The property is secluded. Despite the power authority causing rolling blackouts our host did an outstanding job of making us comfortable. Very close to town, and the extra amenities provided by the host were much appreciated.

Amazing views, with all the things you need to relax on the island. Clean and cute. Great place for 2. Would go back again in a heartbeat!

We were so impressed with this lofty, mountaintop delight! Our hosts were so kind and helpful - and very generous with my kids who adored their beautiful pool. We rented a Jeep - which was truly needed to navigate the rugged mountain road to the top - but so SO worth it. The casita was well equipped for a family that loves to cook and needs lots of linens and towels… Water is precious in the islands, so expect to take 2 min showers, flush less and buy a few gallons of drinking water (go to Love City Ice in Cruz Bay for 1 refills.) It really feels good to conserve and be mindful. THE WIND, oh, the glorious, warm wind! It blows day and night in from the sea - I laid on the veranda every night to enjoy the breeze and watch the stars. A/C was welcome now and then. Perfect adventure. Minutes from Cruz Bay, groceries, gas, restaurants, shops, beaches & nightlife. Favs: Love City BBQ, St. John Scoops, Dolphin Market, Beach Bar, Surf Club in Coral Bay (tacos!) We snorkeled EVERY DAY!! Beaches: Maho Bay (right side) for turtles and stingrays, Trunk Bay: corals/ pretty fish, Cinnamon Bay: perfect sand (and great snacks/showers after 4pm), Jumbie Bay: waves and deeper swimming, Little Cinnamon Bay (far left, over rocks): see the downed plane just off the beach! Haulover: amazing corals and baby fish (wear shoes!) Smith Bay on St. Thomas: tons of turtles, friendly barracuda and diving pelicans (right side by bouys) Enjoy!

Beautiful place and location. Quiet, amazing views and perfect breezes through the casita. My wife and I with 2 teenage girls had a blast. The owners are great hosts and we enjoyed the pool and beach chairs. The location is perfect, close enough to town but far enough for peaceful stay. We highly recommend!

Great location on a St John's hill with a beautiful view, close to town, beautiful sunrises and on the clear nights the stars were amazing! The home was perfect for the two of us - great relaxing areas inside and outside and inside. Casie was quick to answer all our questions before and during our visit. We'd definitely stay here again.

This villa is awesome! The view is spectacular and the villa itself is clean and nicely updated. Casie was very nice to work with. The last half mile of the road is pretty bumpy. We rented a jeep and drove very slowly dodging potholes. There are stairs getting to the casita which was not a problem for us at all but could be for some people. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed the week of 1/29 with Casie! Everything was perfect. Loved the location and ease of everything. House was small but heald us 4 ladies just fine. We did not run the AC much because of the constant breeze that blew. So refreshing and homey. Everything we needed and more. We can’t wait to come back again.

Villa is spacious and clean, kitchen had everything we needed for a week-long stay. Views are fantastic - we loved watching the sunrise from bed every morning. A 4WD vehicle is definitely needed as most taxis are unable to get up the hills to the property, but we loved the privacy and it's a quick 5-10 minute drive to the heart of Cruz Bay.

We enjoyed our stay at this place, the views were amazing. It was clean and had a kitchen which was helpful since we had a toddler with us. Casie was super helpful and since this our first visit to St. John’s, she answered the questions we had ahead of our visit and during the stay.
