We had to extend due to closing of house. Host was very sweet and got back with me immediately. Very quiet neighborhood.

Everything everybody said was accurate! Linda was always quick to communicate and left us groceries and clear instructions. Because the house was remodeled about 20 years ago, it has rooms in unexpected places, which adds to its charm. We felt very comfortable in this quiet neighborhood and would definitely stay again!

We were in the area for a football tournament and this home was just what we needed for the entire weekend. It was a nice size for our family. My husband and I especially enjoyed our room as it was separate from the boys and felt like we had our own getaway.

Excellent older property. It had everything we needed, including space for all of the kids, games, and a hot tub. Linda also left some breakfast items, which was great since our flight arrived late. Communication with Linda was excellent.

This place had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the fenced in back yard and swing set. Lots of room for all 7 of us. We will be back

This is a wonderful place to stay! It is central to parks, shopping, athletic fields, and good restaurants. Upon arrival I found it neat as a pin and very clean. The rooms are themed and decorated in lovely colors. The bed was as comfortable as mine at home. There are televisions everywhere and one room serves as a theater! The hosts provide fruit, juice, milk, coffee and tea, as well as a few other grocery items that are helpful. The enclosed yard was private and perfect for my dog. I have nothing but good things to say about this property!

Cozy little home in private neighborhood. Big yard, games and TV's for kids. Host provided coffee and a few food items that were much appreciated. Excellent communication.

Everything was perfect. It was Christmas so Linda went the extra mile and put up a decorated Christmas tree complete with a few gifts under it - that was so very thoughtful. Every time I needed something I found it on the first look as everything was exactly where I’d keep them in my own home. I don’t know how she could have made my stay any easier or more comfirtable.

We arrived late and what a relief to walked into a clean place. We were able to kick off our shoes and relaxed The hostess left, some provision in the refrigerator and a nice variety of spices. Overall, we all were completely satisfied and I would highly recommend booking here for our next visit. Thank you!

Beautiful property and house. Great location and very close to family, which made the short stay more time with family. Our dogs were welcome which made it even nicer. Linda was always super nice and helpful when needed.

This was the perfect place to stay while we vacationed in Deltona to visit Blue Spring State Park. The house and bed linens were very clean. The hostess even left us some groceries for our use. Linda and her husband were very accomdating and gave us the privacy we were looking for.
We would for sure return if we were vacationing in the area again.

This place is everything you can ask for. It’s on a quiet side of town where everything is in really good distance and not too far of a drive. Owner is excellent and gets back to you as soon as possible. Will be booking here again!!

Second stay was even better!
We were happy with the updates since our last stay! Breakfast options in the fridge and some fancy juice for the kids was a nice suprise! The kids loved the addition of the projector for movie nights. The adults loved the new grill and took full advantage. Once again plenty of room to make memories with our family that lives close by. We will be back again I am sure! Thank you Linda and George for making our stay so enjoyable.

Home-Away-From-Home
We came in a little early to the area after a 17 hour drive and asked if we’d be able to check in early to the property with our 3 kids, 3 adults, and two dogs. We were catching some storm from Fred and very tired. The owners were quick to contact us back and let us know we could! When we arrived the house was very clear and ready for us to be there. We loved the space it offered, and was very homey while we had our parents and grandparents who live in the area over to meet and have food. This may be the only time the great grandparents meet their youngest great grandbaby and this home made it a wonderful time together!!
The yard was lovely, play area for kids, conversation area for adults and hot tub (we didn’t use it but it sure was inviting anyway!). Our dogs were comfortable in the sun/ Florida room where they relaxed most of the stay! If we come back to the area, we’ll certainly book again!! Thank you for sharing this home with us!
