This is our second time using this property. It's centrally located around everything in the 30A area. Lots of great food options nearby and the beach is a short walk away. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic house! What you see is what you get. Property management was fantastic and the communication was very good. Arrival was smooth and the house was spotless. Would definitely rent this property again.

We loved this property! Right by the pool (which unfortunately had to close a few times during our stay due to 'incidents' with kids) and super walkable to the beach even with all our stuff for the kids. The tram stop is right there but you really don't need it (10 mins to beach 5 mins to the square). We had 3 families with a total of 5 kids 5 and under and had plenty of space to spread out. House had all the items you'd need like towels, kitchenware, etc and even bikes you can use. We rented bikes for the kids in the town square which is lovely to pop over for a drink, dinner, or ice cream. Would recommend!

Loved the pool! House was very clean, very roomy, and so nice with everything we needed for a relaxing stay!

This was just what our group was looking for! We had three families, each with three children, one of which is wheelchair bound, and an elderly grandmother looking for a clean, roomy, and within-budget place to accommodate so many. We loved staying here! My niece in the wheelchair had the downstairs sofa bed and could be a part of the action in the kitchen and living room (some places having the living area on the second floor). There were three master bedrooms for the 3 couples. My dear mother-in-law bunked with the kids and there was plenty of room with the single over double pair of bunk beds each with a trundle! The linens and beds were nice and comfortable! The home was beautifully decorated and kept and there were plenty of porches to enjoy the scenery and the activity of families riding bikes and walking in the neighborhood. It was within walking distance of the private beach and extremely close to the pool, which was magnificent! When we needed propane for the grill, it was brought to us right away and we were called to make sure we received it. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! The kitchen had what we needed in pans and such, even an air fryer. I’d buy some groceries like sandwich fixings before you come to save a bit of money. Lunch meat was pretty pricey at the local grocery store lol. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved our stay at Serenity Now!! Didn't want to leave! The house itself is beautiful and huge but feels cozy, and the location cannot be beat. Checking in was a super easy process. Without a doubt will be back to Seacrest Beach and would love to have another house using the same management company. The only thing that was a little tough was that original post said an earlier check in from what it really was- and the check out time was an hour earlier than stated too, which was a bummer because we lost time there. They offer early check in/late check outs obviously but we didn't want to pay extra for what was actually advertised to us. Also wished there were more cleaning products/kitchen towels available at the home, just because we all flew in so couldn't bring much. But obviously all in all it was amazing and I'm sad I'm not still there lol

This house was amazing, super easy to get everything you needed and very clean.

We loved our stay here. It was clean and beautiful. We had more than enough comfortable space for hanging out and sleeping. The outdoor spaces to enjoy were lovely. The location is perfect and walkable to the beach and town. Communication with management was easy leading up to and throughout the trip. Would recommend and absolutely stay here again!!

This house was perfectly located and just a short walk to shop, restaurants, beach and pool. The place was really clean and well decorated. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! We hope to come again.

Lots of space for our family of 15. The house is pretty and has everything we needed for our vacation. We loved the bikes and the location.

We loved every minute of it:) The check in process took awhile but other than that it was great. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and the beach was at a great location. I would definitely come back again!

Highly recommend! The house is extremely clean and also very large, plenty of room for a large group to feel comfortable. The community is also amazing. So close to the pool and the tram service to the beach is a lifesaver. We had so much fun!
