We loved our stay at this home and will 100% book this house again next time we're in Naples.
The house is very clean and well taken care of. There were plenty of kitchen and beach essentials. The location is amazing. Vanderbilt beach is right down the street and lots of restaurants nearby.
It was very convenient that 2 of the bedrooms have a bathroom attached, and there is still another full bath off the kitchen.
Owner was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our stay. I did not have any issues during the stay at all.

House was great. The kids loved the pool and hot tub which was perfect with the slightly cooler temperatures towards the end of January.

This property is stunning, incredibly beautiful, & a fabulous home to rent. We only had 4 adults, but there is plenty of room for more. (& our children & grandchildren wished they were with us).
Located in a quiet, peaceful, neighborhood, this home is close to beaches and many restaurants. With a pool, whirlpool, & grill it is also just a great place to hang out.

The property is top of the line, clean and located in a nice neighborhood a few minutes from Vanderbilt Beach. Our family of 6 had plenty of room and would definitely stay here again.

the location of the house good, the rooms two without television, the pool with nothing to hold onto to get in ,is fine for young people but for those my age [77] nothing pleasant, it"s a big house where the whole family goes, to get together on vacation and I think it should have the details covered thank you Maria Elena[wife of the renter]

We absolutely loved and enjoyed every second of our stay. The house is so beautiful and spacious. The pool area was perfect for afternoon swims. The location of the house was ideal, with lots of restaurants nearby and the beach was a very short drive. The host Pam was very easy to get in touch with and fast to respond. Thanks so much!

House, pool, linens, towels were in excellent condition and clean. House was spacious and well stocked with necessities. Great location close to the beach and other attractions. Available wagon, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys in good condition were available which was great. Host was responsive to messages. Would definitely go back again. We had a great time!

The home was very clean, in great shape, had great "extras" and overall I would definitely book this home again if I was planning to be in the area again. The owners and property manager were very responsive to any questions. We definitely used the pool and beach amenities along with all the "extras" in the home that the past VRBOs I've stayed at do not provide (detergents, trash bags, food seasonings, hair products, facial tissues, extra toilet paper, and many others). The home was close to the beach for the adults to walk but had a parking structure that we used to tote the kids and all the beach supplies. We were all very happy with the home and location. Exceeded our expectations!

In town to celebrate our patriarch’s 80th birthday- sisters, their spouses and all the cousins absolutely loved staying at this well equipped, perfectly located new luxury home in Naples, FL. The owners have thought of everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The pool, hot tub and proximity to the beach give you everything you could desire in a Florida vacation! Communications with Pamela were a breeze and we look forward to renting this home again in the future.

We’ve rented numerous houses in Naples and this was our favorite by far. House was well equipped, beautifully decorated and the pool was perfect. Love that the spa warmed up quickly, pool toys are great, and the location by the beach can’t be beat. Owner is a dream to work with. Highly recommend.

This is the second year our family has gathered in this beautiful home for our yearly vacation in Naples. It was absolutely perfect for us in every way! Pamela was so kind, helpful, and attentive to each question or request we had. The location of the house is wonderful - so easy and quick to get to the beach, shopping, or restaurants. Getting on the bikes for an early ride were one of our favorite activities. The house couldn't have been cleaner, and everything we could possibly need was there. Thank you again Pamela for sharing with us! Next summer you will see us again!

Perfect spot
We just got back from a wonderful week at this property with our three young children. The house is even nicer than the photos. The location is perfect, close to shopping, good food and the beach. We loved the salt water pool and hot tub and spent most of our time here or on the patio when we were at the house. The host, Pam was beyond helpful and very responsive. I can’t recommend this home more. We already booked for next year.

Perfect…
This is a new, beautifully decorated house. It is designed so there is privacy for all, yet it’s open living area, which extends out to the pool, is perfect to hang out. The pool was warm and the spa was a favorite of the golfers as they returned each day. The house had every amenity possible. We’re signed up for next year! Cheers to owners!

We had a wonderful 2-week stay at this place! I can't say enough good things about it. The back patio and pool area was my favorite. We will be back again for sure.

The home had everything one would need plus more. We were hosting a sprinkle for my daughter-in-law so we had to prepare food and bake. The house was well stocked. EXTREMELY clean and loved the open concept. Beach was 5 minute drive and bikes and beach toys were available. The pool and hot tub were clean, and nice and warm. Pam answered questions within minutes. Area was very quiet and peaceful yet close to everything! We definitely will be staying here again.
