Everything was great about our stay. The property is so great and the neighborhood is perfect. The pool is literally right behind the property. Our family loved it and we’ll definitely be back again!

We loved this house. It was so much bigger and nicer than we thought it would be. It had everything for our needs. It was very clean. We loved the water park.

This was the perfect place for our big family weekend getaway. The space was absolutely perfect and accommodated our 12 grandkids and their parents with ultimate comfort. Having the swimming pool and water slides so close was an added bonus and we will definitely come here again!

We had a large family group. This place was perfect. We each had our own room but also rooms to gather. The location was great. The pools were nice and a variety of activities. Also close to Snow Canyon for bike rides and hikes.

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for all 22 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for cooking meals and the property was close to grocery store, gas station, etc. The swimming pools were awesome and just a quick walk from the property. We loved it!

Gracious host has everything you need: bikes, pool toys, pickle ball, ping pong equipment, Xbox with 4 controllers, stocked kitchen, great location near pool system (lazy river, hot tub, kids cove with water slides), huge table, lots of space, patio table, BBQ grill, hot tub, balcony patio with fire pit and seating. Our family (18 total) loved it. Wonderful stay. We’ll be back!

This was our second time staying at Paradise Village for our annual family reunion. The first time we stayed over by the pool with the jumping rock. We liked that house because it backed up to a grassy lawn. But this time we stayed at unit 114 that backed up to the lazy River waterpark. We loved this location because we could go back-and-forth to the pool and even pass sandwiches from the backyard through the fence to the pool area at lunchtime. It was nice to be near the pool but not right next to the entrance because we have young children that like to wander and the gate isn’t always tightly closed. This unit was also on a cul-de-sac so the kids enjoyed riding scooters and bikes. The house was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The house had everything we needed except food and clothes. The host did a great job communicating before, after, and during our trip. We will definitely be back.

Family vacation at this place was amazing the property manager was fantastic to deal with definitely we will be coming back!

We just returned from a great family trip at the sun kissed. We didn’t have the best weather so the hot tub and large common area were key for enjoying our time together as a large group of 18. Definitely recommend this place. It’s right by the pool and a stones throw away from the Pickleball courts and park. It’s also nice having Harmon’s and restaurants close by.

We had an amazing stay at this home! John was great to work with & quick to communicate with. We couldn't remember our code to get in & a short text later & he had it reset for us. The home was beautiful & the common area was so spacious. With 10 adults & 7 kids we never felt like we were cramped. Loved being so close to the pool that we could watch our kids swim from the patio. And all the activities we went down for were super close & easy to get to!! The day after we got home our grandkids were asking when we are going back. The only thing I with it had was a gate to the spiral staircase to the upstairs patio. We had 2 year olds that wanted to keep going up & down. Would highly recommend this home! Can't wait to go back.

This property has everything. With a bathroom attached to each bedroom, we kept 9 older women happy. Seating in the dining room, living room and patio area was more than spacious. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking this property again.

We got together before school started and loved every minute. Was hard to say goodbye. The kids loved the pools and pickle ball courts. We didn’t even leave the neighborhood. Harmon’s is down the street so picked up a few things we had forgotten Loved the morning walks on trails all around. We had a lovely time!

We had a great time at the property. Very close to Snake Hollow Bike Park and Fire Lake.

John was very easy to get a hold of and communication was great. We had several needs arise and he was prompt, easy to work with, and fair with the issues that came up. We stayed with a large group from our family and the house met our needs. The kitchen was stocked nicely and the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that was a nice touch. There was also a welcome gift of chocolates that we enjoyed. Our only complaint was the water in the pools seemed very cloudy and the pools were very crowded. The kids enjoyed the swimming regardless. Overall it was a fun vacation.

We had such a great time in St George staying at this property. The home was bigger than expected and so clean and well stocked. The bedroom set up is great, we had 5 adults and 10 children. John, the owner, was quick to respond and was a great at giving us information. The home had items for the pool that my kids enjoyed being able to use. The rooftop was a fun place for hanging out as well. The couch and the table are HUGE and so perfect for a big group to all be together at dinner and to hangout. The best part was the location to the pool! With 10 kids it was perfect to be so close and be able to slip away to eat lunch and then head back. I would definitely recommend this home and would re-book with no hesitation. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent property with things for all age ranges to do. We had a blast.

We had a great time! Spacious condo and a pool the kids were kept entertained in all day long! The amenities at the condo are fabulous! From 2 fire pits, barbecue, and rooftop deck to bicycles and pool toys we were set. Thanks for a great way to kick off summer for our family!

Sun-kissed is a beautiful property and perfect for a large group. The living room is large and comfortable with a giant TV, an even bigger couch and pillows galore. Our group had two one year olds and we loved the large, soft ottomans in the middle of the room (no sharp corners). The kitchen was nicely stocked so that we could cook whatever we wanted. We bring our own kids dishes when we travel but there were plenty of kids plates and cups already there. Takes away the worry of breaking anything. One thing that should be checked is that the fridge isn't very cold. Each of the 5 bedrooms had their own bath, which is a wonderful setup. And the layout is such that the noise from the kids rooms was not bothersome to the two rooms on the other side of the house. Plenty of entertainment in the house and even strollers, bikes, and highchairs. The patio also had comfortable seating and we didn't even get to use the hot tub or the grill this time around. The kids loved the pools, of course, the lazy river and the fun water slides. It was nice to have an area shallow enough for the one year olds. All-in-all an amazing time and we are already planning a return for next year!

Love love love paradise village. We have been coming here for 5 years and this is one of our favorite properties because of the proximity to the lazy river and small details John provides like bikes, kid trailer, strollers, etc. Hope to visit again!!

The house was perfect for our large group. Very nice and accommodating. Location next to the pool was awesome for the kids. We all enjoyed ourselves so much and will definitely plan on coming back.
