We came to go jeeping. Had plenty of room for two trailers, pickups and Jeeps. Rooms were perfect for multiple families.

Group of friends from all over met up for a couple days of hikes, rafting, breweries, and games. Loved the house, could walk to town and the home was spacious with a lot of space for everyone. Thanks again for having us

Great property ...

The house was very comfortable and spacious for our group of ten. Both living spaces had comfortable seating and the fireplaces made it warm and cozy. The property manager was prompt in replying to any questions we had. The check out process was the easiest of any house we’ve stayed in. The bunk room was much smaller than we expected but our girls made it work. I would have liked to have been able to drop off our luggage earlier than four when we got to town so we could go rent our ski gear. The owner might consider giving renters early access to the garage to drop off luggage and free up space in cars to rent gear and/or grocery shop to make best use of time. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

The layout with two living rooms was really nice for our group. Each room having its own bathroom was a big plus as well! We made good use of the hot tub and enjoyed the home being so close to town.

The dining area was big enough to sit for family style dinners, and the presence of TWO living rooms was a game changer in that the kids could watch cartoons/movies on one end of the house, and the adults could relax in a separate space. The hot tub apres ski experience was luxurious, and combined with the comfy beds, we were recharged each day. The location couldn’t have been better - we didn’t try the free shuttle but it was easily accessible, and the drive to the slopes was <5 min. Check-in / out was seamless and the communication with the Summit staff was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely book here again!

This was a great house! Good location, just 12min walk to city center in a great neighborhood. Nice hot tub, deck, and gas grill. Well-equipped kitchen. Lots of room with plenty of comfortable beds.

Process was great, house wasn’t super clean when we arrived, missing many starter essentials, one reason we rented a “house” was so we could store our bikes in the garage, we didn’t realize the garage was locked to guests

We had a great time weather was perfect, the icebox was not working when we check in, pots & pans had dried food in them, you actually had to wash whatever you were going to use ! Hot tub was nice . Was a little disappointing , nice place just hadn’t been kept well & the inspection must have been skipped that we were told had to be done before we could check in!

The house was perfect. As advertised. Wonderful place to host my partner’s 40th birthday. We’ll be back!!

Perfect for a family ski vacation

Great stay and location. Only issue was the heat seemed to be on high even when the thermostat was low. Hard to sleep without windows open.

Don’t have access to the garage. The washer and dryer is apartment size so only holds 4 items max in each. Makes it hard when you have two families that packed accordingly. To use the spa/jacuzzi they will charge extra which they tell you after it’s booked and upon check in. The property management kept saying they were going to fix a light while we there and had poor communication. All windows were stripped so too worried about opening them and then couldn’t get them closed for check out. The positives it is close to town. About 1/2 mile. Easy to shuttle to the lofts or drive to town. It’s up a large hill so walk home can be rough.

The house was a perfect place for our family vacation. The floor plan allowed everyone their own space and the furniture is notably comfortable. The wildflowers in the back yard were in full bloom to enjoy while in the hot tub, on the porch swing or watching for foxes. Perhaps our favorite was the location and being able to walk to downtown or any of the many neighborhood trails. We would highly recommend and would definitely return. Thank you!!!

Property was very clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Location just a few minutes from Main Street in Breckenridge. Only negative on the property is the lack of air condition. We stayed in the middle of July. Not that big a deal as a high was 75 but the upstairs rooms took several hours to cool off after being gone with activities during the daytime.

The house was well stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies like paper towels, dish detergent, etc. The couches and beds were comfortable, providing us with a relaxing weekend. Great location, close to downtown. The porch swing was very nice, but would have been better if it had a roof so it wasn’t wet (porch lights were mostly burned out). The hot tub was a bonus for sure. All ages-22-80 loved it. The kitchen was well appointed with the exception of good pots and pans (e.g. two griddles were warped and most of the pots scratched).We had a visiting fox walk through the yard several times each day, minding his own business. The place was in a really nice area, walking distance to downtown but still in a quiet area! Loved the foxes! The only complaint I have is the backyard is not maintained so you have to play cornhole and games in the front of the house on the driveway, which if you have kids, it’s a bit scary because the road is right in front of the house and it’s kinda busy. Everything else was great though!
