My family, which included my 3.5 year old and my elderly parents among others, stayed at this home and we had a wonderful stay. The elevator that goes from the garage to the two floors of the home is extremely useful. The views, including daily morning dolphin sightings were beautiful. Seabrook Island is beautiful, clean, and not too crowded. The host, Cam, is such a nice guy and attentive to guests' needs and was generous with offering flexibility when requested. Thank you, Cam, for a great stay!

Excellent in all respects!

We stay in different beach homes several times a year. This was by far the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen. We had ample pots, pans, cutlery, spices, and serving trays. There was not one thing we wished we had that wasn’t provided. Fantastic rental!

We were very impressed with this property. We enjoyed waking up to the waves crashing on the shore line and watching the birds and porpoises right from our back porch. Plenty of space for our family and it included all of the amenities, including beach, chairs, boogie boards, casting net, etc. I would highly recommend this property!

This rental was perfect. Cam is a wonderful responsive host who was quick with answers to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. The check in process was very easy with early check in and a digital code. The house itself is walking distance to the pool and club which was perfect as we stayed here as a family for my wedding. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrific house; Great location to beach, pool & clubhouse.

This is one of the best properties to rent on Seabrook. You cannot get any closer to the beach and the Pelican’s Nest & Pool. The house was clean and well maintained. The private boardwalk from the house to the ocean was in great shape (the ones nearby were in disrepair) The owner also provided many beach chairs and toys which was a plus. Our favorite part of the home was sitting on the outside deck enjoying the ocean views and sounds. Thanks to the owner, Cam, for allowing us to rent this beautiful home. He was also very nice to work with.

My wife and I met our two adult daughters with our lone 17 yo son still at home. This house was perfect. There is plenty of room (and bathrooms). The open kitchen, dining room, family was our hangout spot with sweeping views of the Edisto Inlet and ocean. We all slept well on the high quality beds and bedding. Seabrook on Memorial Day week was delightfully quiet. We often had the beach to ourselves for perfect dolphin and bird watching. We saw dolphins everyday. On Wednesday of our week, one of my daughters and I walked to the Kiawah River Inlet and saw dolphin strand feeding. Amazing. The house is an easy walk to the Seabrook Beach Club and pools. The kids loved relaxing at the pools after our morning walk and then grab lunch at the Pelican’s Nest. Loved our stay! We will be back.

We have stayed at several properties on Seabrook Island and this property by far had the best ocean views! We loved sitting outside on the comfy furniture and just soaking them up! Our family of 7 adults had plenty of room and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. The home was very clean, updated and quiet. The elevator was an added plus since we had an older family member. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc. It’s a very short walk to the club where we love to hang out by the pool, enjoy drinks and eat lunch at the Pelican restaurant. Cam, the owner, was very responsive and answered immediately when we had a few questions on arrival. Could go on and on about how great this place is. You won’t be disappointed! We can’t wait to stay here again!

What a beautiful property. It was heaven from the tone of our arrival until our departure. Easy checkin, spotless house. So close to everything. Can’t sing the praises more. It was fantastic.

Party of 4, including married couple, SIL, and aging, but young at heart Mom. We really enjoyed ourselves. The townhouse was perfect and we had plenty of room. Great views and saw many dolphins! A break of a learning curve on the range. Lol. Would certainly stay here again. Harris Teeter grocery worked out well.

Wonderful views, semi-private beach just steps away, and walking distance to resort club. Cam was very helpful (even came to fix one issue in kitchen during our stay) and communicative. Clean, comfortable and updated. The only surprise was that these are "duplex" units. We couldn't tell that from the pictures or description, but it was no issue at all. Highly recommend.

We had the best Thanksgiving trip! The home was equipped with everything we needed and was amazing.

The home was beautifully appointed, on the water and across the street from the club house. We can't wait to come back.

This townhouse has a beautiful view and excellent location. Three couples stayed here so it was nice to have bathrooms attached to each bedroom. It was easy to communicate with the property owner and all the necessary information for the gated community was provided with ease.

We have stayed a this property numerous times, and as always, thoroughly enjoyed every minute!

Really nice place with great views of water

This was the perfect house for our group - beautiful back patio and views, easy strolls to the beach and well maintained. Loved it!

We had the most wonderful time in this beautiful home. The owner really thought of everything! There wasn't one thing missing. The home was clean, fully stocked and had plenty of room with all the extra trundle beds. Every room even had a tv, which is great when you have kids that can't agree on a show. The back deck was amazing with its views and very comfy furniture. The beach was the best with its own walkway and beach access. They even had a huge assortment of sand toys for the kids, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and boogie boards! Watching the dolphins swim by every day was amazing. We truly could not have asked for a better place to stay. The communication with owner was fantastic too. Our travel plans got pushed back because of Hurricane Ian. He kept in contact with us throughout the storm to let us know when it was safe to come. I would highly recommend this home. We cannot wait to return!

This property is magnificent. Pictures accurately depict reality. The home is lovely, in the perfect location, directly on a private beach, and in walking distance to amenities. The owner responded immediately to all correspondence including helping with transportation to and from the airport. The owner sent the perfect amount of information for easy check-in/checkout and description of the property and amenities/restaurants/grocery store well ahead of the scheduled vacation dates. The property has unique features such as a jukebox and 2-car garage. Also all beach necessities are available for use. You really only need to bring your bathing suit and smile. The only critique is that the linens could have been cleaner. There was hair from past renters on both the bed sheets and towels. We had to wash them before use. Also, I would have been more comfortable if the beds were encased in a mattress protector to prevent the risk of bedbugs. We didn't see any bedbugs, but I was worried since the mattresses were not encased.. Overall, the house was very clean and comfortable. The back deck is the best feature. It has an amazing view of the water. It would help if the back deck had a ceiling fan to help keep mosquitos away, but overall the property is stunning and I would 100% stay here again. Also, everyone on the resort was super nice and welcoming. P.S. We saw the beautiful dolphins described. But careful in the water. We also saw baby sharks within the area where we were wading, very much in shallow water. There were 2 shark bites the week prior. We mentioned it to the beach security and they were aware some were in the area.

I have stayed in numerous VRBO rentals and I have to say that this is the best beach rental that we have had to date. The location was perfect, right on the water and next to the Seabrook Beach Club. The house itself was very clean, had amenities in each bathroom, well stocked kitchen and every beach chair/game you could think of (especially great for my girls). The rooms were very comfortable and the elevator was super convenient for my MIL. However, the best part of this rental is it’s location. Right on the beach. You can’t get any closer and it was just perfect. You do have to plan your beach excursion around the tide, but it worked for us as we would either explore other beaches in Seabrook, or so other things. It was perfect. The owner, Cam was super helpful in pre trip planning and while we were there. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. We had a great time and hope to be back next year.

This was our 2nd time in Seabrook and this home did not disappoint. We didn’t have the best weather but the location of the home allowed us to make the most of every rain free moment. The home is clean, very well maintained, and all of the beds were comfortable. The owner was very prompt and helpful in responding to questions (pre-rental period and during).

We loved watching the sunset from our deck, spending time on the private beach, listening to the jukebox inside the house, and enjoying the amenities on Seabrook Island. Cam, the property owner, was very helpful and extremely quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental home!

The beach is almost private. Very nice living areas. It would be hard to top this as a beach location. We saw lots of dolphins on most mornings and lots of ghost crabs at night. A fisherman pulled in a four foot hammerhead shark right below our beach access and that was especially exciting. The golf club house is almost right accross the street.

The owners are very responsive and helpful to any questions you may have. Some things we appreciated about this unit were: plenty of storage in the large cabinet pantry in the kitchen, a fairly well stocked kitchen, a reverse osmosis unit for fresh water, Vitamix blender, the elevator, Alexa’s in many rooms and several beach chairs to use, beach toys and a very large garage. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is beautiful and was perfect for our family. Our grandson loved that he could go to the pool in the morning and play in the ocean right off our walkway every afteroon.

Our first trip to Seabrook was wonderful. The location of the house is perfect, the view wonderful! We had an issue the first day, which Cam was very responsive to and it was taken care of. The beach supplies were a huge plus. We didn’t realize there would be no beach during high tide, but being able to watch from the deck worked just fine. The number of dolphins we saw during our week was incredible. Access to the pool was very nice, including the handicap ramp into it, which a family member could use easily (with assistance). Overall, Cam was easy to communicate with and the house was great.
