Had an amazing stay even though Tropical Storm Ophelia had other plans. We had 1.5 good days of weather but Ophelia arrived. The condo was as good as advertised. Clean, well stocked and great views of ocean and pool. Jim and Tami were very responsive and great hosts. Jim even took time out of his schedule to drive to the condo to check out the roads for us as a lot of other renters were leaving early. 10/10 hosts, would highly recommend.

Property was just as described perfect for my wife and I. Super clean unit with beautiful views from the deck of the beach and pool area not to mention steps away from both. The weather also cooperated all week! Jim and Tami were awesome hosts and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. We'll definitely be back

This is a great unit in a great location. Excellent pool and an easy walk to the beach.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Jim and Tami’s condo. They were so accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was so clean when we got there, you can tell they take very good care of the condo. The pool was an added bonus! Clean pool area. Our family of four had a wonderful time over the 4th of July holiday week. The condo is quick walk to the beach and pool as well as easy access to the parking lot.

The rental unit was well equipped and the location was perfect. Enjoyed staying just footsteps from the beach and community pool.

This was a nice place to stay. Loved the close access to the pool and beach. It could have only been better if we could view the beach from the balcony but we could still at least see the ocean.

The condo was very cute, clean and it had everything I needed to make a Thanksgiving dinner for my Marine son. We enjoyed seeing fishing boats and dolphins from the balcony. Would absolutely rent again.

Our daughter has recently moved to the area, so we came down to visit. We had never been to Topsail before and really enjoyed the stay! The condo was exactly as listed and we enjoyed the extras like board games and books! Thanks Jim and Tami for sharing your home.

The location within the Topsail Dunes Resort was absolutely wonderful. Could park near the steps and walk up one flight (13 steps) and the door was right there.! No long walks to the beach or anytime you left the area. There are carts and a large ramp you can use initially. You never have to get on an elevator unless you want or need to. The master was a large king bed with a full bath. The 2nd bedroom had what looked like a double (not queen) and a little too small for two adults who are just "friends" . One of our four adults just slept on the couch because of that and the fact that there was no TV in that 2nd room. The 2nd bath was off the hallway (not attached to the 2nd room itself. Other than that, it was wonderful!!! Would definitely go back.

This was the absolute perfect spot for our little family of 4 vacation. It was so easy to get settled in, it felt like home right away. The beach & pool access was a breeze and kept my kids busy and happy without much effort… which is great for a busy mom & dad who needed a break too!! The patio was perfect for morning coffee or wine after kid bedtime - ocean view and so relaxing. We would stay a million times again and again. The place was SO clean as well. Truly grateful to the owners for operating such a gem.

This was a pretty nice place to get away. Main living area was spacious. Ocean views (can’t really see the beach because of the dunes and pool). Pool is also nice, but closes at 8. The pullout bed was great for my 9 year old. The secondary bedroom bed in that room was fine for my 13 year old. Floors are all tile/laminate/vinyl so sand isn’t buried in carpet. Overall it was pretty clean. Well stocked with what you needed - plenty of hand soap and toilet paper was already there. Easy check in and checkout. Some pool bands were MIA when we arrived and they got us one quickly when we notified them. No real issues here at all. If we came back to North Topsail Beach we’d stay here again for sure. There aren’t loads of dining options in the area, so plan to eat early, wait a while, or eat in the unit.

Condo was tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The balcony provides view of the ocean and overlooks the pool. Located with short trip to Sneeds Ferry or Surf City for shopping, groceries, restaurants and activities.

Thank you Tami and Jim for giving us such an awesome place to spend our relaxing vacation Property was perfect. So many amenities made it feel like home everything we needed was there. Even had beach towels snd comfy blankies. Beach and pool only steps away. The ramps made it so easy to get our "stuff" to the beach would highly recommend this condo. Tami snd Jim are such great hosts so easy to get in touch with and answer questions really fast. Again. Highly recommend. By the way beach is besutiful. Such soft white sand. First time in an apartment/condo rather than a beachside house. I would absolutely rent here again. This was great! Lots of room for 3 adults. Everything worked (A/C, WD, dishwasher, TVs, wifi, disposal.) So many things already on hand from coffee to a selection of sharp knives to games and puzzles. Did not use the pool. End apartment so extra quiet. Easy check in, easy check out.

We had a great time! The condo was nicely supplied with all basic needs, and it was beautifully updated. It was comfy and perfectly located. I loved staying in an end unit, with less foot traffic going by. Great condo!! The owners do a great job providing a lovely vacation home.

This property had everything we needed and more. With 2 kids (ages 5 & 3) the convenience of location to the pool, the beach and the pirate ship/play area was more than ideal. Fantastic beach house. Very clean, great view from the balcony. Had a couple small issues, which were resolved quickly from the owners. Would stay there again!
