We had 12 people ranging from ages 21 to 70. This house was nicely appointed (especially the kitchen!) and we couldn't have asked for a better common area. We all were able to gather to watch TV or play games at the large dining table. The 6 bedrooms all offered privacy, and were relatively soundproof from the common area. This property was close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. All in all we had a wonderful time! Thank you Alex!

We came down for football national event. The home had plenty of room to accommodate all the various age groups. It was clean and well organized. Appreciated the keyless entry! The only suggestions would be fix the slider going to pool as it kept getting stuck and difficult to open/close. Maybe put tvs in all the bedrooms. Also could use grilling tongs as there was only a small kitchen set to use. Overall, would absolutely recommend or rebook.

We came to Naples because my daughter and 2 nieces were playing in a field hockey tournament over Thanksgiving weekend. We had 6 adults and 4 kids, and this house was PERFECT for us. The neighborhood is cute and safe. My 70+ year old mother in law went for walks every morning. The kids liked walking up to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast. And I walked twice up to Trader Joes to get groceries. There are a number of nearby restaurants too. The beaches aren't close enough to walk to, but there are several choices within a close drive. We really enjoyed Clams Pass. The beach chairs at the house were really nice to have. The kids swam in the pool (which was heated) every day and they loved having the upstairs space all to themselves. The house was clean and spacious. Alex was a super responsive and accommodating. Since we flew in on Thanksgiving, we had a delayed Thanksgiving dinner over the weekend, and other than a hand-mixer (but there were 2 potato mashers, so we were fine) the kitchen had everything we needed. Having 2 refrigerators was very helpful, although the ice makers weren't hooked up so we had to buy some ice but there were also a few ice cube trays. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we are ever back in Naples.

Pros: Very spacious and overall a comfortable space for a large group of 8 or more. Plenty of bathrooms and there are two refrigerators also a large washer dryer Cons: The house itself is dated the furniture is worn and also dated this isn’t necessarily terrible but for the price it would be nice to have a more updated aesthetic The pool lights were not working They don’t supply many paper towels or trash bags They do have a broom but no mop for spills No basic cleaning supplies to wipe surfaces Check in time is 5pm which can be inconvenient since hotels allow check in at 3pm and sometimes earlier. They charge $150 for early check in and later check out. That seems like a lot especially during low season (summer months). Neutral: There are bugs because it’s Florida and it’s summer so come prepared and do not leave food out. This isn’t an issue with the property, this is actually very common for FL during the summer. We’re from Miami we spray our home biweekly and still have bugs in the summer. Overall it was a convenient and comfortable stay. The cons weren’t big enough of a deal to report during our stay however def things to consider before booking.

It was perfect for 8 guys who have been golfing together for over 30 years. It has all the necessary amenities and comfortable beds. The pool is refreshing. Great location.

The house was built very poorly, the furniture was dirty. And the floors were full of sand. The pool was not maintained and not heated. Construction at the house benid us was super loud and very dusty. It should not be rented to others until these are done. Have pictures and videos of the nasty stuff. Including cockroaches.

Group of co-workers coming to coordinate events for our clients. House was a perfect layout to plan, gather, coordinate and use as home base. Centrally located to our events and easy access to main roadways.

The house accountability is bigger than the pool and pool area only two loungers and two chairs. Floor was dirty. Otherwise was a roomy house

Leased this property for a golf getaway for 8 guys. We had a great time. The place was clean and close to major road. Owner was very responsive.

We had a great time at this vacation home. All food places, the beach and water park was nearby. We received all information for the home very quickly. The home was clean when we arrived. The pool in the home was very clean and heated. The home does need some repairs like new lights and furniture. Other than that, it was a great home to stay at!

10 people had a lot of room

We stayed here with my extended family. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for each couple/family to have their own space. The kids loved staying in the 2 upstairs bedrooms and using the pool. The communication was very easy with the property manager. The house is just minutes away from Delnor Wiggins State Park, which is where we went most often for paddleboard rentals and sunset watching. We had a great vacation!

We had 7 adults and 1 infant. Though a porta crib and high chair were made available to us, there were a few other items we rented and Alex arranged for the company to deliver and set-up ahead of time so that everything was there when we arrived! The microwave broke when we were there and even though we were only there 4 nights, he was quick to respond and provide a new one! The house is a little dated but it was perfect for our family with plenty of space to gather at the diningroom table, in the livingroom or at the pool. The 2 refrigerators were a great asset too! It really was perfect for us!

We rented this house for a Girl Scout trip to Naples. It is great for a big group with 6 bedrooms and large common area. 2 refrigerators was a huge plus. House was clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Pool area was great. Wish there would have been more towels and blankets available.

We were looking for a nice property within the area and it was hard to find! Thankful we were able to rent and it served its purpose. Property manager responded and was accommodating when we asked for a few items before our stay.

The house was great for our family of 4 couples and 4 grandchildren. The added sectional in the living room was perfect for all of us watching TV together. And the dining table was nice and big for all of us to eat together too. The kitchen was well supplied and we appreciated having all the beach chairs available. Loved everything, wish we had a hot tub since the weather was chilly, but would definitely recommend

This house suited our family. Everyone had their own full bathroom and we used the half bath when we were just hanging out in the main area. There was plenty of seating for tv and a large dining table. 2 refrigerators were a big help. My only issue was no pot holders. Washer and dryer were also key.

Owner should mention that there were some games and books in the house .Also mention that there were a LARGE VARIETY OF LEFTOVER GROCERIES & Confinments and sauces.

Excellent location. Comfortable spaces for group of 6 to gather in the living room or by the pool. Quiet neighborhood. We loved it!

This home was perfect for my extended family gathering. The rooms were large and there were several options for parents to share rooms with their kids but still have their own bed and space. We loved the pool and the kitchen area. The living room was very spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms. We loved the location as it was close to the beach and the stores. We will definitely be back!!

Great Stay, we were in town for a team building day of fishing, the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of rooms and beds for the group, very clean and the downstairs setup was great for a large group to spend time together.

We only stayed for 2 night, but our party of 11 had a great time at this house. Very roomy and comfy. With 2 fridges there was plenty of space for all of our drinks. The only improvement could have been TVs in more rooms. Besides that A+++!

We enjoyed our stay & the house was very roomy & comfortable for all of us. Just a few minutes from Vanderbilt beach.

Plenty of space and pool was great!

We had 5 adult couples stay for several days. This worked out much better that getting separate hotel rooms. The house was great for large gatherings to talk, eat, play cards, and swim. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and preparing food. The AC and ceiling fans all worked well to keep the house comfortable. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and our expectations were met.

This place was a very nice place for the family of the groom to stay. Clean, comfortable, enough room to gather. A 6 min drive to the beach, a nice enclosed pool for the evening hours.

House was clean and served it’s purpose for a golf trip. House is slightly more dated then the pictures. There were arrests made across the street from us on the night we moved in . Grills did not work and the other golf team had a beautiful house on an inlet , with working grills , larger house and paid less ! I give it a 5 out of 10. Check in and out was great , Alex is responsive and easy to deal with .
