The condo is clean and has everything you need and beyond. We had a car to go to the slopes but you can easily take the bus that drops you off at the slopes or in town. The beds were super comfortable and the bunk bed set up made it heaven for my kids. Plenty of games to play and other entertainment. We would definitely check availability of this condo if we come back next year.

Very cozy! Kristy has thought of everything- fuzzy blankets in the living room, lots of games, everything you need to cook, plenty of space to dry out ski gear and boots. Had a great time!

Only 2 suggestion would be fans for the summer & a lock on the master bedroom door. The condo had everything we needed otherwise. Pool is within walking distance and we left behind our laundry supplies for the next guest.

As soon as we stepped into the condo, we knew it would be a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was spotless and stocked to meet our needs and wants. The clubhouse was an added bonus, giving us access to tennis courts, basketball courts (indoor and outdoor), a sauna, a pool and 2 hot tubs with a view of the mountains, a fitness room, and much more. We stayed for an extended time to visit RMNP, which was only 40 minutes away on the western side of the park. I especially loved that this condo was on the first floor so we didn't have to bring items up and down a set of stairs. The kitchen was fully stocked as well, and we were able to keep our meal costs low by cooking on site. Every one of our kids had a bed of their own, which was a game-changer. They were so comfy, it was hard to get them up in the morning! ;) Overall, this is a VRBO gem, and I highly recommend this property!

This is our favorite condo in WP/Fraser. It has it all. Clean, comfy, and completly stocked! Our family has stayed here 2 times and we love it!!!

This was our 2nd stay at Kristy's property. Kristy is a great host, great at communicating, and we really like her unit. It is very cozy, quiet and well supplied. We'd definitely stay again.

This place was amazing! All the beds were super comfy, place was well stocked, and there were lots of added extras that made this condo feel like a home away from home for our family of 5!

We felt right at home in this condo. Kristy thought of literally everything and then some. The location is perfect and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub at the clubhouse. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

This was a perfect spot to explore the Winter Park, Granby, RMNP area. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at Kristy's condo. She provided a lot of extra special touches to her home making it a very enjoyable stay ( although I did have trouble using the grill on the stove. I could have used a 3rd burner instead). The condo is on the corner of the bldg. adjacent to a field and was so quiet. It really added to the sense of relaxation. I'm a hiker and I also love to swim laps. The pool at the Meadowridge Clubhouse (which was exceptionally clean)has a designated lap lane for exercise and then you can wind down in the hot tubs after. It was a great way to end my day after hiking and canoeing. . Been going up to Fraser for years to get out of the city. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

I am very pleased with our stay here in this condo! Check in process was super easy. The condo was very clean, I couldn’t find one issue with cleanliness! My kids are 16, 13, and 6. When my kids were looking the place over, they kept telling me all the things it had “games, usb outlets, shelves by the bed for their devices, dvd’s”. I would definitely say all my kids were happy! The kitchen was also very well stocked with everything we needed. I definitely over packed, because some of the things I brought were already stocked! The activities that you get access to in Meadow Ridge are great too! If I had to do it over again, I would take my teenagers phones and tell them to go have fun, because there are so many activities in Meadow Ridge to keep them busy! I would love to stay here again!
