Condo was very clean and well maintained. Check in/check out instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Communication with owner was also super easy. Kitchen had a few of the staple dishes, pots and pans which was helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations and we will definitely go back!

Other tav the tub floors which aren't thrift fault. The rest of it was beautiful and well taken care of

We stayed for a family wedding and it was exactly what we needed! My son loved the bunk bed room!

My husband and our 3 boys booked this VRBO with my brother in law and his children. Our boys were in the Boji Blast tournament. This was perfect for our families as it was close to the rink and the water park and arcade were a great asset for the kiddos! I hope to book more with Rachel and Chad! The place was Perfect. Clean, and modern and super relaxing. The hosts welcomed our service dog with we are very thankful for. We hope to stay again if we ever need to stay in Arnold’s Park agains. :)

Due to the warmer weather and the October Festival that was going on at Arnold's Park, we had 4 days of absolute fun. Was able to enjoy the outside deck and firepit every night. The beds are heavenly. The unit could not have been better

Buildings and condo could use some updates

The condo was lovely. It met all the requirements we needed to enjoy our week there. Construction was going on the building to the south that started at 7:00 a.m. Kind of noisy but did not keep us from enjoying the deck during the morning or evening hours when the sun wasn't directly on us. The underground parking was wonderful and we used a parking spot out front for the second vehicle. A misunderstanding on my part that there was absolutely nowhere to park a boat or use of electrical. We had to rent a storage shed to keep the boat in but it was very secure and had electricity. Boat slips are very expensive on the lake. Our hosts were very gracious in answering all my questions and offering suggestions. I also appreciate the early entry to the room since we had made half the trip the night before and were there earlier than the 4:00pm check in. Thank you Chad and Rachel!

This condo is gorgeous!! The only reason I am giving it a 4 is because there is construction right next to it so it was a bit of an eyesoar. Communication was excellent and getting into the condo was super easy. We will be back!!

We enjoyed our stay. Excellent layout and location

The property was very nice and we enjoyed and appreciated the underground garage, but the construction going on across from our balcony was disturbing. The noise began at 8:00 every morning until about 5:00 in the afternoon. We were not told of this in advance and feel we should have been discounted some on the fee.

The only complaint was that the unit above us was very noisy. There was several times the lighting fixture’s actually rattled. The property itself is amazing and so we’re the hosts. Thank you!

Clean property that is close to many amenities. Great deck to watch boat traffic and sunsets.

Very nice property. Only drawback was the construction going on from 7 AM on. It wasn’t a deal breaker, though. They did advertise that boat slips could be rented through Bridges Bay, but I wasn’t able to reach anyone by phone or email for that.

Nice place, perfect size for accommodating our group of 10. Bridges Bay has so many things to offer and do for families with kids of all ages!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4th of July in this property. It had everything we needed, very clean, comfortable, and beautiful views of the lake!! Highly recommend!!

It was extremely clean and everything was well put together! The view is great and the facility (other than a minor elevator issue) was awesome.

The property was wonderful. Very convenient for us to take our grandkids over to swim and play in the arcade. It was so fun when they walked into the condo to watch them check everything out. We have an autistic grandchild and he enjoyed every moment. He loved the small bedroom it was so cozy for him. They have asked if we could do this again. Thank you.
