Highly recommend. The location is close to the shops and beach and they have great amenities. Great communication with the owners as well.

We stayed with another family, there was heaps of room for everyone, kitchen was stocked with the items u sometimes forget. Easy walk down to the beach and shops. Booking was easy and quick and friendly response to any communication.

Property is great and spacious to suit a family trip! Extremely well stocked kitchen, clean with nice little touches like a bath bomb. Board games were fun with the family.

Fantastic house in the perfect location
We loved our stay at Carcoola and would highly recommend it. We stayed there with family for a long weekend. The house is amazing with lots of space to relax in. The kitchen is good a large group and is very well equipped. The beds were comfy and the showers excellent, even the outdoor one. It’s so close to walk to the beach, only 5 minutes with kids in toe. The street is quiet so the kids could ride their bikes safely. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in Normanville

Family Weekend
Kylie & Steven were great hosts, they were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house was great for all of us with lots of room. Pantry was really well stocked, beds were comfy, a really nice place to relax and spend time with family.

Beautiful spot
Had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a group of friends for the weekend. Everything has been thought of, and it was the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental property! Very short walk to the beach. Can definitely recommend, and would love to return in the future.

Perfect holiday with friends...not long enough
We loved renting this house with our friends. Coming from interstate it was great to find the house well stocked with essentials & everything well thought out. A holiday home without it being our own. Just a shame we only stayed a week. We will be booking again. Thank you so much

A perfect family escape
We stayed at Carcoola with three generations of our family, with ample room for everyone in a perfect spot between the beach and township. The house is beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive and eager to ensure our stay was relaxing. Thanks so much, we will be back!

The Whole Crew
Fabulous house for the whole family. More than enough room for all 12 of us with a very spacious living area upstairs and the most well stocked kitchen I have ever seen. Just a stroll to the main street or the amazing beach. I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting an escape by the sea.

This property is highly recommended,it was spotlessly clean,had everything you need for a trip away and my family had a wonderful time together.The dogs were happy too! I must mention that the owner had a beautiful gourmet basket delivered and was a delight to deal with. Thankyou for everything Kylie,I will always recommend this property.

Love it!
The property was well equipped and all linens were provided. Everyone had a great time. The pool table and table tennis table were great as we were kept indoors by awful rainy weather.

Wonderful property in great location!
We were pleasantly surprised with how lovely this property was. It was obviously large enough to fit our 3 families in with plenty of room for the kids to play and have their own space. It was comfortable, clean, stylish, roomy and close to the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone. A perfect holiday get away!

This home had all we required for our weekend away. Very clean, lots of beds with linen provided, all the kitchen needs, heaps of room and lots of games and equipment to keep the kids busy. The Kayak kept one of them occupied for hours aswell. Highly recommended.

Amazing Normanville home
We had the most amazing weekend for my Mum’s 70th. We had 4 families stay (14 people ranging 2yo - 70) with 4 couples comfortably in separate rooms and teens in a bunk room. There was so much space to move around, games, free wifi, huge TV, table tennis, and every convenience you could imagine. We spent hours out on the sunny deck, so gorgeous. The backyard is small but functional with its outdoor shower & allowing us to bring our dogs (who also had the garage to stay in). Only a few minutes walk to the beach and such a quiet neighbourhood. We were spoilt by Kylie with our gifts waiting for us, and all beds were completely made with towels too. We absolutely loved it thank you 🙏
