If you’re looking for the best place in Dewey to stay, look no further! My husband and my two kids (1 and 4) had a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful, clean and had everything. The owners definitely care and it shows. We can’t wait to stay again in the future.

This townhouse was better than expected. Extremely clean, and great location for my family. Beautiful screened in porch was an added bonus.

We’ve been renting at the Delaware beaches for 15+ years and this was our favorite property! You can tell the owners have put a lot of care into this property with the renovations, cleanliness and decor, it really feels like a home away from home. Linda was also great with communication throughout our trip. We will be renting here again!

We stayed with 2 small kids and 2 grandparents and it was the perfect space! Walking distance to beach as well as bayside, 1-2 blocks from ice cream shops and restaurants and the house was very nicely set up for a multiple-day stay. Would definitely recommend and would also stay here again!

Excellent property. Close to the beach. Close to many restaurants. Close to many shops. The house is very clean and had been recently remodeled. Very comfortable and plenty of room for 6 adults and a dog. Everything is in perfect working order, especially the air conditioning. It is very nice that the renter has a door lock system that is specialized for the rentee, allowing access to the property without having to exchange keys with everyone staying there. 5 stars from this family and are already planning for next year. Thank you very much for the week of relaxation and comfort.

This property exceeded our hopes! Excellent location, well appointed. So many thoughtful touches. The porch was my highlight! So peaceful! 10/10!

Could not have been more content in this beautiful and complete 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. It was perfectly stocked with anything an out-of-towner would need including towels and washing detergent and beach chairs and garbage bags and...FLOWERS. I was more than satisfied just watching the cardinals and robins from the beautiful screened in porch. We will visit again! Thank you, Linda.

Linda was very good at communicating. I was aware of all due dates, what was provided and details such as the security code for the door in a timely manner. Everything is within walking distance. I would highly recommend this condo.

Everything about this place is amazing. The house is as cute as it looks in the pictures. Close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay until we had to leave early because my daughter was sick :( Just a few things we liked and noticed- great kitchen/coffee bar, loved the screen deck, beds are comfortable, high quality sheets and towels, walking distance to everything in Dewey, beach towels and chairs provided. It is on the bayside and right next to a playground. Also next to a nightclub on the bay which can get a little loud during peak nights. We had sound machines in our room we brought from home and that helped a lot! We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a lovely week in Linda’s home. It’s been better than the photos. The house was clean and comfy and centrally located —- easy to walk to the bay or beach and a quick drive to the Rehoboth boardwalk if you have kids! Every day when we walked back from the beach my two year old would say “we’re home!”

Host was prompt in answering questions. The stay was great! The decor and finishing touches were lovely. I do think the master shower could use some updating and an increase in water pressure, but work well enough to use. The private outdoor shower with hot and cold water access was essential in keeping sand outside. A major plus. Also loved the completely screened in deck (even beneath the deck) to keep bugs at bay. There was also plenty of space for our two families. Dewey Beach ended up being great for us. So much more space on the beach in comparison to Rehoboth. Night life didn’t pose a problem. We could hear nearby music in living room, but not in bedroom, although sound machine was in use. Main negative was that the Guest using twin bed did not feel the mattress was comfortable. Overall, would stay again if we go back to Dewey Beach!

What a beautiful home! It had everything we needed for our family of 5 and our little dog. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach, the bay, shops and restaurants. The home is a good size and beautifully decorated!

After reading the many positive reviews on this property, we decided to book a last-minute stay. It was even better than we hoped. Beautifully decorated with a great location. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere unless we wanted to go to Rehoboth. And the main bedroom has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. This is a lovely home and we will definitely be staying here again. The host, Linda, was a pleasure to speak with as well.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect and the home is beautiful. We loved the decor. The space was perfect for our family and grandma and grandpa who came with us. The provided beach chairs were great as was the outdoor shower. Our dog had a wonderful time as well!

We love staying here! Linda has everything you need to have a lovely time. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is a wonderful screened in porch to enjoy evening time without getting nasty bug bites and beach chairs and towels are also provided!

This beach house is very clean, the home and decor is beautiful! Very close to the beach, easy walk less than 5 minutes. Fully equipped Kitchen with many perks. Spacious rooms and wonderful outdoor living on the screened in porch. Pet friendly with treats & dog bed. Highly recommend this home!

Once you park, there is no longer a need to take the car anyway. The beach is a few minutes walk, the local bars are even closer. The house is spotless and the porch is probably the best spot to hang out in the house. Great internet access, was able to have 5 people work from "home" simultaneously with no issues. Gladly stay again if I could.

The condo was perfectly located and just the right size for our group. We had a chef with us and the kitchen had everything he could ever want and we enjoyed some fantastic meals on the screened in porch. Our trip was short, but wonderful and the host was fabulous.

The townhome was cozy, decorated nicely, well stocked with kitchen equipment, dishes, etc., and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed the screened in porch area, eating all of our meals out there. The only areas that we were unhappy with were when using the dishwasher, which had a slight odor when it was run, it only worked when run with hot water/heat dry. We also had an issue with the grill. When grilling on it one evening, it actually caught on fire. There was so much grease that we ended up using the fire extinguisher and cooking the rest of the meal inside. This was definitely dangerous and scary!! Overall, this was a nice long weekend stay though!

There were 5 adults in our group. Linda's attention to detail is everywhere. The house is spacious and beautifully furnished. Excellent beds, linens and towels. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics. And excellent kitchen ware. Including great knives. We loved the screen porch and spent lots of time there. Easy walk to the beach. Even had great beach towels and beach chairs. Linda even has dog bowls and dog treats! The house is close to lots of restaurants!! Will be back someday🤗
