Host Kyle was Fantastic. We enjoyed the large bed rooms, each with tv & bathroom. spacious living & dining areas were perfect for our family gaming & kids play. Pools so Close! Perfect location to numerous activities.

Property was even more spacious than the photos appeared. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone.

The home was beautiful. We loved the fact that every bedroom had a full bath. Location was also great. About 15 minutes from everything, right next door to Table Rock marina, which had a nice little cafe/coffee shop and they also rent pontons, jet skis, kayaks, etc. The beach and Branson Belle dinner cruise within a couple miles. It was all very nice. Neighborhood was extremely busy but the pros outweighed the cons by a long shot. Thanks for the stay!

We loved this home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We like to be away from the “hustle and bustle” and enjoyed being close to Table Rock Lake and just a short drive into Branson for other fun activities. The house was well furnished with lots of space for our large group. Having both pools for the summertime was amazing!

We do a family trip to the Branson area almost every year. This rental served our needs perfectly. This will be a “go-to” fav when booking our 2024 trip.

This house is great! There is enough room for the whole family! Communication with the Kyle was great! He was quick to respond to all my questions and gave us great information both before and during the stay. The kids loved the indoor pool and it was right behind the condo which was very nice in the cold. The oven took a bit to preheat but that may be due to the elevation. There is very little I can think of that we would change about the house. It is wonderful!!!

This was a very beautiful home in a great community! The location was perfect for going to Silver Dollar City and White Water. The house is literally about 15 minutes from either park. We had 6 adults, 2 teens and 3 under the age of 12. The vote this morning was to come back to this house! Kyle was wonderful about responding right away!

This home was the perfect space for our three families. Plenty of space to gather for meals! Bathrooms in every bedroom was a major plus. Plenty to do on property but also close to all the big Branson attractions. The kids especially loved the slide at the pool, which we just a short walk from the house. Highly recommend this rental!

Took our family of 15 to Branson for a quick getaway, and stayed at this beautiful house. Kyle was great at sending us all the information we needed for the stay and making sure we were prepared upon arrival. The development is still under construction at the moment, but he did call that out in the listing and priced accordingly. Not a problem for our early risers and definitely not a problem for our heavy-machinery enthusiasts who enjoyed watching the crews outside. :) The location is top-notch and easy to get to the strip and the landing within a 10-15 min drive. We even walked a few blocks down to the boat landing on Dale Rd with the kids. The house was clean and had everything we could need (coffee pot, keurig, toaster, air fryer, cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc.) The grill bottles were full and ready for our arrival. The indoor pool is located right across the road from the back porch. Unfortunately, with national supply chain delays, it was not yet completed - but we were informed ahead of our stay. That would have just made the trip that much more sweeter if it had been completed, but the kids had a blast regardless. There are numerous board games upstairs to play, and they all loved the hockey bubble game as well. The zero-entry was great and needed for one of our guests. It was also great that the first bedroom had a handicap accessible bathroom as well. The back patio setup was great with table & chairs, sectional seating around a gas-fire table, and a grill. The upstairs deck had nice rocking chairs to relax in where you can actually get a peak of the lake. Overall, we had a nice trip!

Wonderful house for all ages. Loved having a private bath off all bedrooms! Brand new subdivision will be even better when completed!!! Close and convenient to all attractions. And Kyle was an awesome and very attentive host!!! Highly recommend!

We decided on a family vacation for Christmas this year and I'm so glad we chose this home for our vacation rental! The house accommodated 11 people very well and gave each individual family their own space and privacy while allowing us to gather together as well. Each bedroom having a private bathroom was amazing. The kids loved the bunk room and the bubble hockey table was a huge plus! Having 2 separate living spaces made for the perfect amount of peace and fun! The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need, right down to dishes, cookware, and pillows. The host of this property is extremely accommodating and very responsive to messages. He was truly a pleasure to work with and provided us the most positive experience I've ever had. I cannot say enough positive stuff about the host, the house, and our experience as a whole. I highly recommend this vacation rental!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient and close to the lake and the landing in Branson. The home was beautifully decorated and we had plenty of space. Kyle was great to work with and we can’t wait to come back again.

We had 8 adults and 4 small children. We had a great time & were accommodated very well. Every bedroom has their own full bath. The kids loved the bunk bed room! Everyone felt the beds were very comfortable. The back patio is covered from inclement weather and has many niceties like a gas fire table! Host was very responsive.

Kyle went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was everything I needed and more. I booked this property for myself and my bridesmaids to stay the night before my wedding. He ensured that we could have the space to get ready in for the wedding by extending our check out time. He also allowed an early check in so we could get ready for our rehearsal dinner. And lastly he added one more floor length mirror so we would have plenty to use! Not only was he extremely accommodating but the property was beautiful. As a brand new build every part of the home was perfect. It was more spacious than pictures showed and had everything that we needed. We felt comfortable and never wanted to leave. My only disappointment is that we only booked one night. I wish I would have been able to stay there for many more nights. Thank you for everything Kyle!

My immediate family and I live in the area but always do a week at the lake with extended family. We have basically stayed everywhere and love trying new places. We choose this house due to its location to our boat at State Park Marina but we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The house was clean, beautiful, and perfect for multiple families. Everyone having a king bed and their bathroom was beyond amazing. The bunk room was perfect for the kids too. We truly can’t say enough how great this house was. There is lots of construction going on currently but the workers were friendly.
