Our stay at Little Andy was wonderful. The secluded/quite cabin layout was perfect for our family dynamics especially the two kitchen concept and two refrigerators. The main level kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were specious and lots of games and entertainment options were available. Also close to grocery and other needs, plenty of parking for four large cars and we saw a black bear! We would rent again.

So beautiful so clean love all the details provided such as hand soap in each bathroom and blankets in each room and plentyful of kitchen supplies. Layout perfect and felt like home.

We loved this place and wish we could’ve stayed longer! The owners have thought of everything: swing on the porch while enjoying the peaceful, beautiful view, make s’mores at the fire pit, play some pool or arcade games, watch some movies, relax in the hot tub. Honestly, if you have enough food, there’s no need to leave. 😊 Do bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

Our family had a great time at this cabin, right outside of Helen, Georgia. It had everything that our family (multi generational) needed for a stay! The view was awesome, the hot tub was such a treat and we had a great time. The cabin was very spacious and it felt like home. We had trouble getting the dishwasher and clothes dryer to work, but nothing that we couldn't get through. And, if possible, I would add a disposal to the kitchen sink. None of those minor issues put a damper on our stay.

My 2nd time staying at this fabulous cabin... this time a long Girls Weekend. Did not disappoint! Though there was plenty of space for us all to spread out we still seemed to happily congregate upstairs. It was too cold (below freezing and VERY windy) to enjoy the decks and hot tub, but we enjoy the view from the grand windows... inspirational enough to still paint, which we did :) Movie watching and yoga downstairs. Beds for all. Everyone oved it and we can't wait to return.

Went with family and friends to relax. Property is very relaxing. Plenty of restaurants, grocery store and shopping within 10 minutes. Property manager is quick to respond. Had satisfactory communication with her. Will definitely consider going back in the future!

The property was in a great location and perfect for entertaining. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. We visited several wineries in the area and enjoyed coming back to the house to prepare dinner. Jessica, the property manager, was incredible and always responded quickly to every question.

The house was perfect for us! 5 kids and 4 adults and plenty of space. The girls loved the room with bunk beds and all the king beds were comfortable. We played pool every night and enjoyed the fire pit. Convenient to Downtown Helen and Dahlonega. Would

Very cute cabin with a great view! Great for kids too. We had a movie night downstairs with a big selection of movies. Kids played with the arcade game and loved the galaxy lights. Would definitely recommend.

A lot of nice ammentities.
Only issue was the cleaning service had not cleaned when we arrived. We fortunately had a place to go for 3 hours while they cleaned.

My four children and my sister and I stayed here at this cabin. Everything was perfect and in working order. We loved the Mountain View while sitting in the hot tub at night. We utilized the fire pit, arcade game, pool table and corn hole. The kids did not want to leave. I looked long and hard for a place that was somewhat secluded that had a modern feel with a view and this hit all my wants. 10 min from Helen. 5 min from waterfalls and river tubing. Worth the six hour drive. Would love to return one day. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

This was absolutely beautiful unfortunately. We had a lot of rain but that did not dampen our spirits. The house was exactly as the picture showed and actually the pictures didn't do it Justice. We all so need it this thank you for a beautiful place

We honestly felt like we found a gem of a stay close to Helen, GA. The views from the back porch were breathtaking, the kids had an arcade & a pool table to keep them entertained & the entire family enjoyed the hot tub! Would highly recommend staying here!

The cabin was perfect for our getaway. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the room with bunk beds with the arcade game. We loved the decks and the view. Beds we’re comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils and cookware etc. that we needed.

Went here on my honeymoon. Arrived on Sunday and stayed with my husband and I until Thursday. We had a great stay and this place had everything we needed. We had a few questions once we got there and they were answered very fast. On Thursday our children arrived to have some time with us as well. The kids loved everything. We will for sure be coming back. I will say they have thought of everything including soap for people with allergies as I didnt have to buy detergent like i normally do because my child cant have perfumes on her. The only thing I saw that could od been changed is the first aid box. My child did fall and I just happened to see it before i was going to buy some stuff for her but the items inside of it was very out of date. But other then that EVERYTHING was GREAT. And we will be back

We Took my parents who are in their 80's to the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Andy Lookout. The owners have everything labeled and the property manager was excellent. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed and was decorated for Halloween. I highly recommend this property and the view of the leaves and surrounding mountains was beautiful. Loved the hot tub too.

Perfect property for 3 family's with kids. Close to everything, but so we'll maintained and fun we preferred hanging out at the cabin to going out. Planning next year's visit allready.

I don’t have the words for the property or the area and how much we enjoyed every second of our trip. The property could not be more perfect, clean and accommodating. It was perfect for our four teens and two adults! The location and views are beautiful! We had so much fun exploring, hiking, and rafting. The proximity to so many activities and fun is perfect. Never a lack of options. The communication with the host was timely and friendly. I have zero complaints! I hope to return next year!!

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cabin! It had the most beautiful mountain view and was conveniently located to all that we wanted to do in Helen. The cabin had plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. The kids LOVED the video game machine! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. We will absolutely book again in the future!

Lovely property, great hosts. Hot tub is HUGE. Easy to find and plenty of yard space. Loved that their is an upstairs and downstairs fridge. Lots and lots of games. No complaints. Plenty of wine glasses for our wine loving group :)

Fabulous cabin!
This cabin was extraordinary! The attention to detail was amazing and our stay was absolutely wonderful! The closeness to Helen and Dalonega was a plus also! Loved the fire pit and the view off the cabin deck was breathtaking! Hope we can return to stay here again!!
