The house is very nice but we would not have rented if we knew that the pool wasn't heated. The water in the pool was 70 degrees because the pool gets no sun. Margaret needs to add unheated pool to the description. Also, the 50" TV had no cable just Roku. It was impossible to get going unless you wanted to watch Netflix 24/7. No local or network stations were available. Also, they need to get blinds and curtains in the bedroom that close. It is a beautiful view....excellent in fact, but at night I don't want the people across the canal to see me in my all together. Minor adjustments and this house would be the one to rent.

We have done five rentals on the gulf coast and this house is lovely however we did experience a few issues. 14 advertising photos show a pool / lanai covering. This I was informed by the owner was lost during Hurricane Ian 11 months prior We wouldn’t have booked if we had known this and why wasn’t this made clear in the description?Margaret’s reply was the modern trend wasn’t to install a birds cage insect protection and she looked forward to us seeing the benefit of not having one! This was disappointing as we would normally eat breakfast outside and also sit out most evenings plus use the pool which wasn’t as inviting as the photos We did have a couple of cockroaches on our first night, one outside and one in bathroom. I was informed these were common Florida palmetto bugs ( Palmetto is apparently the local name for cockroach ) and had probably been displaced from their normal dwelling by hurricane “Idalia” which we accepted. We were told the house had been treated a few weeks earlier however I did buy some roach gel as the ingress point was underneath the garage/ utility door which are locked. Fishing could be superb. I did fish from the dock a few times but casting was severely limited as a boat was tied up with four mooring ropes for the 14 days of our stay. Fishing is awkward from canal walls (not safe for children) I emailed Margret ref the boat and got no reply. Wifi speeds in house are slow and tv keeps cutting out. Overall well equipped / good location

First Margaret was wonderful! She helped make this a wonderful experience for me and my family! She will yours too! The house is absolutely beautiful. Well stocked with everything and anything you need. The check in was incredibly easy. If you have any questions she is full of knowledge and is ready to help any way she can!!! We will definitely be back soon!!!

Unbelievably clean house with an amazing view! Great location and very nice neighborhood! Looking forward to booking it again next year.

My family loved staying at this home! Perfect location! Very comfortable bed. Clean, quiet, and cozy. There was plenty of linens and the kitchen was stocked for all our cooking needs. Our favorite part was the pool and the breathtaking sunset and sunrise views.

This house is probably the cleanest place I've ever rented. Having the pool that we were able to use anytime was a bonus. There was an issue with the HVAC system, but the owner responded quickly and the issue was fixed within a reasonable time frame.

The property was perfect for the 3 of us to spend time together. Very spacious with great amenities. The neighborhood was very quiet lit and the sunsets were amazing.

The home is on a beautiful canal with a pool overlooking it. We had a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend this location. A couple things to recommend would be bring towels bath and beach. I do wish it had fish poles, kayaks, bikes, and a cooler.
