We were very impressed with the location , the atmosphere and how well stocked the kitchen was. Thanks to Melanie for her detailed instructions on how to check in and out. I will come and stay again and recommend this condo to others.

It is exactly as advertised. The covered deck with ceiling fans lets you enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean no matter the weather or temperature. The sunrises are gorgeous. We had everything we needed, except a beach umbrella and taller beach chairs for older persons to be able to get in and out of. We purchased those and left them for the next guests.We will be back!

The condo was perfect for our little family reunion.It was very clean and in a good location. The owner was super nice and helpful. We hope to come back! We loved the porch viewing the ocean.

The property was clean and well appointed. A spacious 3 bedroom condo steps from the beach. The property owner was fantastic to work with and very easy to communicate with. Our booking was interrupted by hurricane, and she was happy to help accommodate us and refunded the days of the stay that we were unable to make. Fortunately, we were still able to come down for the final two days and had a wonderful time. Will Very likely rent this property again.

Melanie’s place was even better than described! She was quick to welcome us when we arrived with a friendly and helpful text. Access to the unit was super easy and the place was absolutely adorable and perfectly comfortable for our stay. It had everything we needed including starter products like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, washing machine detergent, even toiletry kits if we were missing anything. There were Keurig coffees there even though we didn’t use them, and lots of kitchen items such as oils, salt, spices, etc. Melanie even left welcome treats for us with a sweet note. Just a very personal touch which I very much appreciate! It is easy access to the beach, the pool was delightful and it was just up one flight of stairs which was a bonus when carrying all our beach stuff! The ceiling fans on the porch were really pleasant and allowed us to extend our stay on the porch. Parking is tight but we had two large SUVs and had no trouble maneuvering through it and parking. This condo was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the stay. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Hands down the best beach home we've stayed in, ever! Melanie was the perfect host, answering all of our pre-vacation questions, communicating well on arrival day, and offering a well-stocked, perfectly clean and maintained home. We will be back next year!

The property was great..

Parking is very limited.. Can hear other tenants especially the 2nd floor kids running and jumping all day long.. The unit has No soap and shampoo in the bathrooms and only a few towels. Unit 1B ocean view blocked by sand dune. If rain and 30mph winds are in the forecast, make sure you make reservations for the Aquarium.

Everything was outstanding! Particularly the finishing touches provided by the owner. Made us feel like we were home yet steps to th the beach!

our family (3.5yr old and 11month old) loved our long weekend at Melanie’s condo! It was super clean and so well stocked. we especially appreciated the great beach chairs that came with the place and made packing for the car trip here even easier. the condo is in an awesome location- we loved walking about 10min down to the beach to the pier for food and drinks!

We had an excellent stay at this condo! Melanie was easy to work with, very responsive to communication, and her condo was very welcoming. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed during our stay and a lot of special touches were added by the host that were helpful and appreciated. Very nice place.

We really enjoyed the property, nice view of the ocean and very relaxing. The property had everything that we would expect in a home i.e. internet, TV etc. The online pictures of the property portrayed the property as it actually is. We had fun.

We stayed at Melanie’s property last year and again this year. It did not disappoint and was possibly even better! It was spic and span- no evidence that anyone else had stayed there before us! The porch has a great view of the ocean and the ceiling fans produce a nice breeze while sitting out there, The pool was wonderful for the kids too. I really hope we are able to stay at this property again next year.

We have been coming to Reefs IV for about 6 years in a row now and have stayed in numerous different condo units in the building. This unit has to be our favorite! Very clean, well decorated with everything you need for a week stay at the beach. Its an easy walk up the steps and the patio is a great place to spend the evenings. Would definitely recommend this unit and look forward to staying again in the future.

We just left this morning and our stay was absolutely wonderful! The owner was extremely responsive to all of our inquiries including beach chair rentals, restaurants, etc. This condo is the only one in the building with fans on the patio which made it much more enjoyable in the heat! We loved the location between the boardwalk and the pier!

We found this rental to be a great gem amongst all the other rentals out there. Clean and well stocked with many considerations that most rentals put on you to provide. Lots of linens and towels, access to beach chairs, and just the right things in the kitchen to make a vacation perfect. We will be putting this one on our future short list!

We have stayed in this building twice before, but Melanie’s property was our favorite by far! Perfect view from the balcony, very clean condo, and was stocked with so many of the small things you may forget when traveling. Love the proximity to the beach, and especially love only having to go up one flight of stairs! Melanie was very kind and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

Owner was fantastic, beach was beautiful. Home was very well taken care of and owner provided early start materials and very kind to suggest some family events that were going on the week we stayed.

The place was great! Melanie had all the little touches that made you feel welcome. The unit was spacious and easy to access as it was on the first level. It was everything our group needed. However, the dining room mirrors were a problem when we went to play cards, the boys wanted to use them to cheat! LOL Thanks for a great place to meet up with friends!

We had a great time. The communication with the owner was great from start to finish ! She helped us out the first day a lot! The place is clean and has all you need. I would stay here again for sure!! There was one issue that comes with being on the bottom floor the people above us really got up early before sunrise ! We are not used to that so it was a bit hard for us but it wasn’t a huge deal. I had seen a note from someone else saying they couldn’t see the ocean ??? You can’t see the beach but you can totally see the ocean ! Sitting in the porch watching the waves and ocean was so peaceful!! We do hope to stay here again sometime.

My family (a group of 6) recently stayed at this property. Upon arrival we had to wait past the check in time to receive the code for the lock box. It was only 15 mins to wait but after a 13 hour car ride we wanted in at 4, not have to text and call the owner. The decor was very nice and the condo was a good size for our group. The picture that was provided lead us on to believe that we were higher up with a better view of the ocean. You couldn’t see the beach and only had a glimpse of the ocean that was way too far out to see any ocean life. Another small complaint was that for a group of 6 people to only have 6 towels and 4 wash clothes seems a bit tight. We didn’t want to do laundry everyday with everyone only having one towel. The condo was fairly clean however finding random undies in the kids dresser wasn’t a welcome gift. The pool was nice and had plenty of chairs to sit poolside. Another thing we did not realize was how many units were in the building, 12, which towards the end of the week got to be too much. However in hindsight we should have asked. The hosts did leave a good assortment of dishes, spices, paper goods and cleaning products. Overall this property provided a good stay. We were looking for something on the quiet side and to have less interaction with strangers which this delivered on.

Condo was nice and clean and great location to walk directly to the beach. Kids also loved the pool it was very nice and nice well taken care of. The only issue we had was our parking spaces were very small and we had a full size truck and full size SUV so it was very difficult to park. My only suggestion would be to bring smaller sizer vehicles when staying here otherwise an amazing place to stay!

It really was an amazing family vacation - our first one (all of us) in almost 3 years. The house was lovely, the location perfect, just everything was really terrific. Wonderful time!!

We stayed for the week and had a wonderful time. The amenities in the condo were great. The beds were very comfortable and working with Melanie was very easy. I will be keeping this property on my favorites for years to come.

The check in process was very easy. The owner was very responsive to any questions that I had. She even sent over a couple of extra towels when we asked for more! Everything was nice and clean and well-kept and updated. I would say the only negative thing that I could even say was that it was kind of noisy from the neighbors upstairs. We could hear them walking back-and-forth. But that wasn’t the fault of this condo. I’m assuming it was just the way it was built. We loved that you walked into the front balcony from the hallway and could leave all of your Sandy items there and not have to drag them through the house. This place had everything you needed except for your beach towels, chairs & umbrella. It was a super easy walk to the beach and pool. The beds were all comfy as well as the living room furniture. It felt like home! Even lots of little throws to cover up with. We will come back again for sure!!
