This rental is a good clean option for visiting New Orleans. It is close to good restaurants and music. The staff were responsive to requests and I recommend it.

We enjoyed the family stay at this cute little house! The wooden floors were a little loud when our infant was sleeping, and the pool heater didn’t seem to properly work - to be fair, we didn’t ask the property manager about it as it was late and we didn’t want to bother them. Cute for a quick stay and neighborhood seemed safe enough.

We were in town for a friends wedding and had the pleasure of staying at this property. The place was spacious, beautiful and clean. We enjoyed being able to cool off in the pool and made use of the heater when it was chilly. Would stay here again.

This was a great place for us. Close to everything. The pool was nice as we have a teen who doesn’t like going out so we got to spend time in a pool with privacy to allow him to enjoy himself and relax. Eighborhood is quiet and locals are very friendly.

The house is in a safe location, conveniently located a few blocks from a great grocery, amazing coffee shop, and some drinking holes. It's a bit more than a mile to the park. The house is surprisingly spacious. It was clean and everything worked. Pool was absolutely clutch, particularly to escape the summer heat.

We loved our house! The owner was very responsive to any of our questions, and she brought towels over right away when the washer was not able to be fixed. We were well took care of! The pool was perfect as it was heated so we were still able to enjoy the pool even when it rained a little each day. Thank you!

Me and my friends had a great time at this home. I would definitely come back, had a lil issue and Michael helped me out right away, pool is beautiful, and everything is nice.

The property is excellent! It's very clean, the beds are great and the pool is perfect. I only had two problems. One, when I arrived there were two men working on the outside of the property. I wasn't informed before hand that anyone would be there nor did the owner respond to explain why they were there. The property manager responded but didn't know what was going on. Second, the living room furniture is HORRIBLE!! The chairs have breaks in them and the sofa is lumpy at best. Those issues didn't ruin our stay because the pool was the real reason we were there and it was more than made up for those issues!! I would DEFINETLY book this place again!

This house is awesome and has everything needed. There was a bit of confusion with the check in but luckily there is plenty to do in New Orleans so we were not too bothered with entertaining ourselves for a while before checking in. Communication with the hosts were great, they were very helpful. Love the neighborhood. Would recommend.

Great area just far enough from the busy French Quarter and Bourbon street but just a bus ride away.

House was great. Enough room for everyone plus a pool that hit the spot after eating and sightseeing. Only downside is uncomfortable living room furniture.

Very easy clean

If you want to stay in an authentic double barrel shotgun style house this place is for you. The upgraded kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful. With four bedrooms there is plenty of room for everyone. We liked the location which is close to the garden district and downtown. Great restaurants nearby. The pool in a private backyard is another plus. I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome area of New Orleans and very walkable neighborhood. Only two complaints: no glasses but owner was very prompt in correcting that mistake and brought glasses over asap, and some of the furniture had been repaired and had some jagged/sharp edges. Overall would highly recommend this rental and will be back!

We stayed 4 days at this home during our visit to New Orleans. It was clean, safe and convenient to all the things we wanted to see and do. And the kids loved the heated pool in the backyard. Gave us a nice place to relax after a day of site seeing.

We wanted to stay close enough Magazine without being right on it, great location, easy to get to good spots. Would certainly go back for a another weekend of food and drink.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The unit was clean, well equipped and reasonably priced. The only negative feature of this property is the uncomfortable, antique furniture in the living room that was unusable. The private pool was a great addition to our stay! We’ve stayed in several temporary rentals and we greatly appreciated that this one provided a few cleaning supplies and trash bags.

The house is a totally updated and modern unification of two classic adjoining New Orleans "shotgun" homes. It was perfect for our family get-together. Very comfortable and clean. It is on a busy street , but that was not a problem. The neighborhood is safe. Two good grocery stores close by and we were within 5-15 minutes from good nightlife, restaurants, and the best parade viewing.. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Location close to shops, restaurants and things to do. Comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and as shown

Location was great for our family and the pool was a huge hit for the kids. There are two grocery stores close by that made it nice to cook our own meals.

The house was more spacious than it looked in pictures and it was very clean. There were some minor issues (door handle not working in master bathroom and the house having 2 bathrooms - not 3 as listed on the site) but were not bothersome. The pool was great, but it took us a while to figure out how turn on the heated function. The walls are thin, so it can be pretty noisy with the cars passing by. Other than that, I had an awesome experience and wouldn't mind staying here again!

No complaints

The AC went out while we were there and once we contacted the property managers they had a technician called to the house in half an hour! The whole issue was resolved in less than an hour! Plus the house was very clean and the pool was the perfect temperature. Definitely will return to this property!

Very nice, a lot of room! We enjoyed our stay and the pool was amazing!

The home was as described. Parking is on the street but space was always available in front of the house. Loved the espresso machine, brought back memories of when I was a barista. The pool was great and we used it every evening after sight seeing. We would definitely stay again.

I stayed here with family. We all enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and very clean. There places near by to eat and have a drink. I strongly recommend it.

No problems great place would stay here again

We never booked a house before. We always did hotels. But since our party was so big we took our chances and booked. I am glad we did. It was a little confusing our last day and he was VERY understanding and gave us a free day. Love love love it!
