John was so lovely, very responsive and an excellent host. The place was immaculate and disgustingly beautiful. The bed and pillows! Perfection.
The view from the living room is stunning. Honestly, everything was truly wonderful about our stay.

This property is everything and more. The unit seems larger than stated, the decor is fresh and current, and the views of the harbor and beyond are spectacular. One of the best rentals in town.

Exactly as listed. It was amazingly clean. Loved the location. Huge that there is an assigned parking space. I can not imagine navigating the stay without it.

One day walking the boundaries of Commercial Street, including almost two miles down to see the former home of one of our favorite poets, Stanley Kunitz. And one day driving through impressively attractive neighborhoods full of interesting houses, flowers, etc., up to Race Point, then down to Pamet Harbor in Truro and to Wellfleet Harbor. Relaxed checkout and home the next day.

My partner and I really liked this condo. It was ideally situated in the middle of everything with views of the beach. It has a washer dryer which is a plus. The decor was modern and tastefully done. Everything was very clean. We do wish the cable included MSNBC or at least CNN instead of just the local news. The walls must be on the thin side, however, because every day and night we would hear the little child upstairs from us running back and forth all day and night long and also dropping toys on the floor. It was pretty loud and very annoying while trying to relax watching tv. Also, the next door neighbors dog kept barking late at night for a long time. If the neighbors weren’t so noisy, we would give this place 5 stars.

We love staying here because it is centrally located AND not noisy because it sits behind the buildings on Commercial. The bayfront beach is perfectly populated with not too many people. the kayak rentals are right beneath us. The view is stunning from sunrise to sunset. The deck is gracious, large and appointed with sturdy furniture. The windows are sound resistant when closed. We even liked the new furniture for 2023. It's plain to us that the owners are mindful of making the place inviting and comfortable. Thanks again for a great stay!

This property is so incredibly beautiful both inside and the views outside as you can see in the photos. This was a perfect getaway in a perfect location. We are so thankful for the opportunity to stay and can't wait to return.

We have stayed at this property before and it never fails to go above and beyond what we expect. It is immaculate, in the center of Commercial Street, and the view of the water is wonderful. We hope to stay there in the future. It will always be our first choice.

Property was even nicer then described. Had all high end amenities and did it while being in the center of Ptown. This is not the normal run down rental…hosts maintain this beautiful condo meticulously. Can’t wait to stay again.

Been spending a few weeks in Ptown every summer for the last 25 years and this beautiful condo cannot be beat! John and John are great communicators. Amenities, supplies, views, convenience and quiet made our trip very pleasurable. We will be back!

Amazing Condo!
This condo is a 10/10! I can't say enough good things about how beautiful the condo was, very walkable to everything, and gorgeous water views! I unfortunately ended up experiencing a blizzard going through the area the few nights I was there, so much of the town was shut down, but the owner of the condo was amazing - checked in with me multiple times to make sure I had everything I needed! I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Provincetown!!!

Lovely getaway
Many thanks, John, for a lovely stay. The location and harbor view are stellar. And the condo is bright and clean and cozy, steps away from picking shells on the quiet beach in one direction and all that Commercial St. offers a few steps in the other direction. We had such a relaxing time we didn’t want to leave (and extended our stay a day!). Highly recommend.

In the heart of Ptown
Beautiful and restful! Windows, windows…. so much light and right near Mac Millen pier. Everything is a short walk away. The kitchen was big with all high end appliances and the bed super comfy. Will definitely be visiting again.

Perfect location and beautiful condo
The condo is located right on the beach, and has an amazing wrap-around porch to enjoy the view. It is a modern, well-appointed condo with high-end appliances, comfortable sitting space, and well designed bedroom and bathrooms that take great advantage of the space. Also, it is a central location, close to everything! Our host was also fantastic at communicating and the whole process was great. Stay here! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay and the views offered by this centrally located waterfront condo. The mattress was a little too soft for our taste but may be just right for someone else. We've stayed at MANY different places in PTown over the years. This was the nicest.

This is the ultimate stay in Provincetown!
Amazing location directly on the beach and right off of commercial St.
Close to everything but very quiet And the perfect deck to read and watch the harbor and pier activities.
Very rare if needed parking as well!

We have been so fortunate to be hosted in this wonderful condo for several years running. The place is perfect in every way: modern, spotless, million dollar view, well equipped and appointed, fantastic location, and the list goes on. The hosts are so accommodating, and they made sure we had everything we needed to have a perfect week in Ptown.

Though it’s right in the center of town, it is set back from Commercial Street so it is basically quiet. The view is just beautiful. The owners are fantastically responsive to questions and needs—they couldn’t have been more considerate. It was a great stay.

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay. Have stayed in many properties on the water. This was one of our top spots. John, thank you for being an attentive host.
(The only minor downside was the noise from upstairs neighbors and their choice of electronic bar music at 7 am.)

Peaceful and quiet stay in the middle of it all in Provincetown
The property is brand new, sparkling clean, just as advertised. Right on the water, right by the pier, town square and close to everything you might want to visit in Ptown. It's easy to go sit on the beach for hours and then walk out onto Commercial Street and enjoy the street scene. At night when you go to sleep, you are buffered from the sounds of Commercial street because it is behind the street facing building. Everything is new in the unit and its wrap around deck provides shady alternatives for the direct sun for most of the day.

We could not have had a better location than this condo - the condo is right on the beach and next to the pier with views of both. The condo was clean and cozy and supplied all we needed for the stay.
