Everything was wonderful

We had a great time. Walking distance to beach. Hot tub and pool was a nice break from beach. House was very accommodating with lots of room and out door kitchen for a great time.

The property was located in a great place and within walking distance of the beach. There were twelve of us and the house was plenty big. The kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked and grilled for the three days that we were there. The pool is fabulous and we enjoyed it very much!

Easy beach access. So close! The house was amazing. Great kitchen. We spent most of our time on the second level enjoying the breeze and views.

Stayed here with family (grandpa down to infant grandchild and two dogs). All of us agreed the pictures didn't do it justice. The pool and outdoor kitchen were amazing. Easy check in; quick response about dogs joining when I inquired. Quick walk to beach. Only cons (and these are nit-picky - was a great stay and we'd book again): as others say, it gets cold on second floor and hot on top floor. Separate thermostats would be ideal. Some shade around pool would be great. (umbrellas or a pergola or the like). And, as others said, lots of climbing stairs - good workout though.

Had a wonderful trip with the family at this beautiful location. Keep in mind the main floor is on the top level so get ready for a lot of up and down. Would stay there again.

Loved this home, even though it was 5th from the beach, we had great views. The pool was wonderful! Bedrooms were spaced out well for privacy, a roomy home. Suggestions: : umbrellas on or near the pool, it needs more shading. Also, a Keurig coffee pot would be a better choice. We didn’t mind climbing the stairs, it was good exercise. The 2 kitchens on different levels is a really smart idea. Convenient. Two separate families can be on each level. Cute Beach decor inside, very tasteful. Was nice having extra kids toys. Thank you, we had a good trip & will be back!

Couldn’t have asked for a better beach house. The entire family had a great time and will stay there again in future.

Our family enjoyed this property so much! The 2nd floor outdoor kitchen and deck/social area is just amazing. The house had plenty of room and the open kitchen/dining/living area worked well for us to all be together. The bunk beds in the two queen rooms are on the small side, but perfect for kids. There are a lot of steps since the kitchen is on the top floor, but we still loved it. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We would go back here in a heartbeat!

Amazing property just a block away from the beach! Very well supplied and comfortable home, even including beach towels! The pool and hot tub were perfect wind down amenities after a day at the beach. Just be sure to plan on bringing or picking up bath soap and toilet paper if you have a large group. Only criticism is the alarm that beeped multiple times in the middle of the night. Property instructions say just enter a code to turn it off, but don't indicate that it is "enter the code 2x every 20 minutes from 3:30 to 5a on Saturday nights..."

The bunk beds downstairs are small. I feel it’s a over priced but it was a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful staycation at this property! The bedrooms worked great for 12 adults even the bunk room. The pool was so amazing we didn’t even make it down to the beach! I would definitely recommend this place!

This house was amazing! Such a close walk to the beach and the pool was perfect. The outdoor kitchen was also so fun for our group. The property manager was also extremely helpful. One of the best vacation rentals I've stayed in.

This condo is set up to where the living quarters is on the third level.. You better be in shape for all the stairs.. The sleeping quarters on second level gets real cold. Set thermostat a little higher than you like. The upper level air conditioning was not working properly, would only cool to 73-74. We didn't know if that was controlled by app. or not. Was told that they could not turn on hot tub until 5:30 pm. (Not whenever we wanted), seemed like they controlled that with an app. Went to use the Flat Grill, but had to clean it first! It was Nasty! The BBQ pit that is there works, but you have to prop up one side with something because the wheel is rusted off. Overall we rated this a 6 out of 10

We stayed for our family vacation with 8 adults and 5 kids, we had plenty of room!! The kitchen and living room is a great size for a large group and the outdoor kitchen area is great for gathering in the evenings. The house was very nice, clean and the location was great!!! The kids and adults enjoyed the amazing pool!!! Only complaint we have is that the kitchen is on the third floor!! Be ready to climb lots of stairs

Drove to Galveston from Fort Worth. It was sweet and simple! We all loved the ferry ride over to Crystal Beach and the Dolphin sitings was a + The house was amazing, it was clean and very welcoming The pool and hot tub was great and at night the pool lights was a hugh hit The adults loved the outside bar area; the tv, gas stove for cooking, refrigerator for all of the outside drinks and the ice machines was fantastic. Most of all I loved the small things: we had a 10 month old and this house was stocked with a pack n play, toys, baby chair, stair way fence. It was a great + to have these baby amenities. The baby truly enjoyed himself as well as the adults and teenagers. And did I mention you can walk to the beach OMG.....the kids walked to the beach and we could literally still see them from the kitchen window. This was awesome! We will definitely be back. This is one of the best vacation spots we have experienced in a long time. Everyone said it’s going to be hard to top this vacation. WE TRULY HAD A BLAST!

Great family space.

False advertising....You knew we were a family group over the age of 18. And you also knew sleeping beds in this house is for children...... Having child and youth size twin beds in it...... you should have brought this to my attention before I ever made a payment. Grown adults were very uncomfortable! Would not allow (per realtor)other family members (staying elsewhere) to come to house as a meeting place to eat or socialize.... Alot of rust on overhead door handles making one of them not even usable. Area was dirty... Spare blankets in bedroom were noticeably dirty making them un useable.... Did not receive gift products as advertised.... Was without power 13 hrs longer than was told about and prepared for. I feel the owner should make made an adjustment regarding ALL of the above mentioned issues. Not what I agreed upon!
