Really great place to stay with friends, and a convenient location to go to Sebastopol/the Barlow and enjoy the wineries.

We loved this house and property. The house was big, clean, had updated appliances and furniture, and plenty of sleeping space for 6 adults and 6 young children. The pool was beautiful and warm, there is a lovely and easy to use fire pit, and the game room was an added bonus. You can walk around the large orchard property including to some wineries. The property manager Randy went above and beyond to provide excellent service and help during our stay. Highly recommend!!

This house was perfect for weekend away with four couples. Each bedroom has it's own en suite bathroom, which is a great feature. Pool and hot tub were lovely and pool was well heated. There was plenty of seating for all of us in the dining room, the outdoor dining area, as well as the indoor and outdoor lounging areas. I love this area with lots of wine tasting, and small towns to explore. Would definitely love to stay in this house again.

The furnishings we're well appointed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice size as well. We made Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen which was really conducive to collaboration and chatting. Beautiful, large open kitchen! The host also provided a book with instructions on things like how to use the spa, etc. There were just a few minor problems. The coffee pot was hard to use, the dryer was loud and the back bedrooms were warm. The house thermometer could be placed differently which would fix the heat in the back bedrooms. Overall, the house was great!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this house. The home had everything you could want and more. We would definitely return in the future.

This house is ideal for a family with young adults. The all king ensuite bedrooms and layout are perfect as is the large patio with pool and outdoor table/furniture. Central A/C was nice but not needed, even in August as the house is well-shaded. Ideally located near the town of Sebastopol.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend in wine country with friends (group of 10)! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Randy was very responsive when we had questions. The pool and hot tub were ideal with the two warm days that we had. I definitely recommend this spot and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Beds were super comfy and we especially enjoyed the large kitchen and outdoor fire pit. The icemaker was not working and that was something we did miss. We all thought it would be fun to come back in the warmer months to see the flowers in bloom and take advantage of the pool and outside space more.

My family stayed at Randy's property (10 of us in total - 8 adults and 2 kids) and had a great time. Pros: every room had a bathroom, the heated pool was much warmer than expected (worth the $), Randy was responsive, property felt safe (gated), mins from many wineries and restaurants, the house was very clean (and I'm usually very picky about this especially with COVID). Cons: Our family likes a warm house and the heat wasn't working well the first night but Randy responded right away and we were toasty for all subsequent nights, flies...we let quite a few into the house by accident but after a few days, they were gone. Thanks for a great stay...we've already shared the property with friends.

Our stay at Dutton ranch was pure pleasure - all the rooms are beautiful, every bed has such a nice mattress that we now want to purchase the same ones :) both front and back yards are lovely, communication was easy, and everything all together have exceeded our expectations! Thank you

The Ranch was a perfect property for our girls getaway weekend! We enjoyed the pool, the kitchen and all the large sleeping rooms. Randy and the property managers we VERY accommodating when we needed a second blow up bed. We will stay again for sure!

We loved our stay. We were a group of four and we all had our own room with bathroom. The property is lovely, so lovely that we wished we had an extra day to just enjoy the house. Backyard is beautiful, kitchen stocked, super clean, and an ideal location for touring the local wineries.

We didn’t want to leave! We are a group of friends with our smal children and we travel quite a bit together. We all agreed this was by far one of our favorite rentals. The house is so comfortable. The expansive pool and deck area is where we spent most of our time aside from preparing food and drinks in the amazing kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the TVs were new, the deck had tons of seating areas and an outside dining table. The kitchen had pretty much anything you would need. They do let you know to bring a few basic kitchen items. Every room has its own bathroom. The house is really just perfectly set up to enjoy with a large group. We were three families with small children. The house is on a working apple orchard and next to a vineyard so we were able to pick and eat delicious apples. And grapes! We had a few small maintenance issues upon arrival and the manager and owner were available immediately to help. Steven is a 5 star host for sure. I highly recommend his house.

We had a great time at the Dutton property. Comfortable house. We’ll appointed. Great pool area and kitchen. Easy access to all that sonoma has to offer. Would definitely come back.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house was perfect for our group with bathrooms in every room, plenty of space to hang when the kids went to bed inside and out. I can’t say enough about the huge comfy beds. Literally we all slept sooo well. Lounging by the pool, chilling in the hot tub and enjoying the neighborhood orchards was magical. Thank you so much for making our family vacation so luxurious.

awesome property, and instructions and communication were perfect. Ony down fall is if you are visiting wineries in Sonoma and Napa can be a little far.

3 families (6adults + 6 kids) decided to rent a house with a pool for memorial weekend. And knowing this house has a nice backyard with a pool, and also all the bedrooms have their own bathroom. Totally a plus! We had an amazing weekend!!!!!! We would give a 6 stars if we could. Super nice heated pool, kids were in the pool from 10am to 10 pm. And even in the night time. we could chill at the yard for hours. Everything was just soooooo good that we already decided to come back. We had outdoor bbq, they have nice couch area and big dining table. Randy is also very helpful whenever we have questions/concerns.

Our family stayed at the Estate House over the weekend and the pictures don't do it justice, you have to see it! We can't say enough about the well kept landscaping, heated pool/hot tub, and the family style kitchen. Rooms were comfortable, everything easily accessible and the property managers were always a call away for any questions. We look forward to returning next year!

We swam during the day and evening.The grounds are gorgeous with beautiful flowers and lovely old trees. We drove to the coast which was less than a half an hour. We all want to return!

I was excited to book this property to celebrate my 40th birthday weekend with family. Everything in the description was exactly what I wanted in a rental. The house was beautiful and the grounds well kept. We arrived on a Friday and everyone was looking forward to swimming in the heated pool. Only problem was there were no pool towels, not even in the closet with a sign saying “Pool Towels Here”. I called the property manager and asked but was told they were not provided and that I could use bath towels and more would be delivered the following day- very inconvenient. Later that evening I wanted to use the fireplace in the front master but could not locate the gas key. I made a second call to the pm and was told that it could be lost and I would get one the following day. Saturday morning more towels were delivered and I was told we were not allowed to use the fireplace per the owners. A little while later the owner showed up and informed me that they would be “working in the garage”. He entered the yard where we were hanging out in our swimwear and had kids running around, which made us all very uncomfortable. Then hours later I went to grab something from my car and saw someone watching me as I walked by in only a bathing suit. This was completely unacceptable and resulted in a third call to the property manager to complain. He agreed it was inappropriate and followed up with the owner, who tried to justify why people were there working. There was also an ant problem in the kitchen and bedrooms which could be from the ongoing construction. I’ve never rented a place and had problems of this nature. It was shocking to have splurged on a house and not receive exactly what was advertised. I emailed the pm a few days after checkout and went over the matters we discussed and had hoped to have a more in depth conversation about things. I felt blown off because I had to follow up a full week later since I did not hear back. I asked for a partial refund only to receive what the owners thought was fair, which was much less. I DID NOT get the privacy I paid for and these issues were 100% avoidable. I feel this property is up for rent soley for profit purposes and not for guests to actually enjoy their stay. The lack of preparedness and communication was quite frustrating and I did not have the tranquil weekend I anticipated. The house was lovely but I would not return nor recommend it. *NOTE BEFORE BOOKING- THE OWNER WILL STOP BY UNANNOUNCED*
