This place was amazing. We walked the beach every morning. Saw dolphins and all kinds of wild life. It was quiet and clean. We were impressed!

Thus is an awesome property! Very clean and very beautiful views! Very quiet area for this time of year and very quiet, which is good if you are looking for a nice, peaceful getaway! Definitely worth staying again!

This place was everything I hoped for in a vacation place! Cleanliness, great decor, king size bed, two bathrooms, pet-friendly, balcony, and gorgeous oceanfront view! Hubby and I took our Malchis and celebrated our anniversary! The beach had calm waves, and I was able to swim, and the sand was soft to the feet. Beautiful tropical landscaping throughout the island! Had everything in the kitchen we needed to make many meals., and a gorgeous view to look out while we ate. First time to the island and definitely will not be our last! Thank you to the owners for a wonderful place to stay. There were many dogs in the nearby villas, but we never slept hearing any dogs barking. We all had a great time including the dogs. Seabrook Island was amazing!!!!! Villa was the best!!!

We truly enjoyed our recent stay! We loved the close access to the beach. Every little detail is thought of and the owners were wonderful to work with. Very quick to respond with any of our questions. You can tell they truly care about providing a wonderful guest experience (even down to supplies for the fur baby). This was our first visit to Seabrook and loved the natural beauty of the island. It is so quiet and peaceful. Freshfields Village is just outside the gate but the place to go for restaurants and shopping. We definitely recommend and look forward to a return visit!

The view was great. It was fun to see the wildlife. We really enjoyed our stay. The amenity card information was a little confusing and if I hadn’t read it all through and waited to go to the property I would have spent a lot more money than I was planning too. For future guests to know you can do plenty without paying extra for the amenity card. The Lake House pool is really nice and wasn’t crowded at all. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Seabrook! The property was clean and very organized. We loved how close the beach was and being able to watch the sailboats pass back and forth in the afternoons. We were also surprised at how much wildlife we actually got to see- An armadillo, deer, raccoons, hermit crabs, jellyfish, birds, etc. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay! The view from the porch, and the closeness to the beach were our favorites.

We loved it here! Our only complaint was there wasn't any hot water in the main bathroom shower. It wasn't a big deal to us, as the master bath shower worked great! It was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay.

This is a true jewel of a find! The boardwalk is just a few steps off the porch at the rear of the condo, and the front of the condo has beautiful live oak trees over the condo and the parking lot. It is a beautiful setting front and back. The condo was immaculate with many small touches that made it a special experience. We will be back!

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and quiet. It was updated and had pretty much anything we needed. Beautiful water view, steps to small beach and boardwalk. Close to the clubhouse, pool and larger beach. Bed was comfortable. I wish that laundry detergent was provided, because we didn’t want to buy for our week stay. All in all we had a great time and would definitely rent this unit again.

This is a charming condo in a wonderful community! Beautifully decorated with everything you could need and a lovely view. I brought my son (13) for spring break and there was so much to do, and lots of other kids around, easy walk to the beach and pools. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed to have a perfect home away from home for the week. We would like to come back to Seabrook Island and will definitely book this condo again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Pelican Watch Villas. The communication with property management was excellent. Upon our arrival we found the villa to be very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our morning coffee sitting on the wonderful porch looking at the calming water view and walking the beach. There were plenty of nice linens as well. We highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again.

Great location on beach in pelican watch condos. Very confusing amenity card setup being prior to April 1. Office told us places were not open but they were and vice versa. Beautiful tennis facility- golf course not as challenging or maintained as expected for price and description.

Overall we give this property a C. The unit was nicely decorated but was dark, with only windows in the bedroom and off the porch. The bedroom shades were broken, so they could not be opened to let in light. We called maintenance but nothing was done to fix the shades. We had to have lights turned on all day and all evening since there was virtually no light from windows. There is no light over the dining table, even though there is a capped electrical box over the table. There are no coat hooks in the apartment. Being that it is winter, we needed our coats all the time. It made it inconvenient to need to hang coats in the bedroom closet every time we came into the unit. We ended up just putting our coats on the counter stools every day. The weather for the month we were there was cold and wet. The heat in the unit was marginal. Bedroom and hall bath heat was not good. You can see daylight around the door, allowing cold air into the unit. Whenever the residents in the unit above us moved a piece of furniture or ran the vacuum, it shook the building. There must not be adequate sound abatement insulation in the building. The Pelican Watch Villas are located in a heavily treed area where there was not much sunlight. If people like a jungle-like atmosphere, I guess it would be fine but we did not like it. The information on line did not show the location of the property from the entrance side of the building. It is unlikely that we will stay at the property in the future.

Seabrook Island is a special place. The condo was very quiet, peaceful, and serene. It's thoughtfully updated and provided everything we needed and more. We loved our walks on the beach and couldn't believe we watched the dolphins strand feeding. A very special place with special experiences. We look forward to visiting again.

Came in on Thursday evening, very smooth process at security gate and access to the property with step by step directions. Once inside we were super happy with the layout, decor, and all the amenities. Peaceful and beautiful view to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets! I only have one thing I wished was different and that would be the check out time, but that was a minor thing. The trip was amazing and would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.

I come here every year! I just love how peaceful this place is and all the nature that abounds!

The decor was beautiful. However, there are a few things that need attention. The bed was not comfortable. I suggest a new mattress is needed. The curtains on the patio do not meet. New or additional curtains are needed. The door off the patio can not be locked because the key to the front door does not work for this patio door.

Perfect place to unwind and to enjoy the gifts of nature that is abundant at this rental. Pristine beaches, immaculate landscapes, and the wildlife that quietly inhabits the property is awe inspiring. The unit was well appointed and has everything you need to enjoy your stay and most importantly your pet is welcome.

We had an awesome long weekend trip to one of Coastal Getaways' Pelican Watch condo unit. Located directly on the beach provided excellent sunsets. The 5 minute walk to the swim club (less than a mile by road or just over a mile on the beach) was perfect for us. Check out this sunset from the deck of the unit we rented!

Fabulous view! This very clean and well-appointed home included everything we needed-loved the wine fridge. And SO close to the Beach and Island Clubs!

I manage a real estate brokerage of 90 agents. I was feeling burned out and stressed and could not relax. I was looking for a place where I could decompress and de-stress. Seabrook Island was perfect. It wasn’t crowded and the nature was spectacular. We did a dolphin tour around the islands, my husband golfed, we saw the dolphins stranding which was spectacular but most of all we relaxed. Our condo was great. We sat on the porch all hours of the day and evening. It was beautifully updated and had everything we needed. It was a perfect week.

The condo is beautiful and spacious. Our family enjoyed our time at Seabrook!

Beautiful villa. So clean! Views were amazing of the Edisto River and Atlantic. Short walk to Beach Club and pool. We’ll be back. One note: unit is lower level so you do hear the people above you.
