The Chalet 12 was perfect for our trip away. Location was brilliant. The chalet was just what we needed. It was clean, well stocked, everything we needed was there. Beds were comfortable to sleep in.
I wouldn't use it for a longer stay as there was limited place to put our clothes in and I don't like living in and out of a suitcase. I enjoyed using the electric meter for the first time in my life but it was difficult to know how much we will need and to accually get the coins.

The property was a great find, had everything we needed and more. Very spacious, clean, quiet and a great location. The hosts were always on the end of the phone or replied to mails promptly prior to our stay if I had any questions

The chalet was amazing. So clean. The owners were in constant contact with us. Before and during our stay. We had an amazing chilled out stay. Everything was there. Highly recommended.
We loved it . There were wild rabbits visiting outside. Beautiful place

The chalet was lovely and so was Shelley. She was very helpful when we lost our keys! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The park itself was very quiet. I would recommend staying here to anyone

What a fab little place this is! Spotless, cute, excellent location just a 5-min drive from either Seaton or Beer. Was super quiet, easy to park, cosy, fitted out with everything you could possibly need (the stereo was a lovely touch - could get my greatest hits radio), the telly had Netflix - just what we needed after a day spent walking miles. To top it off, the owners are lovely too! We really did not feel ready to leave this morning!!!

Well equipped chalet quality linen and comfortable furnishing. Lovely sunny decking area with garden furniture and cushions. A lovely stay and we would like to return another time.
Road a little noisy although the excellent weather bought all the motor cyclists out.

Great communication and easy to check in, lovely clean chalet and very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids
The only minor drawback is the site is up quite a steep hill if walking back from town. Not a big deal, but if you have young kids or less mobile members of your party you may want to drive to the beach.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, excellent welcome folder and clear instructions for recycling and things to do nearby. Shelley was a responsive and warm host with prompt, friendly communication. Would love to stay again.

The chalet was lovely with everything you need for a home from home, the little touches such as cleaning products, cloths, washing up liquid even washing powder for the machine saved money . The beds were very comfy and the tv/ broadband worked well, we took our own fire stick for the nights in that picked up the WiFi
The property is at the top of a very steep hill, you have to get a taxi if u want to go out for food/drinks which would not be an issue if taxi was available, on a few occasions we rang but no one even answered so
you had to book

We liked the location away from crowds it was quite and peaceful. The chalet was nice and suitable for what we needed.
The only downside was the bath was really slippery and the plug did not seal so we had to stand and have a shower which made things worse. I had to make my sons sit and have a shower so they didn't slip.

Lovely place for holiday with kids. Very close to town or beach. Not far from Lyme Regis . Nice and quiet. Definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐

We’ve had such a lovely stay at 12a! The owners communication was excellent. The chalet had everything that we needed for a home from home experience and was spotlessly clean.
