We truly enjoy our stay at this unique and remarkable home. I was looking for a unique experience for my adult children from Canada and Tucson, AZ to spend time together in San Antonio. This house is a hidden gem within a 10-minute walk to the Pearl district (and their Saturdays Farmers market), the Riverwalk, fine dining restaurants and entertainment. The house is very spacious and furnished with taste and all conveniences required for making meals and staying connected. The rooftop patio is fabulous. Perfect for our morning coffee before heading out for the day, or winding down at nights. Juli was incredibly helpful and responsive. Everything describing the property is accurate. We truly enjoyed our stay and would look forward to staying here again!

Great location, good view, excellent amenities, attentive hosts. Loved the rooftop deck. Elevator was a necessity. Location! I was able to get around all the downtown and surrounding area spots in ten minutes. Plus walk to the Pearl. Would definitely stay here again, whether hanging with friends or having a family gathering.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tobin Hill during our annual fall trip. Our group of three couples appreciated the attention to detail the owners have put into this home. The home was clean and stocked with everything needed for our stay. We loved the roof top patio, couches, dining table and outdoor kitchen. We made use of everything, including a roof top game of corn hole! We highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed! Juli and her team are great hosts!

Our family enjoyed this home away from home. Marcus, Juli & Alex were excellent hosts. Prior to and throughout our stay, they were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. This was our first time visiting San Antonio and they provided recommendations for the surrounding area, restaurants and the sites to see/visit. The home was absolutely perfect for our needs; thoughtfully decorated, a game room, kids books and puzzles, had great technology upgrades, kitchen was stocked with all your needs and very nice appliances. Would stay here again!

Best experience my family and I have had with VRBO. From the minute we walked in til the last minute we left the owners made us feel right at home. Our family of six had a wonderful 3 night stay at this property.

This location begins with the ultimate location, Pearl in walking distance with downtown riverwalk, airport and quarry all a short drive away. Then the property gets even better. Julie and her family have thought of everything! A kitchen with the best of anything you need.including 3 coffee makers and a wine frig! Spacious and comfortable rooms, each with their own AC control. Work area with a printer. Roof top outdoor kitchen and hang out area boasts great views of the city. Game room on the first floor. I wish I could rate it a 6 star. We will certainly return if in the area.

This property was great. Completely stocked with everything we needed. Beds were good. Showers were good. Elevator was a huge bonus. Didn’t use the roof because it was hot but will be great in Fall and Spring.

It is an amazing home located minutes from the Pearl Brewery area. The owners are wonderful people and were easy to message and they were very fast to respond. My family had a wonderful time in San Antonio staying at this property and we would love to visit again in the future!

The house is clean and well appointed. Many, many little touches that a lot of short term rentals don't provide. Coffee beans are our favorite. The music in each room to the shades that electronically go up and down. Nothing is missed at this place. We are are already looking at booking it again. Did I mention a 5 min walk to the best coffee in town? We also got to watch the fireworks from the rooftop for Fiesta. We had a magical weekend. Thank you for your hospitality!

The Condo we stayed in was in a great location and had everything we could want. The property manager/ owners were so very helpful and accommodating. Truly they were amazing hosts! We all (age 11- 65) enjoyed our trip and hope to be back soon!

We really enjoyed this beautiful space. It was very relaxing and clean. Loved that it was walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

There were 6 of us staying at the AMAZING property! The place was so clean and over the top with anything you would need. Coffee was provided as well as popcorn. It is within walking distance of the Pearl with all kinds of places to eat so we didn’t need to cook. VERY NICE PLACE!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property! We have rented many houses over the years and there is almost always things that we have to go out to purchase to make our stay feel like home. But not this time. The house had it covered. They have thought of EVERYTHING! The smart house add ons made it even more fun. We loved the outdoor projector and the short video showing how to set it up made it so simple! The owner even took time to send me specific ideas and recommendations based on the group we had coming. This place was amazing and exactly what was described in the listing . If I could give a higher rating for the property manager, I would!! Communication was excellent. Very close to river walk and the historic Pearl area. The unit had everything we needed or would want. Each bedroom had an en-suite and very comfortable. Finally, the popcorn was a nice touch😊

Our girls trip weekend was amazing in San Antonio. We could walk all over from this location. Felt safe. The Pearl brewery area and farmer’s market is so close. Hosts were fabulous and very helpful. This property is the BEST in so many ways -- it was a GREAT fit for six adult women vacationing together. Very roomy, contemporary, clean, well-stocked kitchen and pantry, laundry facilities with detergent, and a fabulous rooftop for movie watching. The customer service provided by the staff was outstanding -- prompt, helpful, responsive, and even mailing items left behind by mistake. We also appreciated the materials about the San Antonio area and the info shared about activities in the Pearl District. This property is a treat -- we loved it.

Staying In this wonderful home was the most delightful experience for my family. Firstly, it is in a perfect location , just a very short walk to the Pearl district and the River walk. Next, the home is right out of a designer magazine… modern , welcoming and oh so comfy allowing us to have plenty of room to relax. All of the beautiful furniture was so comfortable and beds and linens are perfect, there was plenty of soap, etc and the owners even supply delicious coffee, creamer and popcorn which was a huge hit with our group! The house is beyond clean…you can just feel the freshness as soon as you walk in. This home is absolutely top of the line in every way with the owners communicating all of the information in such a timely and welcoming way…We just felt so welcomed in their beautiful home even though we did not meet in person. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit SA!

Beautiful home, full of amenities, clean, and comfortable. We were three couples meeting in San Antonio to celebrate a retirement. The three master bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed. The 3rd floor kitchen/living area was spacious and clean and had everything we would think to need. We learned a new game, found in the living area, and watched movies, and hung out together in that area. The rooftop was beautiful and fun but we didn't spend much time there because it was so hot, but I can see it being the place we would have hung out if the weather was cooler. There was an interactive screen on the second floor with food and fun suggestions as well as other helpful information. The property is a very short walk to the River Walk and restaurants and shopping. The location is ideal for that. The neighborhood is being revitalized with new construction and this property looks to be one of the newest in the area. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a gorgeous place near the River Walk. The hosts are easy to work with and very helpful with suggestions etc.

We went to San Antonio to visit family. We had a wonderful week. The house is amazing, great neighborhood and close to many amenities. Communication with hosts was fantastic, and the house is equipped with everything you can think of. The roof was awesome, especially on 4th of July. We will definitely come back.

Very nice property. Extremely clean, well stocked and current with technology options, including an elevator, which came in handy with groceries and luggage. The spacing of the bedrooms on multiple floors is genius as it allowed everyone to have privacy when desired yet all come together for meals, movies and games! Juli and Marcus were very kind and thoughtful during all interactions with booking and while staying at the property. Rooftop patio is decorated nicely, the amazing summer SA weather prevented us from using it however, hopefully if we’re in the area again we can take advantage of it.

The property was great, lots of room and very comfortable. Great location, close to many attractions. Property was great for hosting and gathering together as a family. The technology was great, and it was awesome to control music in each room. Highly recommend.

We had a mixed group of our family and my in laws, one of which is handicapped. This home was perfect for everyone. The elevator was great for the in laws. The roof deck was a fun surprise for the teens and the 8 yr old. Overall it was an excellent stay, no negatives. Thanks.

This townhouse more than lives up to its description! This place is AMAZING!!! The owners have thought of everything, including youtube videos (with QR codes to access the videos) showing you how to do everything. Their communication with us was over-the-top! We had everything we needed to have an amazing spring break. The rooftop deck makes this house stupendous! We had need of nothing! This is no doubt the best of the best!!! Loved every minute of it. I want to clarify something written in a previous review about the heating and air....it is not that difficult to operate. Detailed instructions are posted that walk you through everything. It is easy to operate. Bring your family here!!

Where to start? If you have expectations of what the property will be after reviewing photos, be prepared to be blown away by what the real thing looks like. It’s beautifully designed, meticulously maintained and makes you want to re-design your own home as soon as possible. They have created a beautiful technology forward living space with every amenity possible. If you think you might need something, all you need to do is open a drawer and I guarantee you you will find it. The hosts are attentive, considerate, and available for absolutely anything. They reached out in the beginning to see if there was anything we might want information on, and then provided an excellent detailed list for us - restaurant recommendations were spot on, as were a list of attractions we might want to visit. The house is well stocked with magazines about the area, games etc. and there is a great binder filled with information that really came in handy. We had a significant flight delay, so I emailed the hosts to let them know we wouldn’t be checking in on time. Upon our VERY late arrival, we found that they had sent somebody to the store to provide us with fresh coffee beans and delicious pastries for the morning, knowing we would be tired after our long flight day. That kind of consideration doesn’t happen often and meant more than we could ever express! The house is in a great location and so close to absolutely everything we wanted to do……. I am so happy that we chose to stay north of the central part of downtown Riverwalk in the Pearl District, and even happier we stayed in this house. I could go on and on but I think you get the gist… Don’t hesitate to book this place if you’re lucky enough to find it available, you absolutely will not regret it.
