The cottage is perfect for us, close to family! It's always a relaxing, quiet space & our Yellow Lab loves the yard. Annette is a wonderful host & we look forward to our next stay.

We’d planned our stay in Montecito to take advantage of the outdoors, wanting to walk along the beach, hike in hills, etc. The cottage seemed perfectly designed for outdoor living with its french doors and lovely yard. Unfortunately, the Santa Barbara area was hit with a horrendous December storm and we spent most of our holiday inside. The cottage was still lovely, with the large modern TV offering much entertainment and the beautiful bedroom offering cozy respite from the weather. We did manage to get some dog walks in, walking up the road, which is beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

what was especially nice about this property in Montecito, unlike so many other choices was that it was not near the freeway

Annette’s guest cottage was the perfect size and location for our stay. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and it’s very quiet. Easy access to the freeway and very close to restaurants and shopping. Annette is friendly and communicates promptly. We would definitely stay there again! KC and Ann

I visited for several days and just loved the property. Tucked away but easily accessible, it’s wonderfully private and very calming. Convenient kitchen, very nice bathroom/shower, and comfy bed. I already plan to be back!

The cottage is charming and well equipped. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, private and quiet. We had our own private fully fenced yard. Great for dog owners. We will definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay at this delightful Montecito cottage. I would encourage others to stay here because it is within walking distance to a very pretty hiking trail. In addition, thoughtful holiday touches were evident. There was a lovely wreath on the door and a poinsettia in the living room. The outdoor space has beautiful landscaping and a fire pit!

The home is very well appointed with everything you might need for a short stay. The neighborhood is lovely and very walkable. Shopping is a short drive away.

Up in the leafy hills of Montecito, this is like visiting a lovely country house while minutes driving from Santa Barbara's beaches, restaurants and the rest. Well furnished and equipped. Great outdoor spaces. Lots of privacy.

This is our second stay in this wonderful cottage! The location is perfect for us, close to family & allows us to have are own quiet space. It's clean & very comfortable, highly recommend. Annette is great host & we look forward to another stay next spring.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cute, clean, comfortable cottage. Annette was very accommodating when we asked to borrow some beach chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the attention to design and decorations.

Cottage was nestled in trees, yard was secluded and well lighted at night. Amenities were awesome and the kitchen supplies were more than adequate. My German Shepherds were very comfortable. the owner was lovely and friendly.....I couldn't ask for a more pleasant place to stay!

Very nice property. The setting is quiet and peaceful with beautiful trees. It’s very dog friendly with a fenced in yard. The inside is decorated tastefully and the bed is comfortable. The location is close to Montecito. We had a very pleasant five days there. Annette is very nice and easy to work with. We would go back so we could explore more of Montecito.

Our stay in Montecito was wonderful! The cottage is super cute and comfortable. The yard was great for our older dog to sun himself in, and Annette was a great host. Looking forward to our next visit already!

We just left this lovely cottage in the Montecito hills after a 4 night stay. It was perfect for what we wanted: quiet and peaceful but close to everything in Santa Barbara. The property was clean with new appliances and fixtures. The bed was comfortable and everything worked as it should. I would definitely recommend for a couple wanting to spend time in SB. Pet friendly too which was a big plus for us.

The cottage was lovely. Well-appointed, private, serene. A very safe yard for our 2 small pups. Great communication with owner. She respected our privacy and was also very prompt with information when requested. We would absolutely stay there again in a heartbeat!

This is a mini paradise, a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Santa Barbara. We have never stayed in a cleaner, prettier cottage. Annette is a wonderful hostess, even welcoming us with a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate our granddaughter’s graduation from college.

Property was exactly as advertised. Very charming guest cottage in exquisite area, with every amenity we could ask for. Premises were immaculately clean and in pristine condition. Host couldn’t have been more attentive or gracious.

The Montecito guest cottage was cute, comfortable, and ideally located for our planned vacation. While the weather was challenging, we enjoyed the outdoor space as much as we could - lovely and lush thanks to all the rain.

Annette was terrific. The cottage is set up nicely. The surrounding yard and garden were beautiful. In better weather, we would have lived outside in the garden… However, the cottage has so many windows it was delightful to view the garden and welcome the light.

This is an immaculate, charming, well-equipped cottage with lovely decor and plenty of privacy. Our second time staying here and we hope to return again.
