This place was great. Great location, lots of space. The only issue is that on Friday and Saturday night, the sidewalk was filled with dozens of partying people who lingered there for 2-3 hours (about 12am- 3am). Seems to be quite the gathering spot. Otherwise totally recommend it.

While our stay was short (2 nights, 4 adults), we do have some thoughtful feedback. Pros: The location is amazing, and the space is tastefully decorated. While we didn’t need assistance during our visit the owners were very communicative. The notebook with suggestions proved very helpful as did the directions on the parking situation. We only heard the train one time, not bothersome at all. Cons: The advertisement of the location is slightly misleading; the location is directly above a bar/club. “Noisier than the average suburban home” doesn’t come close to how noisy this space is. The noise from the bar/club and fellow guests in other spaces was honestly a bit extreme (both are out of the owner’s control, however something to note for future guests). Providing additional towels and washcloths would be helpful for future guests (one per person is insufficient, especially washcloths). The plumbing in the primary bathroom is reversed (you get hot water before cold when turning on the shower). Lastly, the cleanliness was lacking, the island counter and surrounding floor was visually sticky (which I had to clean myself), the windows were covered with handprints, furniture was covered in dust and the bed linens consisted of only a comforter (no top sheet) and I feel like this is unhygienic. The coffee bar was a surprise; however, the sugar container was unclean, individual packets of sugar and coffee would have been much nicer. Overall, not sure we would stay here again.

For much less than you would pay for a hotel room, you can stay at this place and get a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Wonderful value! This apartment features a beautifully appointed kitchen, great furnishings, comfy mattresses, and they even include some noise machines if the.outside noises are too much for you at nighttime.

Very clean and beautiful. Not difficult to find. Be aware that a train goes by regularly and blows its horn as it passes. It’s not too bothersome and noise from surrounding places didn’t bother us at all. The white noise machines work great and are very helpful!

Loved this neat and clean apartment, everything was great. There was a lot of local information provided by the host. Right downtown, just a quick walk from restaurants and coffee shops. Some weekend celebrating going on at the bar nearby and an occasional train.

We had such a lovely experience. Great location. The condo was very welcoming. The coffee station was a bonus. The rooms well decorated and comfortable. If u want the downtown Johnson City experience this is it. We will definitely be returning.

We had a great stay at this condo. It is in the heart of downtown and walking distance from so many great places in Johnson City. It was very clean and exactly as advertised. Great time.

The purpose of our stay was to get a feel of the area my son would be in for the next 2yrs. The area was small town feel which was nice. The property made it even better in the center of downtown located near all the pubs, lounge, and a night club. A bit noisy after 10pm until 2am on Friday night and 3am on Saturday. If you are a stick in the mood I suggest you stay else where (jk). The owner provided ear plugs but we were so excited to be away from home the noise was not a problem. I 1yr old slept through it. The only con was no washer and dryer in the unit. We are planning to return in August. As well as coming back when the track season at Milligan University gets underway. IF YOU DONT BOOK THIS PROPERTY YOU REALLY MISSING OUT!

Beautiful property in downtown Johnson City. The condo is spacious and overlooks downtown. It was very clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The main door and condo door both had keypad entrances which made it easy to access and no worry to carry extra keys! We were a little worried that weekend noise may be a problem, but it was very quiet. We highly recommend staying at this property and would stay again!!

This is a really cute and comfortable place to stay with easy walking access to a lot of restaurants and bars. My business partner and I were able to work during the day, then easily walk to dinner. The beds were really comfortable too.

Great property. Bright and clean when you enter, includes everything you need. There is no onsite parking but was able to utilize street parking. The farthest we were from the door was 4 cars. Loved the location, easy to walk to several places in downtown Johnson City to eat and/or have some social libations.

This apartment is gorgeous! It has a very spacious feel, with the lofted ceilings and open floor plan. It really feels like a 5-star hotel. The location is great, as there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to walk to. The only negatives are the low water pressure and the noise on the street below, on the weekends, as others have mentioned. However, the hosts do provide ear plugs and a noise machine which did the trick for us! I would definitely recommend it and will definitely be back in the future!

Awesome spot downtown until 2am-3am. Streets get crazy then. People yelling, fighting, it was nuts. Then there was construction in the building that would start around 8am. Ear plugs and noise machine did help but couldn't fully offset the noise. Overall though the location offset the downside noise for us.

The loft is awesome and very accommodating. Unfortunately, there’s a bar/lounge that plays music on Friday & Saturday nights until 2:30 a.m. and college, young adults gathered under our bedroom window until 3:00 a.m. The owner provided a noise machine but ear plugs would be better.

Above a bar. Extremely loud at night from college kids standing around outside. Parking is extremely hard to find. It is a nice place. Horrible location.

And Meg was a wonderful host. The property had all of the essentials and was super cozy.

Starting with the good this space is well decorated and within easy walking to great food and lively nightlife. The bad...parking is difficult to find and during the week most of the parking is for a maximum of 2 hours... and yes they will tow you. However, at least you know who to call to get your car back. Also, apparently the bar next door is open until 4am. If you think it is loud at midnight just wait until 4am when the patrons are having a loud street post party. Injury to insult is added with the 10am checkout.

We loved staying here. Every need for a traveler was thought of. The comfort was excellent. Meg is a great host and ready to help with anything you need. I would stay again and recommend to my friends as well.
