it was easy to find and the rooms were spacious and had all the things you need.

it was great that it had heating but had to turn it down cause it go so hot you couldn’t sleep. Also I wasn’t a big fan of the shared bathroom because it was a wet room so it was hard to get changed after you had a shower.

The photos don't do this place justice! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and very warm - exactly what you want from a mountain resort hotel. The hosts are very kind and the WiFi work well. The bathrooms are shared, but there is more than one bathroom in every floor so it feels like the bathroom is private. Everything is super clean, spacious, and bright. There is a small kitchen that guests can use and a washing machine that can be used free of charge if you have washing capsules. Overall, we had a great stay - definitely good value for money!

Good price for simple rooms in Bansko

Owner double booked our room and put us up in a smaller room for our first 3 nights. This was fine but they then expected us to pay full price even for a smaller room. They then got aggressive when I questioned this, packed our bags while we were out and kicked us out 4 nights early. 20 minute walk to the gondola got to be a bit much after a few days also and so was a blessing to have to find somewhere closer and much friendlier

The Double Room has a shared bathroom although it’s not specified in the header when you book. Other people also made the same mistake as me.

it was the most horrible experience of my life, next to us were accommodated some children who made noise until 6 in the morning, they were slammed doors, they were screaming, they were going out on the balconies and they were screaming, they were all loud. I suppose it was just me and them alone, because no one would have come out, which would have been impossible because of the infernal noise. I went to them twice, but they were not interested, they were definitely drunk and most likely drugged, I tried to call the owners because it was clear that they were not staying in the guesthouse or at least nearby, because i repeat myself, the noise was infernal, but on their two numbers, one had the phone closed, and the other i called infinitely times, but in vain, total disinterest, it was and will remain the most horrible experience i have ever been in!
