Overall stay was good. Furniture worn, dog food under sofa in living room. Sofa pullout couch in LR full of dog hair and sand. Elevator was out for two days , I am handicapped not fun. AC was out upon arrival, day and a half to get it fixed.

My wife and I took our 2 young boys to the beach for a week. We go to downtown IOP every year and love it. This unit is a great location with restaurants and the retail store being within a block. It is located right next to a public beach access so a little more crowded than some other places we’ve stayed. Pool was great but was small. Overall the appliances and furniture were nice (above average), but floors in the hallway are starting to warp from water damage. Possibly a trip hazard for small children but not enough of an issue for us to not want to go back.

If you are fortunate enough to find this place available go ahead and book it! You will love it! We only had a few days, but we were so excited when this unit on the beach popped up in a last-minute search. I really can't believe it was available! Everything is walkable! We spent so much time at the beach, relaxing and enjoying the great restaurants nearby. I was admittedly a little nervous because it is listed as pet-friendly. We love our furry friends, but not everyone cleans after them like we prefer, especially with a family member who has a bit of an allergy. There was no problem with this at all because the place was spotless.

Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, easy access to the beach and we found a great French Cafe nearby to bring back delicious croissants and coffee to enjoy on the porch and listen to the ocean!

We have stayed in these condos before and love the property. This is now our "go to" place as it feels like home taht starts the minute we cross over the bridge to the island. You cannot beat the location and proximity to the grocery store and island restaurants. They also accept pets. Our dog is an indoor dog but loves to go out onto the porch and enjoy the wonderful breeze/fresh air. We tried the 1st floor unit this time. Like the 2nd or 3rd floor better due to the view. Not knocking the 1st floor though as it was well-appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

Really love this condo. Management folks were great. Keurig messed up-new one provided within 2 hours. Coconut Joes forgot to turn off music-quick text, police called and music gone. Well supplied. Great location. We used Salty Rides for a short golf cart rental. They were really great. IOP beach chair rentals also did great job. Expect to stay here again.

My wife and I picked this property for the views from the back deck and they did not disappoint! Convenient and close to plenty of dining options. Having a covered parking space was great since it rained on us a couple of nights. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a well appointed, well equipped great condo. It is convenient to the beach and pool and walking distance to great restaurants and bike rental. However, if you want some peace, quiet, and privacy on the balcony this is not the place to go. It is directly next door to a very crowded restaurant that plays music night and day including first thing in the morning. We love all kinds of music and generally liked the upbeat vibe of the area, but at least in the morning, we like a little quiet to welcome the day and enjoy the sound of the ocean. That is not possible there. Most of the day all you hear is loud music, people hooting and hollering, people who can look right over at you on the balcony. We found ourselves closing the sliding doors to get a little quiet or to be able to listen to a bit of our own music.
We loved Isle of Palms and recommended it for a great beach vacation during nice weather but unfortunately, would not return to this particular unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was an easy walk to restaurants, bike rentals and a great coffee shop. It is oceanfront and had everything we needed to enjoy the trip.

We love the IOP! And have stayed at various places over the years. This location is fabulous with its ability to bring a pet, ocean front and walking distance to bars and restaurants. Plus golf and downtown Charleston only short drives away

Absolutely loved theirs little gem on the beach. Close to the grocery store and restaurants. The pool was refreshing after a long day at the beach as well.
