Great location with access to the private beach and pool that were extremely convenient. Easy walking distance to Rosemary Beach/Seacrest area. The home was very spacious to occupy multiple families and ages. Very prompt responses from the management staff regarding any needs during our stay!

House was in the perfect place!!! Easy access to the beach, nice quiet street!!!! Home was nice and accommodated 8 easily!!!! Few issues, but didn’t interfere with our stay!!!! First time to this area and was a definite success!

Only issue was a broken coffee maker that took an extra day to address vs what was committed. May sound petty but coffee super important to us. Also would recommend upgrading pillow. They were very flat/hard. But would definitely rent again. Great location and lots of room! Updated kitchen was great!

We loved the house! It was a short walk to the beach and pool thru a really cool winding path in the back yard. There's plenty of room for everyone to dine together. We would definitely come back!

We wanted to host a special, fun, relaxing beach weekend with our grown children, their spouses, and our first grandchild. The planning began with finding a perfect location and property--Inlet Breeze. The house was beautiful, spacious, fully equipped, and steps from Inlet Beach and a community pool. We enjoyed both the inside and outside space the house provided and we loved having 4 bicycles included in our rental. The information for the house, its use, and the check-in and check-out process was excellent and easy. We made great family memories during the day on the beach and at the pool, lingering on the beach to enjoy the sunsets, and sharing family meals in the spacious dining and living areas. We hope to make this an annual trip and reservation!

This was a nice property that is currently getting updates and still needs a few. Kitchen is understocked significantly and overall cleanliness was not great- found some live & dead roaches, cabinets and dishes weren’t that clean, etc. The check-in process was not ideal, as we weren’t allowed to get into the house until nearly 5pm (we waited an hour because check-in begins at 4, as stated online). After texting with mgr, they do not intend you to read this as a hotel where check-in begins when they say. With five children, cold groceries and a hard deadline for checking out, this part of our rental was the most frustrating. Location was good- beach is not far. Pool & bike access is a positive, as well as private beach acess. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The Good: This location was great. The walk to the private beach access from the back door of the rental was only 3 minutes, and 50% of the walk is shaded by trees. The pool was only about 1 minute from the rental. The cost of the rental was lower than most of the rentals this close to the beach. The communication with the property management company was good. The not so good: There was quit a few lights out around the house that the property manager had replaced while we were there. There were two packet doors that were very difficult to open and shut. On the second the last day someone got stuck in the bathroom and required help from others to get the door open. We let the property manager know about them when we left. There is no standard cable, so you will need to watch streaming apps. When we rented the property the photos showed a gas grill on the balcony that adjoined the dining and kitchen area. It also showed a ceiling fan on the same balcony. When we arrived the ceiling fan had been replaced with lighting and the grill was in the rear yard. We actually chose this place over another house because of the ceiling fan and location of the grill. We thought they would provide a box fan or something similar when we questioned the property manager, but they said they could control changes made to the property. Having a gas grill on a wooden deck that close to the house is probably a fire hazard, so we understood why they probably moved grill. The AC only goes down to 70 so for those of you who like it colder, like me, will have to rely on a ceiling fan set on high. We stayed at the end of the summer, which probably explains some of the maintenance issues we found. Summary: Overall it was a great place to stay and we would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Inlet Breeze. The house is just a short 8 min walk to either Wall Street beach or Barbary Coast beach access. We enjoyed the large family room with multiple Seating areas for large groups. The beds were comfortable and linens good quality. 30a was very responsive with questions regarding beach rentals etc. we had to call for a few extra supplies while visiting and they were delivered within an hour. The house is in good location, on a quiet street but close enough to bike into Rosemary. Con: The kitchen is lacking in updated utensils and dishes for a large group. There were no beach chairs or coolers at the house to use. That most houses seem to provide. Overall we had a very enjoyable time and the house has lots of space.

Great property. Easy access to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. Close to all the restaurants and shops without being in the middle of all the 30a craziness! We enjoyed our stay.

The short walk to the beach/pool and the private pathway were wonderful. The second floor provided a great community space for all of us to hang out together, and we still had plenty of privacy when we each went to our own rooms. The bicycles were an added bonus that we enjoyed.

We had a great stay - the house is location is great! Just a very short walk to the pool and private beach. The beds and linens were comfy and there was plenty of space to hang out on the two couches for movie night. Note: It didn’t affect our experience but the patios could use a good power washing and there’s definitely some wear n tear on the wood floors and walls where they haven’t patched picture holes or cleaned scuff marks.

Great location and plenty of room. Needs a little work on the inside and a good cleaning. Patios and patio furniture doesn't look like it's been cleaned in months and some of the lower level is broken. A few of the sliding pocket doors in bathrooms don't slide too well and the front door doesn't want to latch properly.

This property was great for our get a way! Close to the beach and restaurants! Would stay there again!

Really nice area, right next to the beach. The property owners were very communicative and available to help solve any issues. Highly recommend!
