Fantastic setup to get multiple families together that can share bedrooms. We had 4 families together, and used the extra cabin for communal space. I recommend having the extra cabin for rainy days, and extra food overflow, as the fridges and space is limited in each cabin. Beds were adequate and cozy enough. Didn’t sag in the middle! Everything was clean, and great for a rustic-ish stay.

We had a great week. The cabin was exactly as described and what we expected. The owners checked in with us when we arrived and made sure everything was all set. We did not need to contact them again during our stay but they were just a phone call away if we needed them.

Wonderful Experience
We're really loved the cabins and spending time by the campfire. This was a great setting for our gathering of friends, it was beautiful and comfortable, with lots of great outdoor space and easy access to the lake.

Beautiful property and cabins!
Whether you’ve been to Lake Willoughby before or it’s you’re first time visiting, these cabins are the perfect spot to share a vacation with friends and family. The cabins and grounds were both spotless and homey. There is plenty of space and games on site to enjoy. The hosts even set up some bases for us to play waffle ball. They also have great suggestions on places to visit and eat. All the hosts were very helpful and kind. We’ve been to the lake many many times and this has been our favorite spot to rent thus far.
We’ll surely be back !
(If you’re there on a Saturday be sure to ask them for directions to the Amish bakery)

We had a great time with 10 adults and 5 children all under the age of 4! Lots of room to play outside and great beach. This fit our family needs perfectly. The owners were great with communicating. The cabins had everything you needed and were very clean. Beautiful area, wonderful wildlife.

This was our first time attempting a 4 family vacation together. The cabins are older but it was clean and efficient - simple living worked well! There is a well equipped kitchen, basic bathroom, clean linens, and easy to stay in. The futon mattress in the living room was very hard though. We spent most of our 4 days on the lake which was absolutely gorgeous - not crowded! We'd brought our boat from CT and it was well worth it. The private beach was great and worked well for everyone. Bring water shoes - lots of rocks to walk on to get out to the sand. We will definitely return!

This was our first time attempting a 4 family vacation together. The cabins are older but it was clean and efficient - simple living worked well! There is a well equipped kitchen, basic bathroom, clean linens, and easy to stay in. The futon mattress in the living room was very hard though. We spent most of our 4 days on the lake which was absolutely gorgeous - not crowded! We'd brought our boat from CT and it was well worth it. The private beach was great and worked well for everyone. Bill and Elaine were very nice. They greeted us when we got there, gave us sheets for the sofa beds and games to play while we were there. They also had a huge canopy they let us use over the picnic tables for the night it poured.
They even lit fires for us every night in the fire pit that they amply furnished with beautiful wood adarandak chairs.
They are pretty accommodating about noise, but they do live on premises. So we would turn the music down pretty low after 10pm.

My friends and I rent a lake house every year and rather than one house this year we went with the 4 cabins. With 15 friends it was so handy to have 4 fridges and 4 bathrooms this year!!!

Green Acers is one of the most beautiful and tranquil finds in The Northeast Kingdom.
The cabins are delightfully accomdating with easy access to a private beach just a stroll across the street.
Our large family held a reunion there 7 years ago and was on the top of the list as a place to be hosted again.
Bill and Elaine couldn't be more accomdating with all the details and large crowd. We will be going back again and again.

Our large family held a reunion there 7 years ago and was on the top of the list as a place to be hosted again.
Bill and Elaine couldn't be more accomdating with all the details and large crowd. We will be going back again and again.
