This condo is immaculate. It overlooks the clay courts on the back side and is located just a short distance to the beach, parks, restaurants. We took bikes and never got in the car except to leave to go home. We biked to Java Java each morning for breakfast. Very nice, very clean. Thank you!!!

We had an amazing stay, this condo checks all the boxes - it is super clean, well decorated, comfortable, and right by the beach and the sanctuary which were really awesome. Communication with the property manager was easy and seamless. Thanks for an amazing stay! I highly recommend and we can't wait to come back.

Lovely place to unwind. Quiet area. Short but scenic walk to the beach. Updated, modern renovations. Lovely shower. Was nice sitting on the screened in porch, turn the fan on and listen to wildlife rustle the leaves below. Will definitely be staying here again.

This villa was the perfect home base for my girlfriend and me. Perfectly sized for two people, the proximity to the tennis courts and beach were perfect. The appliances were great, bathroom was clean and new, and the living room was comfortable. Patricia gave us detailed check-in instructions and was very responsive if & when we had questions. Would recommend to any couple. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back soon enough.

We absolutely loved this condo, and it might have to do with it being so similar to our apartment back home. Perfect size for a husband and wife, and amazing location to get to the beach and the Sanctuary Hotel with ease. The property manager is wonderful. We will be staying here again in the future!

My fiancé and I stayed for a couple nights while we attended a wedding. The villa and neighborhood was clean and quiet and we didn’t have any issues at all during our stay.
The host made everything seamless by providing instructions how to enter the island, get I to the villa etc. They also made sure to send us a quick text when the villa was available for earlier than schedule check in. Overall great experience.

We were very, very happy with everything at the property. It was nicely decorated, very clean and easy to navigate.
The back screened in porch was amazing and the view was wonderful. Even though we were by the tennis courts, there was never an issue with noise. We highly recommend this property!

My fiancè and I stayed the weekend here for a friends wedding. It was perfectly located and extremely clean and charming. Really comfortable beds and pillows (which is a big deal for me because I can be a “picky pillow person”). Appliances were well stocked. It’s nice to have the outside sitting area that is screened in so you don’t have to worry about bugs but you can still enjoy the outdoors. Super easy check in process, Patricia was very helpful in answering all of my questions and she also gave us some great recommendations. 5 minute scenic bike ride to the beach. We will be back!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and could not have been happier. Walking distance to the beach, The Sanctuary, and a short drive to the the courses and Fresh Fields Market. Would absolutely stay here again!
