The property was incredible, we ended up needing to change locations because of a problem with the original location. But the new location was even better- the whole process was so easy and they welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a happy anniversary card! would stay there again or recommend someone staying there

Everything exceeded our expectations. Had a grill issue, addressed and fixed same day, impressive!

Worst VRBO experience we've ever had. The first night of our stay there was an ethylene glycol (anti-freeze for boiler) leak - when the fire department and utility company arrived they found additional natural gas leaks in the crawl spaces and fireplaces (where our children were sleeping!). The local team did their best to assist us but the parent company (based in LA) refused to help us find a new space for the duration of our trip. Even with a dangerous emergency situation we had to pay out of pocket, last minute rates to relocation. Absolutely dismal customer service. Avoid any and all AvantStay properties.

This property had amazing mountain and forest views and was just enough outside of town to give privacy, but still close to all all town amenities!

Loved almost everything about the house. Big exception was the steel cable on the stairs and railings with frayed ends left out to stick, scratch and cut anyone who reached out towards the cable. I am surprised that no one has reported this problem before. We weren't in the house 15 minutes and one of my grandsons cut themselves. This should be fixed before any more occupants. 7/15/23. Also the house was missing a number of window screens. Makes it hard to keep the bugs out if you open the windows to catch a breeze. And you have to open windows because no AC. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have been a big plus.

The house was an amazing floor plan, well equipped and the location was perfect for our trip. Management quickly fixed a problem we had with the disposal in one kitchen sink but when I asked them to service the hot tub for our last day because the the water was green they said someone would take care of it but nobody ever showed up. My group was very disappointed that they could not enjoy the hot tub the last day and evening. Also we found the carpet was well worn and should be replaced. One of the upstairs bedrooms did not have screens on the windows and in the mountains in the summer it is nice to open the windows to cool things off at night. Screens would have been nice. None of these ruined our trip but would concern me if I wanted to book another property from Avant Stay. Overall we still loved the house.

The property was amazing! The only concern I had was that the floors weren't very clean. We were in our socks and within 20 minutes if walking around the bottom of ours socks were grey from the dirty floor. Also, the hot tub was at 87 degrees when we arrived so we weren't able to use it the first night. Other than that everything was great.

Great location! Nicely accommodating house. Lots of space, and kept very clean. Very fun for the kids. There is a good neighborhood trail system for running or walking dogs.

We had an amazing time staying at The Highlands property! The house was absolutely beautiful & the view was even better! It was the perfect size for our friend group of 10, everyone had their own space & it was very clean. Also super close to town & accessible to skiing. 10/10 stay for us & we will definitely be booking again!

Everything about this stay was excellent!! Starting from reserving the home to leaving was exceptional. The home is gorgeous and so spacious. It was very clean when we arrived. Had difficulty with the wifi and someone was sent over immediately to fix it. We go to Colorado yearly and this by far was the best home. Just a hint....the plugs in the bathroom attached to the main floor bedroom don't work. TV in pool room didn't work. We will be back.

We stayed here for a long Father’s Day weekend. My kids loved all the amenities. Hope we can stay here again.

The location and neighborhood were outstanding. However, it didn’t appear to be cleaned between visits. The management team was attentive but when I mentioned the hot tub had been serviced twice with no mention to us, they offered no response. I understand routine maintenance but having a stranger around the property while we are gone is alarming. There were ants and spiders all over the basement. The house was VERY well stocked.

Enjoyed our stay. Hot Tub is a little small, but everything else was great.

Great location, where you feel like you are away from the hustle, but still located conveniently close to town and activities. The kitchen was very well stocked and met all of our needs for cooking for our group of 8.

We had a friends reunion, amazing house, was easy to communicate with the host.

We enjoyed the location of this property. The weather was awesome . I did notice lots of dog scratches on bathroom doors and back door. I also let John know the towel holder in downstairs bath was loose and the barrel chair had a loose leg. Overall property was comfortable for our family of 7.

We came for our family vacation and had the most fabulous time!! The house and rental staff were top notch! We will be back to stay it met all our expectations.
