming lessons. It was nice to not have to put on sunscreen to go swim. The one downside was the air conditioning is very loud.

This place is the perfect getaway for an in town stay. The house is clean and well cared for. The pool makes it great to keep the kids having fun. I highly recommend Bob and his home to everyone.

The house was a good experience. It was impressively clean and perfect for my small children. My kids LOVED the toys! A few down sides...it is located on a very busy street with no fence. We didnt feel comfortable sending the kids out to play. But the houses and shops along the street were fun to look at. Another big thing was the lack of pool use and the noise. We heard babies crying from the pool around from 7:30 - 2pm. As a mom, I was stressed out about it, thinking maybe it was one of my kiddos. And we couldn't use the pool until 2pm. That was kind of a bummer as well. Overall, we had fun. Thanks for letting us stay!

The property was clean. There were toys, puzzles, and books for my daughters to play with/read. The private pool was great, with no extra charge for pool heating as many places would charge. Reading through the guestbook and looking around it's clear the owner actively reads feedback and takes measures to improve the house at every opportunity. My children didn't want to leave. This one is going into the books as one of my best vacations ever.

Lovely home. Very welcoming. Fun Pool. Nice and clean! We felt at home even at Christmas. Comfy beds! Nicely decorated. Plenty of blankets. Obvious that owners take pride in propriety.
